We got excellent service with Maddie (server) and Beau (manager). We came for our son's birthday on Friday night. He turned nine snd wanted to bring his best friend. We also had the grandparents and his uncle/girlfriend so we had a party of 6 adults and 3 kids. The appetizers were all delicious. We had the 2 orders of The Game Day Grab and Potstickers. Both were delicious. We also Barbacoa Quesadilla, Elote Cauliflower, Creamy Chicken Nachos, Wings (Buffalo/Parmesan). We were so stuffed with appetizers. Only 2 adults ordered entrees which the Steak Bowl and the Cajun Shrimp Pasta. One of the kids Chicken Strips and the Steak Bowl did not come out in time but the Beau (manager) took care of these items for us. He even a added tokens to our game card. After, we played till our hearts desire. We had to drag the kids away. The food was tasty and the service was great. The atmosphere was exciting for the kids because they got to play so many games. Came here to watch the canelo crawford fight. They have a large bar and restaurant area with plenty of TVs. The pricing wasn't bad either and my chicken sandwich was pretty good with the French fries. The service was ok i found myself searching for our waitress a few times to order another drink but overall can't complain. I took a 10 year old special needs kiddo there right as they opened. We arrived just to play games. All games but one was working and they were working g on it and it was fixed by the time we left. This is a fun place to go to relax or compete. There are so many games!!!! Today there was a special on buying 4 cards of 300 points a piece....plus games were half price!! There is construction going on in the cent r of D&Bs, which is a bit awkward. The restaurant food is not great, but has very high prices. I ordered the voodoo pasta, which is spicy crispy chicken on penne pasta and noodles, mushrooms, etc. It's $17.99, but was underwhelming. The chicken was OK, but tasted like it was doused in Frank's Hot Sauce. Similar outcome with chicken Parmesan (also $17.99)...the chicken was ok, but the sauce and noodles tasted canned. We had a company event here. I am not a D&B fan in any way, shape, or form having had some of the worst experiences of my life in D&B's (not this one). With that in mind, I came in with a skeptical eye. The attendants were competent, if overly attentive (to the point of interrupting conversations to ask about drinks and if "everything was okay" every three or so minutes). I get that we had a small party, but geez-a-loo...back off. Let us talk, eat, and drink. Do not hover. Also, the manager who showed me to the room reeked of body odor. Despite all that, the food was adequate. The corn dishes in the buffet were extremely weird (and should be scuttled). Of the "fajitas," the beef was the most flavorful & tender. I did not play any of their games. Instead of going all in on one genre of games (that's not entirely fair), I might have considered participating in that part of the hoedown if they had a batting cage. A golf simulator would be neat, too. Will I ever return? Not until I get rid of the memory of the manager's BO...so, never again. We were in town for a sports tournament and decided to take the team here. Horrible experience. The service in the restaurant was horrible. They didn't give us a table big enough and then got upset when one of our kids sat at a table next to us. The place was not busy. The food was cold. It took more than an hour to get our drinks, the food order came out wrong with a lot of time between each order. They brought us food that we did not order and did not bring us what we did order. I haven't been to Dave and Buster's in about 4 years for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received. Our waiter was Adam and he was on top of things and made sure we were taken care of, whether it was keeping our drinks filled or bringing our food in a timely manner. We started with some delicious fried pickles. For my meal I had the Philly cheese steak with fries, the kids had the pizza and chicken bites. Everything was delicious. One of the manager came to check on us to make sure everything was going well, which I always appreciate. It looks like they are doing some remodeling and I can't wait to see what they are building with the themed rooms. The games are very good they don't cost too much for how much you pay. I was very disappointed how this location has gone downhill. I was there when it first opened back in 2016, the quality of everything was par, this visit I needed to leave a review and possibly contact their offices. First off there drinks, they are using some citrus mix in most drinks to hide the fact that there's prob no alcohol in the drinks, the blackberry margaritas we sent back were overly sour, the drinks that followed were the same. Long Island ice tea was very weak. My daughter's strawberry lemonade taste like they made it from some powder mix. Second, they are missing g some of their signature menus items, I wanted the salmon with sautéed spinach on a bed of rice. All meals were just OK. I don't see them there long! read more

I like to take my kids here one on one for special "mom and me" hangs. There's quite a lot of games for the little guys and some games for the older kids as well. They offer a handful of food items and a full bar. You could come here all day to play games and eat but I think you'd spend much more than necessary. My recommendation is to leave and eat at any of the many restaurants in the same parking area and just return to Dave and Busters to play more games. The staff have always been great, my son had his heart set on a prize and when we went to get it, they were all out. The employee looked in the closet by the "prize store" and then went to the back to look one other place, unfortunately she couldn't find one but I really appreciate her taking the time and checking. That made a big difference in how my child received the news, he was let down but happy she tried to help him. He is quite young so these things are big deals. Parking is great, there's a HUGE grocery store sized parking lot. The ambiance is fun, exciting, great fir parties and setting the mood that fun will be had. read more

Avoid until construction is finished. The interior is gutted and torn up, there is no front desk to take your cards or food orders (it's all done through a kiosk which makes you buy a new card instead of recharging your old one). The construction noises are louder than the game machines which seems impossible but it's true. It's really a mess now but I would suspect these problems will be fixed when the rebuild is done. Bring your own napkins. Last day of school, we decided to treat the kids to a late afternoon at Dave & Busters in Euless. When we arrived the usual front desk was gone, removed, an empty unoccupied stand, no service staff to assist with game cards or getting a table. The store is in the middle of extensive renovations, the pending improvements were difficult to visualize. They have these new "Party Cages" for larger groups taking up much of the space at the expense of normal booths and tables for regular guests. We initially asked the bartender to recharge our DB game cards, and we were pointed to a corner behind a wall where the self service card recharge kiosks were located. The kiosks initially didn't work, after much frustration we figured out that these kiosks only recharge the newer and more expensive touchless / RFID cards and wristbands. We had brought the earlier version of the cards from a prior visit, which were not RFID, and the only way to recharge them was through a phone app. The bartender was not interested in upgrading our obsolete DB cards (That we previously purchased, they don't give them out for free). The non-RFID cards still work with all the games, you just have to slide them in the card reader instead of tapping it. We recharged the cards through a phone app, which is convenient and fast. In the app you can also watch how fast the kids blow through the coins left on each card. It didn't take long. We eventually got a table. The previous cozy booths are no more, just bistro tables and chairs. Not cozy. There are some high tables in the bar area. Maybe there will be a better option after all the construction is finished. We placed a food order. Not going to elaborate, our waitress was new, wasn't familiar with the menu, nor the handheld computer ordering system. We had to repeat our order items several times. We didn't have high expectations on the food and thus we were not disappointed too much with the lack of quality. I will say it was expensive for what we got. Anyways, not unexpected. What was unexpected was the poor service, or lack thereof. Drinks came out without a drink napkin. Food came out without serving plates, without utensils, without napkins. I had to get up to request these from the uninterested bartender, who had her face buried in her phone. I spied the "manager" in the corner of the bar, also face locked with a phone. The bartender grabbed a large bathroom paper towel roll and started to tear 1 foot pieces and gave them to me for my napkin request. I suggested that she was kidding, I'm requesting real napkins. No, we don't have any napkins, this is what you get, and why are you looking at me funny? I return to the table and the food is served, no utensils but at least we have our bathroom quality paper towels that we can pretend are napkins. I ask the waitress for the attention of the manager, her first reply is "Why? Because of the napkins?" Eventually the manager (?) arrives, I explain that most places have food service standards and a bathroom paper towel roll doesn't meet the food service industry standards of a napkin. He is aghast and can't believe bathroom paper towels aren't good enough for me. I ask for utensils in addition to my demand for true napkins. He returns with utensils wrapped in proper paper napkins. The exchange is brief and I didn't have time to query why I could not have proper paper napkins in the first place. Now I know this isn't a steakhouse where I will get a white cloth napkin or black cloth napkin based upon the color of my trousers, but there is still something called a standard. In retrospect, the so called "manager" I dealt with isn't a real manager, otherwise he would have been empowered to resolve this issue long before I arrived. My husband and I came in tonight to have a drink, food and play games. We ended up leaving because the bar tender was so inconsiderate and rude. She barely had any customers and she saw we had just sat down, but never came around to us. We finally had to waive her down and she told me the price of a drink I asked about and then ran off and never came back. Finally after waiving her down again, she took our drink order. She then starts washing dishes and going about her way when we had just put in our drink order, knowing we are waiting on her so we can close out and play games. I had to go up to her and say did you put our order in? She said ya I'll be there in a minuet. I had never experienced such bad service at a place before. We were so taken off guard we ended up leaving and will not ever go back. She completely ruined that experience for us. I'd never been to Dave & Buster's before. All these years, I've been missing out! This is as close as it gets in the mid-cities to that casino life... wandering around a huge, dark, carpeted room with a cocktail in hand... flashing lights and music and bells dinging and alarms ringing all over the place. Games galore. I've been once for my niece's birthday, and once with Jon during Power Hour! You get to play unlimited games for 1 hour for $10 each. Pretty fun. My favorites are Mario Kart, Halo, and The Walking Dead scary shooting game! I also like the old school shooting basketballs game. The restaurant is pretty good considering it's in an enormous arcade. I had the Cabo grilled chicken with mango pico de Gallo and spicy rice. It was surprisingly flavorful! They make a decent Bloody Mary as well. Friendly staff. Enough games that you rarely have to wait in line. Clean bathrooms!! Come with a big group of friends or bring a date, it really is fun. Came on a Sunday late afternoon for a family member's birthday. We sat in the sports room, where there was quite a spread of football games to watch. I had the voodoo chicken and it did not disappoint. I ate half and took the rest home. The leftovers have served as two separate meals for me. So, you get a lot of food with that one. My kids had the Parmesan chicken which also did not disappoint. We played games after, and there was a good variety in the type of games - for all ages. Grandpa had fun doing the shooter games and bowling, my kids had fun doing all the character games like Minecraft and Ghostbusters. I only planned to spend about 45 minutes on the games and we spent 2.5 hours. I also noticed a game technician at various games, so it seemed like as games broke down he was fixing them up promptly. The games were fun although some of them seemed pricey and not always working properly. There were a ton of kids at 10:30pm. We had to constantly dodge children hopped up on sugar and running around everywhere which was extremely irritating. I thought this was supposed to be an adult arcade. Maybe there could be "adult only" hours after 9pm. We did have an issue with one game not working and went to the front desk to get our money back for it and another lady at the front desk seemed irritated that we asked for the refund and didn't offer any sort of apology. I used to put together large corporate events at the Dave N Busters in Orange County, CA for years and have always thought D&B to be a fun place to be... however this location was truly disappointing. The service was pretty bad. We came on a Friday evening (during spring break) and our waitress was complaining about being tired upon cleaning our table / while we were seated. We asked her for some water and she started to walk away stating that it would be a while for her to get us a glass of water... even though the bar was just 10 feet away. We quickly discovered that our food and drink orders are to be placed using our phones / online and food runners bring out the food... I decided to go by the bar myself to get glasses of water for my family and I also noticed the bar staff were avoiding eye contact with customers. It took 40 minutes for our food to come and my steak was cold.... I had asked our "waitress"10 min earlier if she could please check on our food but again, her excuse was absurd. She said that she had been in the kitchen earlier and it was chaotic in there so she was sure it would be out any minute. When our food came, my steak was completely cold and hard.... I also noticed 3 other tables near us had been complaining to our waitress about their own concerns with service and she continued to make excuses about the kitchen being "crazy" but not offering to try to help resolve anything. Finally, one of the customers requested to speak with the manager. I waited until the manager assisted the other table and then I also voiced my concern. She took my steak off the bill. My daughter had fun playing the games, but we noticed there were several broken ones and some of the staff there (like the ticket/prize area) were unmotivated and non-verbal! We live across the D&B on the other side of 121... we've been going there ever since it opened. Today we had the worst experience ordering food. They're now asking that you order food from their QR code on each table... we were in the process of doing that when the order process froze... we had to flag down a waiter which said we could order food from the paper menu and then we got our original waitress that said we can't use the paper menu and that we HAD to use the WIFI to order... then why didn't you tell us that the first time?!?!?! And then it took another 15 minutes to get connected to the WIFI... not kidding about the times here. The whole thing was about a 30-minute ordeal and I was complaining to my wife incessantly that I'd rather drive to Chuck-E-Cheese in Grapevine than sit through this... I told the waitress and spoke to the manager about the poor wifi/app experience. I won't be coming back for a good while. Would rather take my business elsewhere. 1-star experience As an I.T. The renovation is completely pointless without staff to work. Managers do a good job of making themselves look busy to avoid helping the one bartender working not only the bar but the dining area as well. I have not been to Dave & Buster's in quite a while. I think it is probably been about three or four years in Los Angeles that we visited one. We needed a place to celebrate my son's seventh birthday this year and I thought instead of having him sit at home and not have something fun to do that we would go and see this location. It was a very nice and clean arcade. We had fun with all the games. Most of them were working and we were able to earn a lot of tickets. I think we got the most tickets we've ever gotten at one of these. Having just gone to Main Event the other day I would say that most of these machines were working and this area is a lot bigger than Main Event in Grapevine. I would definitely come and go to this location again. We went on a Wednesday and were able to partake in the Wednesday promo they do with 1/2 price games. Great parking and nice facility! read more
