Jump around, jump around, jump up, jump up and get down!!

I've gone to a few Pump it Up's in the last few years. This place rates a little lower than my previous experiences. The location is a bit hard to find since there is no sign in front letting you know where to go. You'll need to see the sign on the building which you can't see from the street. I had to drive by it three times before I finally found it, the whole time I had kids saying "are we there yet, are we there yet?" This is not the fault of the people that run it, but worth mentioning. After parking and entering, it wasn't super crowded, but the staff seemed like they were already done and tired for the day. C'mon man.... this is a kids place and you gotta be pumped up and ready to get this party started. I walk to the front desk and I'm told to go over to one of three iPads to fill out my parent waiver. OK, so I stand behind people having conversations that don't move, they just stand there in the way. In the between time, three employees are behind the waiver line traffic and not directing people, it's starting to get crowded. I recommend crowd control, let people know to please fill out the form, then move with your child. Deliver that message with a smile and a great attitude. Once complete I go back to the counter where one of three employees simply points to where I need to go. I walked into the wrong room since they didn't do a great job explaining where to go. I feel like when I disturbed them from thier conversation, they REALLY wanted to tell me "where to go". I finally find the right room, I see a few parents I know and begin to say hello after directing my kids to the bounce house. In less than ten seconds an employee comes over and tells me my kids can't go on the bounce house because they have no socks. There are several kids on the bouncy with no socks... this angers me, but rather than complain, I comply. I of course have to buy socks at 2 bucks a pair. I'm not happy about this. Not because of the money, but more because they could have told me this before I came to this room. I buy socks and get my kids ready, then sit and talk to other parents. Several of the parents had to buy socks. Suggesting, perhaps over emphasize to the person having the party to have the kids wear socks. If they did, then shame on the person that invited us. After a little time passes, it's time to move. The employees come out and direct the kids to the room with the presents and food. A second employee comes over and tells us we need to move out of the room since there is another party coming in. He asks me to please have my guest move to the next room. IT'S NOT MY PARTY. Suggestion, don't tell me the reason why in a non-upbeat fashion, it makes me feel like I'm a burden. Everyone moves to the next room and the kids that ran the food part did a good job. There were two to three employees and they made sure everyone had pizza, a drink and cake. The one kid even slipped me an extra piece of cake for my kid. I think this is a great business model and I understand they have to move you fast to the next room to keep the flow of things, I only left two stars because I think they need to work on communication and manners. It's simple; regardless how your day goes, when you walk into Pump it Up as an employee, walk in happy and ready to over direct adults with a friendly and upbeat attitude. It goes a long way. People will be frustrated, but it's your job to deal with the parents and make sure they understand the rules, after all, these are the potential customers that you want to come back and have parties for their kids. Think about how big Disney is, but I've never had a bad experience there. Why? Attitude. Take notes and use my review as a learning experience.

Thank you Kayla for going over and beyond.

I had my daughter's 3rd birthday party and we had an enjoyable experience. Party pros and coordinators were very attentive and catered to our every need. Our coordinator Kayla went over and beyond with just doing the small things.

Really nice bounce house ... we came for yet another birthday party for another one of my daughters classmates. This one was out of the way for us, I guess closer to where they or their family live ... anyway. Probably the most pleasant bounce house party we've been too. We arrived a little late so we put our gift on the cart and were directed to the room they were in. The had some nice bounce houses, as well as other activites the kids could do. Both the bounce rooms we went too had air hockey tables (costing a buck?) one I think had a hurricane simulator ... one had a bounce climbing wall where you got a flag, one had a ball catcher bounce thing ... etc. I'm not sure if the rooms were that big or the fact there were only 10 or so kids in our party but I didn't feel crowded, over heated, or rushed. They had plenty of seating in the party room for the kids and adults. Man I do wish this was closer to us!

I tried... This is hard to do!

They do host birthday parties, so you can always call to check if they have open play available that day. It's very similar to Cheeky Monkeys, but slightly better. First off, entrance fee is for the entire day, and not on an hourly basis. I also like that the play area is very open in the sense that you don't feel crammed in with a whole bunch of kids and parents. If a kid is climbing up the play structure, your child is visible the entire time, except when they're going through a solid tunnel or slide of course. You can literally walk to the back of the play structure to follow your child the entire way through. It's the perfect place for toddlers. They have a small trampoline area. Some small slides for the little ones, and larger slides for the older kids. Soft play area for infants as well. My son absolutely loves the coupe ride-on cars they have all around. Restroom could use some improvement. They have a changing area. However, toilet paper wasn't replaced during busy times. It would be nice to have someone check the restroom as dirty diapers are occasionally disposed improperly, and need some tidying up. Overall, this is a great indoor play area, especially since it is getting super hot outside.

There were bigger kids that were kinda running a muck and i was scared they were going to accidentally push him off that slide. There is plenty of seating area for parties/groups. The place was clean and bathrooms were clean as well. The location could be better, but there was plenty of parking outside.

They still charged us for one extra adult--even though there were only three of us. Management's explanation? "Because you all came together." ...what? So if we walked in separately--one adult with one kid, then the other adult with the second kid--they magically wouldn't charge us? They should just change the sign to "two free adults per family" if that's what they actually mean. The vibe inside is depressing. It's not energetic or fun like you'd expect from a Chuck E. Cheese. It feels more like an overpriced indoor playground with a few scattered arcade machines. Cheeky Monkey does this way better, and for the price here, it's just not worth it unless you're staying for more than two hours. $19.99 per kid plus extra adult fees is ridiculous. Not to mention we overheard the prior family complain they have to pay for the whole day when they only wanted to be here for an hour. YES, the all day pass is the ONLY option. It's crazy The food was fine, but... confusing. We ordered a "medium" pizza, which was tiny. I wanted a large, but the menu only showed cheese or pepperoni--no size options. Then I noticed a nearby table with a much bigger pizza that wasn't even listed. Why hide options? Nothing about the food ordering system makes sense. The one thing they got right is the play structure. It's big, clean, and fun, with large slides and lots of obstacles. There's also a dedicated 0-4 area. That's the only reason this isn't a one-star review. Overall? I won't be coming back. I'd rather drive to Cheeky Monkey where the price actually matches the experience. I rarely leave reviews, but this place earned it. Total BS from start to finish

I came through on a weekday during lunch and it wasn't too packed and offered plenty of seating options. The concept of dining in is easy as to where you order up front, pay for your meal, and head to the wonderful pizza bar to grab your food. They also have a to go option to where you can order online or by phone and pick up your order as well. For starters, they just don't offer great quality pizza but many other additional items as well. They have chicken noodle soup, and to complement them, they also have saltiness crackers. They have a full-blown salad bar that carry's everything from green iceberg lettuce and almost every topping you can imagine from cucumbers, pickles, olives, and more! They offer a great variety of dressings, and my personal favorite is the ranch. They also have a pasta bar with Alfredo and marinara sauce. They are constantly making hot and fresh pizzas around the clock and putting them out for the customers. They have your typical pepperoni pizza, sausage, Buffalo, and my favorite spinach pizza. Believe it or not but you can actually request a personal pizza and they will make it for you to eat there. They just don't offer their standard dough but also a thick crust dough and a thin dough as well. They even have garlic bread that was thick, garlicky, and extremely cheesy! I enjoy dipping the bread into ranch or mixing the Alfredo and marinara to complement it. They even have desserts such as brownies and a lovely cinnamon pizza that was quite tasty. The pizza was ooey gooey with cheese and had the perfect sauce to cheese ratio while the toppings had just the right amount. The staff and crew were extremely friendly and nice and provided second to none customer service. This is the place to go for amazing food, and the prices are extremely reasonable and won't break the bank. They offer soft drinks and water, and they also have a small game arcade in the back. The place was extremely clean, and I enjoyed my meal and left happy with barely a dent in my wallet. Thank you for an amazing experience that my family and I won't forget.
