I am writing this on Thursday, June 25 at 1:13 PM. This is not the first time we've had an issue and I doubt it'll be the last. The biggest and only con to this waterpark are the majority of the female lifeguards. They are power tripping teenagers that will blow their whistle on any little thing once they find someone they don't like. Yet they will let their friends rough house and run and be in the kid area inappropriately. Specifically the female lifeguards that were on duty in the children's area or a big problem with big attitudes, the one sitting in the kids area by the lazy river with the longer hair picked on every single thing, including me trying to get my son who was nervous and scared in the lazy river out of the lazy river. She tried to tell me we had to go all the way around while he was freaking out, and I had another child in the play area. It's unfortunate these power tripping teenagers can ruin such a nice time. Otherwise, the facilities are perfect. I included a picture of us at the park. She kept looking at me even though we've done nothing wrong and it's honestly really bothersome. She literally let two kids run by real fast and jump when they weren't supposed to and she looked right at me and smirked. She left her post at 1:18. Again this facility is wonderful. I would give it five stars but because of lifeguards it gets less. read more

This waterpark is the perfect size for bringing small children. There are a couple slides along with a good sized lazy river. They just Updated the seating including lounge chairs, small and large tables. Great for parties and a lot easier to keep track of kids rather than big waterparks. It is a shallow water water park and they offer life jackets as well if you have a kid that can't swim! The lifeguard and managers are younger and are very kind, they work hard to make everything accessible. Great time for the summer! read more

No Chlorine in the pool . Hardly no one uses restrooms and pool has a smell. Discolored water and it's cloudy. my body doesn't have a chemical smell either just sticky and feeling nasty. Kids can get sick. no other problems . We love this place just the cleaning of the pool areas need a lot of help. I give the cleaning 1 star read more

Finally a pool that's not freezing. Lovely warm water and clean. Nice, except as a working person, there is not a lot of time to use it. If you get off at 5pm, you have to wait until 7pm because of water aerobics to be done. The pool closes at 8pm. You can't even get into the lazy River. So 3 people can hold the whole pool hostage until 7pm. The other nights are swim lessons. Not good! There is a side portion that they can use. 2 days a week to use the pool plus a time slot sat and sun leaves me a little sad. read more

My family and I had the worst experience today at the Euless Aquatics Center. We went early for opening day of the water park and we were the first in line. However, they could not figure out how to accept credit cards. They tried for 10 minutes and then asked us to step aside so they could help the next people in line. They also had a credit card. At no point in time did a manager come to help correct the problem. Someone in line suggested to buy the tickets online. That worked for some but for others like myself not having an account with the water park or even know the website address it did not work. And not one employee could even tell me the address of the website. After 30 minutes and no help from staff or staff walking through the long line to inform people of the problem we left. We were very disappointed and will not be back. We went to Grapevine paid $1 more per person for a nicer pool with better staff. read more

Euless has really commenced a huge come-back. They've built an incredible community center. The lazy river, indoor pool and tall water slides are perfect for babies up to geriatrics! Entry to the indoor pool is separate from the water park, although if it's 106 degrees, this is a great option to stay out of the blistering sun! read more

This is our local pool and it's a great way to spend the day. There is a lazy river, splash pad, and water slides for the kids to enjoy. Lots of seating but get there early to get a shaded spot. The lifeguards take their jobs serious and are very observant. They also stop inappropriate behavior right away. They have a concession stand and everything is pretty reasonable. You may also bring in your own cooler and snacks but no glass. Cost is lower if you are a resident we had a season pass last year and will probably do the same this season. Good god, where to start! This park is an EPIC adventure and is super fun. Probably one of the funnest water parks in Texas and even that is an understatement. The pools, slides, and lazy river are RIDICULOUSLY fun. Very Unique and the concessions are awesome too. Even when I got my pony I still found time to lay and tan at this place. Seems like a good rec center hidden slightly off of the highway in Euless Texas. Came here for an indoor swimming birthday for one of my daughters school friends and she had a good time. The life guards seemed nice but I had zero interaction with staff & seemed like the mom was the one having to direct everything; hurrying to do cake & such when realizing we only had about 45 mins left. The main issues I've had, having been to other rec centers, is layout is confusing. Even finding the correct place to park had me confused because there are a couple lots, one might be more for summer overflow with the outdoor stuff? Also if we hadn't gotten there at the same time as the party parents I would have not known which doors to use cause we followed them to some sort of pool side entrance. Over all we will go again if invited to a party, but would stick with our own city Rec center pool or closer to home outdoor parks. read more

I used to come to this pool when I was a kid.my have things changed.they really did a great job on this pool.especially if you have kids.I've been here several times and thought it was pretty cool to hang out for a couple of hours.even though it's mostly set up for kids they do have a nice little lazy river three nice little water slides and a pool to just kind of chill out in.this is no hurricane harbor by any means but if you have a family and want do something for cheap I would recommend this place.you can also bring your own food and drinks which is also a plus. read more

I first want say, this place has everything you need for your children to have a splash of a good time. The problem is the the lifeguards are rude always yelling at the kids and act like they hate their jobs. Now I get it some kids can get annoying, but I been twice and seen the lifeguards yell at toddlers. I was like why did you sign up for this job if u don't have the patience for it. Who is managing these employees they all have a sour look on there faces and act if they are so put out. But this Sunday I went to the aquatic center I took my nieces and those the atmosphere was about the same. There was one Life Gaurd that stood out, He first came and talk to a guest in front of me and took the time to have as nice little chat, hey guys I have missed you I haven't seen you in a while. Well they chatted for a minute and said well I got to get back, but it was a pleasure talking to you. He shook kids hands,he danced around with them. I was like that was nice,then later they had an emergency and he was there full force helping out the situation. And he had to ask a lady to move back, but he was a gentlemen and she ablaged and moved back. They got that settled in and another problem occurred. He said wow it's a busy day today, I said yes but you guys are on point. He just smiled and said we do our best. This guy's name is David, he was helpful, he talked to the kids like he really enjoyed them. He had a smile on face,he seemed happy. That's the kind of person you want to be watching over your children. It's a great place to be, it's fun and relaxing and the kids love it. But your staff needs to be trained in friendly customer service ,and if they don't want to be there get them out of there and get more Davids, he's Amazing! Or better yet have him train your staff on how to be happy, how to enjoy your job and make th he most of it. read more

This is my favorite water aquatics place in town. I enjoy ever second of it when I am there with my friends.

I'm guessing it's ok for staff to let their kids swim at the pool while they work and their kids are running around bullying other kids acting like they own the place. I watched the kids continuously pick on other kids including my own kids and then when I walked up to the girls and told them to stop being bullies they went and grabbed their mom. The mom (who was wearing a work shirt) came up to me and started raising her voice at me telling me to leave her daughter alone or I can get out. No matter what I tried to tell her she kept saying I dont believe you and kept getting in my face. A couple of other employees came up and grabbed her away from us and told us they were sorry and please continue swimming and have a good day. We asked too many times for the ladies name but no one would give it to us. I watched her walk out the main entrance and came back in with some other ladies and were pointing at us in the pool causing more attention when the situation had already been dropped read more

Great, clean place to take kids. I have a 5, 3, and 1 year old and they have a designated section for toddlers. Lifeguards definitely keep an eye on EVERYTHING and keep all kids safe. This center has been open for a couple of years now and while it might be a new addition to euless, it leaves alot to be desired. This facility caters to many small children and their family, there's a small lazy river, kid splash island and 3 slides. Don't expect this place to be a hurricane harbor, for 3.00 (euless residents price) what do you expect? ? They have a lot of rules and restrictions, so be prepared to leave most of your belongings in your car. The police come through the parking lot every 30 minutes (a lot of theft) I couldn't even bring my goggles in, wtf. Water shoes are fine, you just can't ride the slide s with them on now, rules have changed since opening day. They have a concession stand, food is reasonable. Taste is fair, depending on what you get. read more

We liked this place. I'm a huge fan of a lazy river. My little one had a blast here. We are not euless residents. The price was better than the other non-resident city pool prices. Plus my 2 year old was free. Our city pool charges full price after 1 year. Great city pool! read more

oh boy.... this place. This water park is action packed fun let me tell you. The fabEULESS radio makes it easy to relax and the awesome concessions make it easy to have a good time. the slides are to die for and I love watching my kiddos travel over the treacherous lily pads! The staff is very polite and although all teenagers, I think my kids are in safe hands. The people at the gate are fantastic and the bathrooms are so so so clean wow! Only bad thing is i keep trying to go again and they're never open for business! how weird. but overall 100/50 read more

Visiting from out of state and came here with my neices and sisters. From the start it was a TERRIBLE expierence. It's basically ran by a bunch of disrespectful bratty teenagers. After we paid and walked in we were immediately told we couldn't swim for 30 minutes. No reason was given or at least informed before we paid. Once they announced over the intercom we could swim the little ones headed straight for the water when we encountered the first lifeguard who blew his whistle and snapped at the kids to get out.... even though they had just announced we could go in. Within seconds he realized he was wrong and motioned us to continue with out even a friendly smile or wave. My neice was then told she couldn't have her goggles on on the slide. And then another lifeguard told us she couldn't have them on at all since they had a nose piece.( even though we have been to several other water parks in TX with no issues). We then went over to the deeper end where they had floating lilly pads. When we tried to put one of the girls in one to play we were yelled at that she couldn't play on it with a life jacket on and she wasn't tall enough. Even though no measurements were taken and she actually was tall enough for the requirements. But to not allow her to play because she needed a life jacket on was ridiculous. We then were told we couldn't have our phones on us in the waterproof case, no reason was given. So when we went to talk to someone higher up we were given permission and told the only reason they say that is because they didn't want people taking inappropriate pictures ( like being out of the water was going to stop the perverts). While on the lazy river which was more fast paced then one would assume we got knocked into the side walls by playing kids and the current( no biggie) but when we would grab the wall or stop to catch our breath we again were snapped at or had whistles blown in our faces. We also witnessed the teenage lifeguards shaking their fingers and threatening timeout to little toddlers instead of just informing the parents of certain behavior. And when one child was struggling on the floating lilly pad instead of helping the kid off they were scolded for not getting off fast enough. For the price the park itself was not bad. But the owners/mgmt should probably consider hiring more professional friendly people especially for a kid oriented business. Defintely recommend trying the other water places in Texas before running your mood with this place. read more
