So I called the corporate helpline. At which point I was told, the manager of the hotel refused to give me a refund and that was within his right due to fine print (we could only cancel a room 72hrs in advance, so prior to us even booking the first night ‍). I went back to the front desk and asked for compassion from the manager as it's 100% in his discretion, it's bad enough having to change flights and leave a city a day early due to family emergency, don't add insult to my injury. However, the manager (Rahul Sharma), didn't care and let us know Best Western Doesn't Give A S*** about my business or my problems. All that said, it wasn't a great stay to begin with, the room temp was inconsistent and it needed a deep cleaning. I recommend, if you're starting in the Euless area, try the La Quinta across the street.

There was water intrusion after a rainy day into the bedroom from a puddle outside the window (likely) due to standing water all week despite no rain all week. The property is kept clean. They have a spacious lobby with alot of comfortable seating. Good for working. They also have a pool table and 1 hole putt putt if you want to practice. They have a gym and a laundry room. There are no microwaves in the rooms, but one is in the lobby to use. Overall I really have no complaints.

Where one of the most packed hotel gyms I've ever been to is. This thing is huge. They have a jump box, kettle bells, an amazing dumbbell collection and cables. Cardio equipment and even a pelaton. My room? Smaller than the alofts. But I like small rooms so that's okay. Had a rack, shower and toilet. All I could ever need. But what blew me away? The softness and quality of their sheets. I never in all my hotel reviews mention sheets. But these were so soft and cozy here I am talking about them. I could have laid in that bed all day from the sheets alone. Bravo there. It's safe to say this hotel has made me reconsider staying and trying more Tru's.

No hot tub and the pool water was cold even in the sun. The patio/bbq area was pleasant to relax in. You can watch the planes fly overhead and sometimes the engine noise disrupted conversation.
