Great place to have fun with the family, just a little expensive at being $9 for 1 person.

He only apologized once my sister told him not to touch my nephew and that he is disabled (autism) but he never tried to apologize until my sister confronted him. My nephew still wanted to climb as he wasn't aware what that man did to him was unjustified and wrong. My sister went to the manager and explained the situation but the manager (picture below: woman with short black hair and glasses) said that she was watching everything and began saying it was a parents responsibility to watch over ones child, my sister agreed with that and said that either way the man had no reason to push my nephew and that the correct response would've been to talk with her about it. The manager insisted their employee did nothing wrong. My sister recorded everything and told the manager this and also told her she wanted a refund. We went to the front desk and the manager came back with a completely different story now, she said that she spoke with her employee and that he said he never pushed my nephew. My sister then reminded her that she said she had been watching everything. She is a liar who didn't bother looking at the security cameras after my sister asked her to. She never bothered with any kind of apology even though her later statements imply she wasn't present at the time of the incident and she wasn't even sure about what had happened. This was overall a terrible experience that could've been resolved had the manager taken some responsibility and had not tried to justify the actions of a grown man towards a child with autism. This goes to show that they do not care for any child disabled or not. They don't train their employees to handle children with care and respect that they deserve. The employee didn't even know how to properly harness my nephew who despite all his excitement was standing still, he had to ask my sister to help him. From the manager to the red head employee, all of them handled this wrong and I will never come back. I hope everyone is careful with their children in their care given the manager was willing to defend a man who's first instinct is to push a child instead of talking to a parent. My sister was right next to my nephew when everything happened, I was sitting right there too and my nephew's only emotion was excitement even after he was pushed. Do better ALLEYCATS and employ better people for the safety of children.

Well, for Mini Golf. 2x the fun with two 18 hole courses that play more like what you'd expect real golf greens to be like if they were much smaller. No playing off a brick our down a pipe here. You'll love it. One price gets you ALL DAY access with unlimited play for $30 adults, $20 kids, and $24 for seniors. Play a round then grab a bite and play two more. The food is pretty good. I like the Chicken Tenders and there's even an AYCE option which is a bit much for me but John Daly would approve. Need a drink? 3 bars, table and lounge seating AND they will walk your beverages out to your tee. It's all through the app which is where you can keep score to see how well you do against the others in the Big Board. Paper score cards are available for old school. The staff is fun and friendly. Always a smile and cheery. You would be too looking out over the greens all day. This is outside so wear sunscreen. The weekends can get packed where I've seen lines of 20 minutes to tee up but hey, you've got a drink in hand and the kids are playing corn hole or ping pong. It's all good. You'll like it so much you'll want to grab a monthly membership which offers unlimited play and discounts on food and drinks for $30/mo. Do the math it's a deal. I almost instantly regretted it as soon as we figured out there was not a single place to sit for parents. They have a decent size party room, but unless you rent it, they don't allow anyone in. The whole time our kids were playing we stood while staff mopped the room in the middle of the day. The room was empty from the time we arrived at open so it blows my mind they would not put one of their 5 tables with benches down for customers. When I asked about seating they recommended we sit outside on the benches by the mini golfing in triple digits, leaving a blind straight path between my kids and the exit. Not an option.

You know, if you don't get a hole in one and you're off to the side, tricky getting that little ball up that hill at close range. There were lots of kids inside with the amusement games, so great place for the fam. I wouldn't have a little tyke play this course. Gave it a 4 because no senior or military discount. Come on guys? The package we received $10 in video games (no prize games) and unlimited attractions: golf, rides, laser tag, go carts There were 2 attendants that appeared to be working. One stayed at the cars -it was the most popular-possibly because there was an attendant there so it looked operational. All other attractions we had to go find an attendant and that was quite difficult. Plenty of employees walking around but none working attractions. We finally found one person and she seemed responsible for all of them. So only one ride at a time could be operated. That is ridiculous since we paid for unlimited and only one closed at a time. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 11:45 -we had 1 sorcerer for more than 30 people! Too much for one person. Pizzas were not delivered until 12:10 and only 2 at a time and were served 2 slices at a time by waitress. We then had to wait to get 2 more pizzas. So we spent A LOT of time waiting for rides and food and very little time participating in the activities. Pizza was terrible -think kid pizza. Not one participant asked for seconds. Worse than Main Event pizza It could be improved with staff! And better food
