Nice hotel in Euless TX. Euless has quickly become a spot for everything. The aloft hotel is very nice and glad we chose this place. Would definitely come back as the lobby had plenty to do to keep us entertained as we worked on our laptops.

    Where's the shampoo ?

I've spent a lot of time in A loft's and always have had a good experience. Today when I came to check in the gentleman at check in couldn't find my reservation. I provided my name and confirmation number. Was told I didn't have a reservation. I showed him the reservation and the charge on my card. He kept telling me it must have been under a different name. Finally he found it after 20 mins by searching my last name. I went to take a shower today and there was no shampoo. Only 2 body washes. I called down stairs and the dude brought up a gallon of shampoo to refill what's not there. Then he sees there is no where to put it so he try's to leave and not give me any shampoo. I had to beg him to fill up a cofee cup. So I could have something to shower with

Hipster-ish vibe The room and space is smartly situated with a tall garment rack, cozy breakfast nook, and a convenient mini fridge. The room and space is admittedly on the smallish side, but you really don't feel cramped as to how they use color blocking, lines and vibrant colors to make you feel the area is open and larger than it actually is. The location itself is safe, just off TX-121 and is within walking distance to a movie theater, nail/lash salons, lots of shopping, eateries, and stores of convenients (i.e. Target, gas stations). The bed was nothing luxurious, but everything was clean and I (overall) had a nice little stay.

I decided to stay here due to proximity to food, and where I was working the next day. 8 minute drive was nice to the surgery center. So this hotel shares a lobby with another Hilton property. Was greeted promptly and was checked in even faster. They were sold out so I couldn't have a top floor room. But that's okay, I was on two. Where one of the most packed hotel gyms I've ever been to is. This thing is huge. They have a jump box, kettle bells, an amazing dumbbell collection and cables. Cardio equipment and even a pelaton. My room? Smaller than the alofts. But I like small rooms so that's okay. Had a rack, shower and toilet. All I could ever need. But what blew me away? The softness and quality of their sheets. I never in all my hotel reviews mention sheets. But these were so soft and cozy here I am talking about them. I could have laid in that bed all day from the sheets alone. Bravo there. It's safe to say this hotel has made me reconsider staying and trying more Tru's.

This Home2Suites tried to tell me the mouse poop I found on the counter was coffee and later told the Euless Department of Health that they were black seeds. I am concerned that this Home2Suites isn't concerned enough about the health of the patrons who stay there! To blow this off like its nothing. If you find poop put some in a baggie and contact the health department immediately because this place did not take this seriously.

They have a bar which is open at night so you can hang out and socialize with your fellow travelers. Many airline staff stay here. Arcenio and Tyrone at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Lots of parking all around the building. The room was so nice. I always like kitchenettes because you can make your own meals. And a full size fridge - yay! We stored leftovers in there so I would have food the day he was busy. The microwave display did annoy me when reflected by the full length hall mirror into my eyes while trying to sleep. So he fashioned a cover of sorts. The bed was the hardness I liked but the pillows too soft for my taste. You can hear the noise of the freeway and planes but you get used to it. The walls are not that thick so you can hear your neighbors' conversations. Ironing supplies and hair dryer provided. Breakfast was fine. We only ate one day as we're both not breakfast people when traveling. Fitness center was nice and large so I could have space for yoga. Peloton bike not working which aggravated another guest. Hand towels provided. The pool area had towels as well but not large ones to drape on the lounge chairs so I brought a room bath towel to lay on. No hot tub and the pool water was cold even in the sun. The patio/bbq area was pleasant to relax in. You can watch the planes fly overhead and sometimes the engine noise disrupted conversation. Late check out is noon. They have transportation to take you to restaurants within a 3 mile radius so you can grab a meal or Uber eats is free delivery to guests I believe. Hotel is lovely in decor. I liked the light fixtures and amenities. They have a meeting room you can hold events in. I recommend. Close proximity to airport is a plus but it is farther from activities and downtown.

I could look around the room and probably spot several more things on top of that like torn up curtains covering the windows, torn up flooring, fabric on the chairs torn up, the bathroom door and several walls had a lot of paint chipped off. It was pretty rough. Checkout is at 11 am, usually noon at other places I've stayed and they charge extra for late checkout. Just not the best experience. Also when we got there to check in the person checking us in would only speak to my boyfriend even though I am the one who purchased the room and was checking us in. Very weird. All of the other staff besides him were friendly.

This property is clearly a converted retirement home or older long-term hotel. It's NOT up to Marriott brand standards. Within 5 minutes of walking into our room myself and my family experienced breathing problems. We had to grab emergency inhalers. The room and hallways smelled musty and moldy. I'm not sure if the air quality was due to general lack of cleanliness and dust or actual mold. They offered a different room, but it wasn't any better. The pictures are of the 2nd room attempt, dust everywhere! On a 5 day prepaid reservation during winter break and over NYE, I had to prioritize my family's health and check out. Now the hotel wants to only offer a partial refund which is completely unacceptable. As a lifetime Marriott brand loyal customer I'll be fighting this charge up the chain and reporting to health department. If we didn't have our inhalers readily available I would have needed emergency care as we LITTERALLY COULDN'T BREATH. Hotel is old and dirty. Then had to face the stress of finding a 5 night hotel same day during holidays and had to pay more! This an extremely frustrating experience that Marriott needs to take accountability for as the franschisor/ brand. Customer service said they would contact me in 5 business days but recieved no communication. I had to call back and a supervisor was unable to forget assist. She apparently reopened my case and then says they aren't required to contact me, so I'll have to call back in another 5 days. So much for that "Elite Bonvoy" customer support.

The ONLY working item that never ever failed was an in room light sensor that illuminated the entire room like daylight for a 5 minute period when you got up to do the midnight bathroom break. The sensor picks up movement from more than 10 feet away. Imagine the movies where a flood light comes on in a junk yard with guard dogs, and you'll start to get the idea of how jarring it is.
