Highly reccommend this place for a large group event. Recently held a private function for over 300 people and it was amazing. Jeff was so easy to work with and very quick to respond and accomodating to all of my requests. The food selection was so plentiful and diverse everyone was able to fill their plates regardless of their dietary restrictions. We had our family reunion here. The staff was wonderful! The food on the buffet was flowing and the bread pudding was the Bomb! We all had a Blast! We had been here for a birthday party. Check in was easier & staffs were good. The room was for about 1&1/2 hr. Food was good cold pastas were excellent & the desserts too , Of course it was unlimited. Games were good. The reason I'm giving four star because few of the games were out of order but we ended up loosing points without playing. At least they should put a sign saying OUT OF ORDER. Kids were bit disappointed with swiping they couldn't play. But overall we had a great fun. hours of fun for kids. read more

This was my first time coming here. I enjoyed it with my younger siblings, but what I didn't enjoy were the food and limited arcade games. A lot of the games were not working and the system of playing them was odd. I had three cards and when I tried to play a game while my sister played a different game, it didn't work until one of us either was done playing or swiped the card. They had a salad bar, lots of pizza and pasta. I liked the variety of foods but they weren't that tasty. I signed up for bowling and the wait was two hours. They informed us that they would text us to let us know when the lanes would be available but never did. I liked the mini bowling though. The restrooms were disgusting. I understand that the facility is big and there's probably not enough staff to help monitor every station, but I can't have fun if the facility is dirty and not well-kept. If I came back, I would do it for my siblings but I wouldn't come back personally. read more

Me, and a few others have been going here for the past 4-5 months raking in tickets to reach our goal of 63,800. This prize that we were saving up for is a mini electric moped. Our total was about 20,000 of from the goal. Well, fortunately, one of my friends has a friend who works there. He told us about how that prize has been there for a long time, and that the staff really wanted to get rid of it. He then learned of our goal, and he'd sought out to help us by spotting us if we were a few hundred tickets short. Turns out, we needed to be spotted after our day there. He went and added a few hundred to our current total of 62,745. But, his manager walked in and said that he can't add the few hundred. He subtracted the amount and gave us our cards. Turns out, one of my other friends had 1,703 points on his card and that we'd have enough to buy it. So we go back in, hand the card to the manager, and waited for her to return. When she returned, she handed us the card, and the receipt which had random information written on it. We had assumed she went to go get our prize as we had a few points left. We sat there for a good 45 minutes to an hour until we realized something was wrong. We waltzed to the counter and asked the manager why haven't we haven't gotten our prize, and she promptly replied, "your tickets have been confiscated due to the suspicion that you've obtained them illegally". "Uhh, we've been here for many months collecting tickets to get that prize right behind you. You can't just do that". The argument went on for a little bit like so, then decided to get the main manager's number. We're going up there tomorrow to get our belongings along with some compensation. I've been a loyal customer, and I will NOT be screwed out of hundreds of dollars that I've spent going there. read more

We had our football team's end of the season party here! It was lots of fun! Kids all ate well and then played laser tag and the games! Had to wait for the buffet to be refilled a few times (pizza, plates, and salad dressing), but once the staff was asked, they brought it right out! Very affordable and fun party! read more

First time visiting today, brought my 6 year old grandson and we drove 45 min to get here. Extremely disappointed, won't come back. Their unlimited is false advertising. It's only limited games that are unlimited, u have to pay for the rest with a card you buy from them. The $ 7 deal is not true either, you don't get unlimited on all 3 , you have to pick one then you have to buy your buffet after that. The whole thing is extremely confusing. I don't think i see any employees over the age of 25 including the managers. The cashier talked so loudly and fast, I just made her stop, she was making my brain hurt and I couldn't understand her anyway. It would really be great if someone could live up to what they advertise for once. I'm so tired of getting my grandson all stoked up for places just to be let down when we get there. Only thing I can say positive at this point is at least they have coke not Pepsi and the salad was decent, oh and there is a bar so I can go drink it up and try to forget about all the money I just wasted. This was the second year my three sons' Boy Scout Troop used iT'Z for their popcorn celebration party and it was even better and more fun this year than the prior year. Both the scouts and adults all enjoyed the delicious food and hours of fun in such a great and safe environment. Jeff Carman, the Sales Manager, is the best and ensured we got the best deal, while Leticia, our group hostess, made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I cannot say enough about how great our group's experience was due to the exceptional staff and their attention to our needs. We'll be back again next year...if not sooner! read more

This review is on buffet and bowling only. Before we went here the other day we called ahead of time about the prices. They said, 5.99 for buffet and 5$ for all you can bowl. Ok. We get there and there is an extra charge for drink they didnt tell us about. Ok im not crying about 1.79 or w/e it was but be straight forward, it was a cheap attempt to get people in. I never said i even want a drink. Then we learn that the food is closing in about 45 minutes. Again. They could of told us on the phone what time the buffet closes its all about communication. So we get to the food and its all cold and not very good. On to the bowling. It is advertised 5$ all you can bowl. Nothing is mentioned about shoes which is about 3.45 extra. Seriously folks! Communicate with your guests, enough of these cheap attempts to get people in. On top of that, right *after* we paid, ofcourse, she tells us that after an hour the lane shuts off and as long as they're not busy and theres not a wait, we will continue to get our lane. However, if there is a wait, we will be taken off the lane so other people can bowl. Yet. This is called all you can bowl. which it is not. Again another cheap attempt to get people in. We're like whatever go to the lane. It is dry!!! I mean they obviously never oil these lanes because the ball is not doing what it would normally do at a real bowling center. We didnt even finish one game we got our money back and left. I just find it funny because i have had people say they would rather go here than amf down the street because its "a better deal". Don't kid yourself this is nice if u want to throw a ball around but thats about it. The margarita i had was pretty good though. One star for that! read more

This place is so run down. We went for Halloween (which is also my daughters bday) since It was cold and wet outside and bought their special promotion package, we spent $82 total. At 5:57pm they had absolutely no food on buffet, and this is not an exaggeration. Not one pizza was out, no noodles for pasta, sauce had hard crust on top where It had been sitting, no hot dogs, no baked potatoes. There was one cook, one employee waiting on pizzas to be made and one handling salad bar/pasta bar. The place was not packed at all, hardly any customers, Maybe about 30-40 people. After about 45 mins we finally get food and eat. Then we head to arcade, mini bowling lanes had either no balls, didn't work and were reduced from 10 lanes to about 4 lanes. Same for skee ball and basket ball machine..... several arcade games had out of order signs or just took your money. We even called a worker when machine took our points from card but didn't work, worked attempted to open machine with three sets of keys and when that didn't work he just gave us 200 tickets instead of refund. We were very in pleased with our visit. Our family would go all the time but will no longer return after this last visit. read more

This place was probably nice when it first opened, but now it's be ran by kids and trouble makers alike. The employees there are all under 20, for The most part. There seems to be s huge lack of supervision for everything there. The bowling alley is littered with food, that takes exceptionally long to clean, several games are broken and need repaired, the drinks from the bar, while made by very young adults, taste like child's drinks. The bar food will taste cold after it took 45 minutes to arrive. And you won't be able to bowl in peace because for some weird reason the local teenaged can't sit down and enjoy a game of bowling. Word of advice use caution if you bring small kids there, there's a cop there on the weekends to keep everything under control. If you're going on a bowling date, avoid this place and take your date somewhere with more class, cleanliness, and better food. Have been here a few times and it's consistently getting worse. read more

Been wanting to try this place for a while even though I had seen plenty of negative reviews. I like to give things a shot on my own and I did and I regret it. I don't think I've ever seen a buffet so dirty. It was seriously disgusting. All the pizzas that were out looked terrible and they had no kid friendly pizzas until halfway through being there. The pastas looked like mush and I honestly am a little afraid of what we might experience in terms of sickness tonight. There was trash all over the floor, there was mashed up brownies all over the floor to the bathrooms and the mounds of ice in the drink stations was pretty gross given they were almost touching the nozzles. There were no forks at one of the stations so we had to walk all the way to the other side for silverware and being 9 months pregnant that's not fun searching for things in a sea of people. The dining room was probably the worst part. Every empty table was dirty! It was bad. I understand it's Spring Break and kids eat free on Thursdays but as a former restaurant manager and a long time employee of the service industry, I do know that proper staffing is the course of action that needs to be taken when you expect volume to this extent. I won't be returning which is sad because it's close to home and my son would have had a good time if we even wanted to stay after that. read more

We were skeptical looking at the location of this place. Once inside it says on the door you are REQUIRED to purchase a buffet for all. That only works if you want to eat there, but just wanting to take the kids out just for fun..no thank you. Food should be an option not forced on parents. Itz is a very bad place to bring your children! the staff is very rude and not polite. All they do is criticize your children. I came for the eid holiday and i was in line for laser tag and i was physically touched by a staff member pushing me to the back of the line assuming i was cutting. This place has let me down twice now and this will be the last time for sure. The first time was worse than the second time around, but still terrible. We just went here today and first of all when we went to eat there was trash/dirty plates all over the eating areas. The seats that where open weren't even wiped down. We stood there plates in hands for 20 minutes waiting for a clean spot. Then they say you can request pizza which did and 45 minutes later still no pizza. When it comes to games there are so many that are obviously broken and others that aren't so obvious until they eat your credit. We spent $125 dollars for filth and broken games. Not only that, but so many times at the rock climb wall and laser tag the employees would clearly see people jumpimg the line and did Nothing even after we brought it up. I have 4 kids all of whom I let down. The only thing that seems to have improved is the food tasted better. The first time we came I swore we wouldn't be back and never bothered to review the place. Against my best judgment we returned and felt a review was necessary to help prevent other hard working people from wasting their money. read more

This place has great potential for me to be a regular, but the pizza lacks quality ingredients. I'd rather have little caesars, Pizza Garden, or Cici's Pizza before eating the pizza served at ITZ. I am impressed with the variety of pastas though! The salad bar is good, but they no longer served boiled eggs as a topping for the salads, even though they used to when the establishment was called "America's Incredible Pizza". Evidently I love eggs on my salad, LOL. On slow days, I rarely see any bussers.... stacks of plates are left on tables for more than 30 mins, which isnt appealing. Aside from these complaints, ITZ has fantastic specials! Such as, kids eat free on certain days and $3.99 buffet, which is a great value! Crappy pizza, but your stomach is satisfied! The play area has grew since it first opened and the kids seem to enjoy it. I like the addition of the laser tag and rock climbing. I hope they make better pizza! read more

If you're really into waiting long periods of time for things, hearing hoards of children screaming their heads off and eating terrible food, this is the place for you. It might be cool if you have 5+ children and need a cheap place to let them roam wild until they pass out and throw up the disgusting pizza, but otherwise stay away. Service is terrible , takes forever just to get in the door, and forever to leave as well, I waited for over 10 mins standing at the bar trying to pay so I could leave and didn't get any help until I yelled at someone to give me my tab. The bowling lanes are all busted and stop working a few times during every game, and the food, yes I'm talking about the food again. It's no wonder they MAKE you buy the buffett, cause you couldn't pay me to eat the slop they're dishing out at this place. Worst place ever - service was so slow! Stood in line forever and I was third in line but took so long. After I ordered my food I asked for my Diet Coke and she put the cup to the side and said she's going to get the order of the next person and then fill my drink. Why? I ordered first. So they are taking forever to take the next order I had to get someone else to get my drink. My friend also asked for water and that lady got someone else's drink and then asked my friend if she got her water. So scattered and it didn't really faze them that they were giving a bad service and people were getting upset. My friends' orders came and food tasted terrible. They gave my food to another table - and took forever to give me money back. We got 1 hour of bowling which was $14 and 30 minutes was spent in line trying to order, get a drink, and get money back. We love ITZ Pizza. The food is good and the games are so much fun for the kids when it is way too hot to play outside! We even ate lunch one day, played so long that it was dinner and ate again lol :) Most of the time the buffet's are really cheap or you can get it for free if you buy enough game cards. Awful experience. Arrived at 10:45AM on Saturday and waited for 15 mins at checkin because there was one clerk and the customer in front of us was purchasing a group package. At 11:45AM there were literally 6 slices of pizza available with no sense of urgency from THE single employee in the kitchen. Availability wasn't the only or even worst issue; the pizza was terrible and we retreated back to the game room hungry. Several of the shooting games had guns that didn't work. Fortunately, Carlos who was bussing tables was VERY attentive and polite. Thank you, Carlos. And the bathrooms and dining areas were clean. read more

Despite the place being woefully understaffed there are a couple of staff members whose main job seems to be to wander around aimlessly, being if no use to man or beast. Food was edible, take that as you see fit. And the several times we tried to buy ice cream there was no one manning the stand. At lunchtime. On a Friday. During summer vacation. We took our church group last Friday and loved it. It's our 2nd year to take the kids there on our annual Lock In. Jeff Carman was wonderful and even helped me after hours to make sure the party was a success. The staff was great and even had to make some special pizzas for picky kids!! I must say the value of this venue was great! The entire staff from food and beverage, to the game attendants, and the technology folks were so accommodating to meet all of our needs. We held our company's annual outing here this past week and we were not disappointed. My team and I searched the area for a good venue within our company budget to host our event. Most outlets were not willing to budge on their advertised prices, but iTZ provided us a great deal for our group of 80 people. The Group Sales Manager, Jeff Carman, was so easy to work with. There were no hidden charges and he answered all of our concerns in advance. Jeff and team checked in with me throughout to make sure we were being well taken care of. We had read some of the negative reviews about the quality of the food and he addressed this in a very transparent way. He assured us that the new GM and Food Services Manager have worked hard to address those concerns by changing recipes and raising the bar on their own expectations. We were very happy with the quality and selection at this price point! We had several team building activities planned while on site and they made a way for all of them to be accomplished with ease. Our employees are still talking about what a great time they had. Many of them stayed after our event was over and continued to enjoy the facilities and bowled, played games and took full advantage of the unlimited food an beverages. Others said they didn't realize how many things there were to do there and would be going back with their families and friends again.
