I almost don't want to write a review, because it's rarely overly busy when we come, and we want to keep the secret, haha. The owners and employees are awesome people. They obviously take pride in their creation and sharing it with people. We have been coming for five years, and they are great at upkeep. On our first visit of this year, we noticed everything had a fresh coat of paint, new tee mats, and some new landscaping elements in preparation for the busy, warm months. The landscaping is professional and attractive. We also love that the course is adjoined on two sides by wild green space, so we often spot some cardinals and other birds while golfing. There is not a lot of shade. They are smart about mounting misters and umbrellas during the summer to help cool you off, but I wouldn't advise coming in the middle of a hot, still day if you are heat sensitive. Hours vary by season, and they tend to have extended hours anytime school's out (including Christmastime), so check the website or give them a call anytime you get the itch for a round of putt putt. Nearly every hole had a backup, and by the end of the round it felt like we were watching putt-putt rather than playing it. What really stands out is that this doesn't seem like a one-time issue. After reading other reviews, I found plenty of people describing the same problems: overcrowding, constant bottlenecks, and long waits between shots. When the same complaint keeps appearing, it's no longer an issue of bad luck, it's clearly a management problem. What's most frustrating is that I've seen Puttshack get this right. The Downtown Atlanta location was busy too, but groups kept moving and the course flowed smoothly. Here, it felt like management kept packing more people into the venue without any concern for the actual guest experience, I mean the whole course moved like rush-hour traffic. Another important note would be the attentiveness of the staff. Even on a Saturday, at 3pm mind you, the lower bar was empty when we walked in, and the staff of three at the upper bar seemed to have issues managing a line consisting of two. I nearly waited 5 minutes for even an acknowledgement, which is not the kind of experience you'd expect BEFORE the evening rush. The technology and courses themselves are great, but that's hard to appreciate when you're spending most of your time waiting for the group ahead of you. For the price, I expected a lot better. Until they address the overcrowding, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Life is too short to spend it waiting in line between putts.

The room was empty from the time we arrived at open so it blows my mind they would not put one of their 5 tables with benches down for customers. When I asked about seating they recommended we sit outside on the benches by the mini golfing in triple digits, leaving a blind straight path between my kids and the exit. Not an option.

There is a reason professional players migrate to Arlington, Texas in the off-season to train here. There are adequate cages that can be used by individuals or rented by teams. In addition, they have added 2 training areas and a weight room where they offer classes, workshops, private lessons, and more. The pros not only work with kids, but they work out with the kids. Brian, Cameron, Aidan, and Tom have created a culture that makes kids and families feel like they belong. Love this place!!!!
