Probably the worse experience of Top Golf ever!! Went on Sunday March 2nd for my husband birthday. Pretty important day I would say. Been to Frisco, Allen, Las Vegas, and few others. Anyway I must say this is 0 star experience. We sat down and my son needs a left handed golf club. So we didn't start the game because we were waiting for someone to get it. According to lady in the front our server will get it for us. Okay fair enough! So server said first thing she did was point at the timer and said "you have 90 minutes play time, you can order until it's 45mnts left on the clock, and then she starts our game and said what game would you like to pick? Is this sonic one ok? Its the new one" I'm like hello.. welcome.. we didn't want to start the game because we are waiting for left handed golf clubs. And then it went down hill from there. We ordered everything then! Drinks, appetizers, food and told her about the need of left handed clubs. Took her 20mnts to come back with water, pitcher of beer and coke. And then another 10 for the clubs. and then 45mnts for the app to come! So at this time we have 45mnts left on the clock. And our app just came out but not our dinner. She's never around and at this time it doesn't even matter anymore. Our burgers came and clocked showed we have 32mnts of play time, and she just handed us with our check! I totally forgot her name but it was March 2nd, and we were in bay 128 I think. If I see her again being our server I would run as quick as possible before we can even finish saying Top Golf. Slow and subpar service at the bar ... and I was the ONLY one ‍ Maybe because the servers were more interested in gossiping with each other and making drinks for each other rather than tending to their clients. It took forever to greet me, I had to ask for a menu, the dip took forever to come out (and was gross), I had to get my own plate and utensils, and the drink they made me was trash. I immediately opted for a beer instead. Cleanliness is apparently not a thing they're concerned about either; neither at the bar and especially not in their restrooms. Hard pass. Celebrating a graduation with our family meant hitting the Top Golf links... Our bay host/server Kiara was absolutely phenomenal! She attended to our needs and went above beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. We ordered chicken tenders, pretzel bites, pepperoni flatbread, turkey club sandwich, Mac n cheese bites, lemonade and the seasonal dirty Dr Pepper. It was all so good!! We also enjoyed the infused donut holes. Max the manager was also extremely friendly and made our time at TopGolf memorable. The team was excellent at providing customer delight and creating a fun environment! I did have a negative experience with the corporate team regarding our reservations but thankfully Max on site was able to help by creating a win/win saving the company reputation. From out of town visiting and unfortunately did not meet my expectations compared to my experience in Arizona or Colorado. Bay wasn't ready (which is fine/ understandable) so we grabbed a seat in the dining area and it took a server 17 min to come acknowledge us. I asked for a sample of beer and then it took him 12 min to come back and take my drink order. I would have understood if it was busy but it wasn't in the dining area when we walked in. Service wasn't the most attentive or welcoming either. However once we got to the bay, the server was better. Shout out to Alissa. We sat here until 7:48 with nobody addressing us, offering water, or letting us know they'd be right with us. As we waited we observed other people joining the bar after us and being acknowledged and served within 5-10 minutes, including people we so happen to know. After waiting almost 30 minutes, I went to the check-in desk, to inform them of this. That's when we finally got serviced, where we ordered 2 cocktails, a water, a blue gatorade, and a side of fries. The person helping us was really friendly at the beginning but as more people came he seemed to get a little stressed and impatient which is fine. During this time, we realized that they brought out something incorrectly but I'm not sure if we were charged for it. Golfing was fine kinda fun and clean. However, someone in our group (accidentally) hit the ball cleaning truck and got a very stern scolding in front of everyone. Understand they are just doing their job but kinda tainted. I got the chicken tenders and the chicken was actually really juicy; I just didn't care for the breading of the chicken because it tasted burnt. I was disappointed with the food options for vegans & I know they realize it too, but just wish something was done about that. We literally talked to the manager who talked to the chef to make sure the flatbread can be made vegan but it came with cheese minus the sauce. I realize not everyone knows the concept of veganism, but they thought they could make it vegan but didn't. We had a great time at Top Golf Fort Worth! We had a 2 hour wait time quoted because we didn't make a reservation on NYE but we Ended up only waiting like 30 mins which was fine because we ordered drinks! The bartender took a little while to acknowledge that I was ready to order and when he did, the drinks were kind of weak. The flavor was good but not much alcohol so the value wasn't there for me. Also the food was alright, my socks weren't blown off but it was good. I wasn't a fan of the guac though because it was very heavy on the cumin, which is kind of unusual for guacamole, but also not my favorite flavor, but the salsa was good! The actual golfing was fun, super easy to navigate he screens and I enjoyed getting to see others hit too. Overall it was a great time, even having a 13 month old with us! He was so chill, quiet and nothing around was frightening to him. The bathrooms were also clean when I needed to change the baby, lots of space and a clean changing table! We were also here to celebrate to birthdays so they gave us a little bucket of donut holes which you fill yourself with strawberry, chocolate or Bavarian cream filling! Top notch! Very tasty. Thank you Top Golf for that! A quick note too, we saw a massive spider that crawled down its web right above one of our player's heads --literally like 6 in away -- so maybe they should spray for critters soon lol! Unless you can get the $70 non refundable reservation to work (it doesn't come off of your rental) just don't. I wouldn't have tried had I know what a crappy company and system they have. We were in town and made the mistake of coming without a reservation. We were told the wait would be an hour to an hour and a half. We checked in with the front desk around an hour to make sure we were still on timeline and we were told 30 minutes about 4 times after that meaning we waited about 3 hours. The whole process seemed very unorganized so do make a reservation if you plan on coming. The actual golfing was fun but this location seemed dated compared to others. Requested to be next to each other and we had to pay the "event price" which included a 200.00 food/ drink minimum which was fine for 2 families to eat. In ADDITION to the higher fees for each bay. Typically you pay 27-37/hr per bay and 5.00 per head for the membership but if you want to sit near your friends be prepared to be price gouged. We paid somewhere around 100 per hour for 4 people in 1 bay x 2 hrs!! That's criminal. Fun concept but over priced to be next to your friends . We should have paid 57/ hr not 100.
