Both my 4 and 10 YO love this place. They have 9 GIANT blowup play features- slides, basketball, obstacle course, games. It runs in 2 hour sessions and is very inexpensive. They only make guardians pay if you are going to play. read more

I have had multiple parties here in the past and loved it. This time around seemed a bit different. The whole experience seemed rushed and didn't quite care for that. Also didn't like the fact that they didn't spell my daughter's name correctly in her bin of gifts. The staff is friendly, but they are young so maybe not very attentive to detail. Thankfully my daughter did have fun. Unfortunately this will be my last Pump it up party, I just feel like there are better places out there for what we paid. read more

I've gone to a few Pump it Up's in the last few years. This place rates a little lower than my previous experiences. The location is a bit hard to find since there is no sign in front letting you know where to go. You'll need to see the sign on the building which you can't see from the street. I had to drive by it three times before I finally found it, the whole time I had kids saying "are we there yet, are we there yet?" This is not the fault of the people that run it, but worth mentioning. After parking and entering, it wasn't super crowded, but the staff seemed like they were already done and tired for the day. C'mon man.... this is a kids place and you gotta be pumped up and ready to get this party started. I walk to the front desk and I'm told to go over to one of three iPads to fill out my parent waiver. OK, so I stand behind people having conversations that don't move, they just stand there in the way. In the between time, three employees are behind the waiver line traffic and not directing people, it's starting to get crowded. I recommend crowd control, let people know to please fill out the form, then move with your child. Deliver that message with a smile and a great attitude. Once complete I go back to the counter where one of three employees simply points to where I need to go. I walked into the wrong room since they didn't do a great job explaining where to go. I feel like when I disturbed them from thier conversation, they REALLY wanted to tell me "where to go". I finally find the right room, I see a few parents I know and begin to say hello after directing my kids to the bounce house. In less than ten seconds an employee comes over and tells me my kids can't go on the bounce house because they have no socks. There are several kids on the bouncy with no socks... this angers me, but rather than complain, I comply. I of course have to buy socks at 2 bucks a pair. I'm not happy about this. Not because of the money, but more because they could have told me this before I came to this room. I buy socks and get my kids ready, then sit and talk to other parents. Several of the parents had to buy socks. Suggesting, perhaps over emphasize to the person having the party to have the kids wear socks. If they did, then shame on the person that invited us. After a little time passes, it's time to move. The employees come out and direct the kids to the room with the presents and food. A second employee comes over and tells us we need to move out of the room since there is another party coming in. He asks me to please have my guest move to the next room. IT'S NOT MY PARTY. Suggestion, don't tell me the reason why in a non-upbeat fashion, it makes me feel like I'm a burden. Everyone moves to the next room and the kids that ran the food part did a good job. There were two to three employees and they made sure everyone had pizza, a drink and cake. The one kid even slipped me an extra piece of cake for my kid. I think this is a great business model and I understand they have to move you fast to the next room to keep the flow of things, I only left two stars because I think they need to work on communication and manners. It's simple; regardless how your day goes, when you walk into Pump it Up as an employee, walk in happy and ready to over direct adults with a friendly and upbeat attitude. It goes a long way. People will be frustrated, but it's your job to deal with the parents and make sure they understand the rules, after all, these are the potential customers that you want to come back and have parties for their kids. Think about how big Disney is, but I've never had a bad experience there. Why? Attitude. Take notes and use my review as a learning experience. read more

The manager of this establishment was highly unprofessional. They had young kids working alone this past Friday without proper support and supervision. When there was an issue with the birthday party they were ill equipped to handle the problem. The next day when the owner was in and the issue was presented to him, he was not understanding nor amendable despite circumstances and how poorly the services rendered affected the birthday party. I can not help but feel that the owner was less interested in provided a professional experience that was agreed upon and more interested in fulfilling a personal agenda. read more

Jumping beans.... Ok not really beans but humans! I attended a 7 year old birthday party here and it was a blast. I dont know anything about pricing but my bestie and mother of the birthday boy was just so in awe about how she didnt have to do any cleanup nor setup!! There was an employee that went with the group to each room. When the time was up, which was like 30 minutes per room the employee moved us to the next room. Our group went through 2 "jumping" rooms and then the third room was food, presents and cake! There were two different employees in this room and they got the kids seated with food and drink. As in they served the kids and the birthday boy got to sit in a special blow up chair/kings chair! After eating the employees helped with giving the birthday boy a present open it and then set it aside and gave the next present. They cut and passed out the cake to all the guests also. It was a great time for all! They also had a slideshow of pictures going in the final room of the kids and adults in the bounce houses! It was great fun, cant wait to go back. read more

One of my kids was invited to attend a friends bday party here, and having been to several of these places this one is pretty neat. One of their arena's is lit with black lights and laser light things. And kids loved it. The guest of honor also gets to sit in a big throne. Staff was friendly and they keep the party going to make sure it is done on time. At times it makes you feel rushed but better that than having party drag on. Neat place read more

Just left a birthday party and my wife and I agreed this is an excellent place to have a party. You have to do nothing because the host (who are extremely friendly) do it all. They would not let us help serve or clean up, cause they got it. Reasonable pricing on a week day, not sure about the weekends. As a parent, easy, fun and no cleaning or prepping are out kind of parties... well at least for me. Give it a try, you shan't regret it. read more

We have visited pump it up numerous times in another state. We went here for an open bounce and were disappointed. While it offers what we expected, 2 rooms with plenty of bounce space for the kiddos.... The issue is it did not seem as clean as I would expect and have seen at other locations. The floors were dirty and the smell just did not seem fresh... I love that they offer open bounce so you can go outside of parties, the staff was fine at check in, and kids had fun. Only issue is just needs to be more clean and maintained. read more

My daughter has been to a few parties here. She loves it. They do a good job getting everyone in and out, but I personally wouldn't pay to have a party here because of how short the amount of play time is. It's hard to tell the kids that they are done playing completely and then cake and just leave. My three year old didn't understand and kept trying to join the other parties in the bounce house rooms. Other places I've been to offer open play for the whole party, usually 3-4 hours. I think they try to cram too many parties in at one time, but then again, you do get the bounce houses private for your party. It's a toss up. The kids who work here are nice and patient, and they look like they have fun. They even take photos and make a cute slideshow that plays during the cake and pizza. I noticed that the hosts also packed up all the gifts, which was great. It seemed easy enough on the parents who hosted. read more

Really nice bounce house ... we came for yet another birthday party for another one of my daughters classmates. This one was out of the way for us, I guess closer to where they or their family live ... anyway. Probably the most pleasant bounce house party we've been too. We arrived a little late so we put our gift on the cart and were directed to the room they were in. The had some nice bounce houses, as well as other activites the kids could do. Both the bounce rooms we went too had air hockey tables (costing a buck?) one I think had a hurricane simulator ... one had a bounce climbing wall where you got a flag, one had a ball catcher bounce thing ... etc. I'm not sure if the rooms were that big or the fact there were only 10 or so kids in our party but I didn't feel crowded, over heated, or rushed. They had plenty of seating in the party room for the kids and adults. Man I do wish this was closer to us! read more

We went here a couple of times during open play and it was great! It was pretty empty and the kids had a blast running around, jumping and sliding on all the bounce house. Great place to burn all that energy they have. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they could use some ventilation in those rooms when you walk in you can tell there's no fresh air, it gets hot quickly and the fans they have are always off. read more

Looked online to see when open jump time would be. It clearly stated 12:00pm. Once we arrived I was told open jump begins at 12:30. I immediately showed the three employees behind the desk that the online calendar said 12:00. Then I was told it actually was 12:00 because of a field trip...well duh!...that's what I JUST told you. I am giving two stars because my girls were allowed to jump for free because the credit card machine wasn't working. Once we entered, the first bounce room was so hot it took our breath away. The thermostat on the wall showed 80 degrees. The other room was nice and cool. Before we left I asked how much the air hockey game was and the employee told me $.50. We put two quarters in and the game did not start. What a disappointment! read more

My daughter turned 1 and we had her birthday party past Sunday at 1pm. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The entire time of our scheduled party, the staff rushed us through jump time and room time (eating, cutting of the cake, and gifts). My guest were there at 1pm, and the receptionist made it clear that I arrived at 1:15 and that they didn't have anything to set up. I had to wait until 1:30pm for the Coordinator to come and thoroughly clean the room( which was not done btw before or after my party). I brought table cloth and decorations which I did not get to properly complete because the coordinator rushed the kids through their jump time. There were no favor bags, table cloths, plates, napkins, balloons or anything provided by Pump it Up! If I didn't bring my own decorations, we would have had a bare room. I asked the coordinator to help blow up balloons ( I brought my own helium tank; he BARELY blew 4 balloons- no help at all). The coordinator brought the pizza in, while I was still decorating. He rushed us to eat. The pizza and beverages are ordered from a third party vendor, No complimentary mini bottles of water provided for the number of guest I had and of course, the water fountains did not work. Literally, every other minute, he did a time check to see if I was ready to cut the cake. That was rushed, didn't bring out the proper utensils to do so. We never got a chance to open gifts nor did we get a slide show of the pictures of my kids jumping. My guest felt rushed, and I do not appreciate how I me and my family was treated for the amount of money I paid. THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND I WILL NEVER PATRONIZED THEM AGAIN. read more

I've hosted parties and I've attended parties at this location before without any issues. However after my experience today I will never come back to this location again. Our experience was so bad that two of my guests in attendance have cancelled their parties scheduled at another location. You're not provided 30 minutes of jump time in each room because they're rushing you out to get the next party in. They don't provide time to decorate and before your party ends they're rushing you out to get the next party in the room. I had someone else's items in my party room prior to the end of my party. My party hostess was rude and never smiled the entire time she was in the party room. It was so bad that my party guests complained about her during my party and after. While talking to the manager about the hostess and being rushed out the way we were, she raised her voice, rolled her neck, put her finger in my face, rolled her eyes, and stomped away like a child. She did this in front of the party waiting in the lobby and my guests. Luckily the other manager apologized and took my complaint. The staff admitted to rushing me because they're being rushed throughout the day to get the next party in and out. I am aware of the time constraints when it comes to getting one party in and the next one out, but I have never experienced this type of system. I have never had a rude hostess and I've never encountered a "manager" that acted in the manner stated above. I chose to have my party at this location because of the customer service exhibited when I stopped by to inquire about hosting a party but I really wish I would've read the reviews beforehand. This was the worst party I have ever attended or hosted. read more

I have attended numerous parties at another location. It has always been a great experience. Therefore, this year I decided that I would plan my son's party here. Due to my health issue at the time, I was specifically seeking a place that provided great party hosting. Party hosting was my number one priority on my list for deciding where I would have his birthday party. This would end up being the WORST experience and disappointment. As we entered, we were not greeted nor given instructions. Thankfully I had been to a few parties and knew what to do. The initial party host seemed to be disconnected during the introduction and video. The bounce room was stuffy due to the smelly socks and shoes. There was minimal interaction between the party host and the kids. Once entering the food room, we started with two party hostesses but ended with none . The kids wanted pizza and cake BUT no hostess to be found. I asked one of my parents to go get a hostess because I felt it was their job and that's what I PAID for. Thankfully one of the other parents was able to summon someone to come back and host the party! MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT and hopefully Pump it up will make the necessary changes to ensure that each kid/ party have a great experience. read more

I booked my son's birthday party here. The place is lots of fun for large parties. I've been to several birthdays here and the kids always have a good time. The adults usually have more fun than they'd like to admit. Our attendant, Bryan (or Brian), was quiet and not at all engaging with the kids. He actually reprimanded my four year old for eating his pizza too slow (not knowing that I was watching). However, I'm not going to hold this against them too much because I've seen the other attendants and they're usually pretty great. But, I do have three big qualms with the place and that's why I can't give them more than two stars. 1. Price. It's very expensive considering the amount of time you get. There aren't any competitors (yet) for this type of business and that's probably why they can charge as much as they do. The price varies depending on the time slot, which is silly considering the fact that the services they provide are always the same. It's cheaper to book at a time that would be inconvenient for working parents and children in school. 2. Food Restrictions. You can't bring your own food. This was my biggest complaint. You're restricted to bringing fruit & veggie platters and your birthday cake. They order pizza from Mr. Jim's. That's your only food option. The kids usually aren't picky about where their pizza comes from but they should offer the option to bring your own food for the parents that have to spend the time at a noisy birthday party. I find this absolutely ridiculous because I think it cheapens the experience. You're willing to shell out all this money for a birthday party and you're restricted to feeding everyone, including adults, some crappy pizza that you would never order otherwise. Food allergies? Needing a gluten free meal for a family? Want to feed your loved ones a decent meal before cake? Tough bananas. 3. "Themes." This goes hand-in-hand with the price complaint, but they offer "themes" for parties for a little bit extra. DO NOT BUY A THEME. Simple as that. We purchased the superhero theme for my son because Pump It Up advertises on their website that they offer "imaginative play" and special interaction with the kids. Total rip-off, the superhero theme meant playing the theme songs from popular superhero movies like The Incredibles, Superman, Avengers, etc., over the speakers, and the attendant carrying around a plastic tube and giving the birthday boy "trophies" between rooms to put in the plastic tube. That's it. The "trophies" are foam squishy toys... like the stress balls you can get from the dollar store, or chew toys for a dog... We switched rooms twice. Not even kidding... they charged me extra for my son to put a handful of cheap toys in a plastic tube to some "special" background music... twice. read more

Definitely the worst Pump It Up I have ever been to. I worked at the Coppell location in the past, and the way we were treated at my friend's party was horrid. They claimed that the awful smell in the party room was from a fruit tray which she brought in, but there is no way that a dirty diaper smell would be coming from a fruit tray! When confronted about it, the manager first told us that there was no smell and then started blaming the other items which the mother had brought in. A letter was written to the owner, informing them about the situation and they also responded with ""We had back to back parties all day so that room was constantly in use. The party room smelled fine for the party immediately before the party you attended. After the staff brought in the items and coolers for the party you attended, the room began smelling bad." The owner was not at the location at the time of the party, so how would they even know this? I will NEVER take my son here again! I'd rather drive an extra 20 minutes to receive EXCELLENT service, than go here and be treated so POORLY! read more

They have two huge rooms of bounce houses (with carpeted floors so the kids don't slip when getting out of a bounce house!), and a nice party room. Not from here so I was looking for a place for my kiddos to burn off some energy. This place is great! They have pop in play and Fridays for extra $$ you can leave your child to run errands or whatever. My only complaint was the age groups all commingled with each other. A couple of times my kids were getting toppled over by the bigger kids. In my opinion the rooms should be divided by age groups or have designated times for the age groups to come play. We have had 6 birthday parties at this location over the past 4 years. We have attended about 10 other parties and all experiences have been exceptional!!! My youngest daughter has lots of medical problems and for her 3rd birthday since she is doing so good we decided to have a party here . It was supposed to be a very special day . The party was good. We paid extra for them to take pictures and while only 3 pictures they took were of my daughter I can get over that , I took many of my own . But , we were rushed the entire time in the party room. They hosts in the party room were not personable at all. The female host was very rude and after my daughter blew out her candles she yelled now go sit down!!! ( a few parents have called me and asked if I got her name so they could complain but I didn't sadly) a little girl was served cake AFTER all the other kids AND ADULTS!! She was sitting with her hand raised for 15minutes and finally her dad got up and cut her cake himself . When my daughter was opening her presents all the kids were scooting up of course like they always do. Since they hosts disappeared for like 10mjnutes I decided to lead the opening of presents myself and I had it covered but the male hosts came up and yelled ( more then just raised his voice over the notice ) for the kids to move back and get out of the way them 5 minutes before the party was actually supposed to be over we were quickly rushed out of the party room . They out all of our stuff on a cart and put it in the entry way and disappeared . Very disappointed with the staff and I guarantee we will never be back to pump it up. Worst birthday experience ever, they rushed everyone through everything because it seemed that they had over scheduled party's. When they brought me into the party room they informed me that we would not have time to open presents, and I agreed. Then they rushed to feed the kids, no one was done with the first slice before they rushed us to sing happy birthday. They immediately took the cake, not giving us a few seconds to take pictures and started cutting it in a hurry, they destroyed the cake. They did not cut the cake in correct proportions and were in such a rush that they did not care what the slices came out like, very sloppy!! They made my guest feel very uncomfortable, and that was very embarrassing for us all. They rushed everyone out, and even came in the party room and yelled out "I need the host family and guest out" how rude and embarrassing!!!! And on top of everything they charged me $50 for extra time, time that I was not aware of. The party ended at 6:45 and by 7 everyone was making their way out, really $50 for 15 minutes, 15 minutes that we used to gather and clean up is just ridiculous!! Never again, my friend informed me that there is a place at the Parks mall in Arlington that is very similar, and the staff are much more polite and understanding, I will definitely try there next time. read more
