They have servers that come around to take drink or food orders on occasion. Sometimes you have to flag someone down or go order at the bar because they aren't great about coming around regularly. You can charge things to your room or use your member number if you're a member at TPC. Food is ok here. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get your food after placing an order. Drinks take anywhere from 15-20 minutes to receive after ordering. The basil smash, frozen lemonade and frozen sangria are some of my favs. If you have a food allergy they are able to cater to it. They have gluten free bread available upon request. If you come on a holiday weekend be sure to get your name down on the chair reservation list ASAP or you'll end up waiting hours for a chair to free up. It's a good mix of people here so it's great people watching. Overall a decent pool to hangout at. The pool isn't chilled like the members pool so in the summer the water does get to feeling like bath water. But warm water is better than no water!

Another section by the lanes had a giant, twisting tube slide for older kids. The bathrooms/changing rooms were clean and well kept, too! Clean restrooms are a big thing with me, so I was impressed. I called almost a week later and was told by Celeste the person in charge of party rentals, that my application was lost. I asked multiple times if the date requested was still available. She went ahead and booked me June 7th. I made my payment that same week. I receive a confirmation email, I also received a reminder two days prior to the event. I went out of my way to buy balloon decor since we would be inside. I had a whole balloon garland, backdrop ordered. I had table covers dessert trays, food and table decor. So you could understand how DISTRAUGHT I felt when I received a call on June 28th around 2:45 pm 1 hour prior to our party to let me know that it was an error and I was double booked. They had over 2 weeks to notify me. I was then told that I would be refunded and that I could be outside at the tables. They didn't even offer me a private pavilion. I had to set up at a table next to the lazy river. My desserts? Melted and ruined. Party decor? Unable to return and all of the money I wasted will not be refunded. I should have seen the red flags from the beginning but I truly just wanted my 5 year old daughter to have a great party. Anyway please think twice or definitely be on top of your reservation because these people are unprofessional and don't care about your money or time. They will literally play with your livelihood and refuse to talk to you after. I was told I'd need to send an email because the managers are too busy. Please do better and be considerate of people and their families. You would be upset if it happened to one of you. Completely unacceptable to say the least.

The free weight area is roomy, with plenty of racks, benches, and dumbbells, so I haven't had to wait on anything. The cardio section has lots of machines with working screens, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and walked me through the membership without any hard sell. Since it's new, I'd expect it to get busier once word spreads, so I'd go early or off-peak if you can. So far, it's a great value and a clean, comfortable place to work out. Highly recommend!

On my visit today, there were two broken showers, a lot of mildew in much of the tile grout and on the shower curtains, two toilet stalls out of order, and the hot tub was not functioning. I genuinely appreciate the investment made into the club, and overall the remodel was a big improvement. I just hope cleanliness and maintenance continue to be a focus moving forward, especially with so many fitness options now available in the Las Colinas area.

Fun afternoon in the sun…read more My daughter was invited to the West Irving Aquatic Center as part of a party. We had many friends here including Moms. My son came and brought a friend. You will likely need to park in the lot just east of the center and walk over the bridge. There is different pricing for Irving and non-Irving residents but I felt both pricing were reasonable. If you bring a cooler, you will be accessed an additional fee of, I think, $5. There is plenty of shady seating. The park has many different pools and a few slides. Your child can take a swim test to go in the deep pool and on the rock wall. There is a reasonably prices concession stand with nachos, snow cones, chips, and the like. There are comments about the lifeguards. They aren't friendly but they are busy keeping an eye on the swimmers. There are lots of lifeguards too. I was impressed with the number of them. Yes, they are seemingly always blowing their whistles. I felt like the swimmers were well-monitored. I thought the park was overcrowded. They also shut down every two hours for 15 minutes to clean the pool. The lockers were broken.

Initially, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly Emerald Waters Pool completed our pool installation. Unfortunately, we soon realized the speed came at the expense of doing the job correctly. The biggest issue was that the required city inspections were never completed before construction moved forward. Will advanced the project all the way to the final inspection, where the city rejected the entire project. We then spent approximately two and a half months waiting for everything to be corrected and approved before we could finally move forward with the plaster. Even after receiving city approval, the problems continued. The site had not been properly prepared before the plaster was applied, resulting in it having to be installed twice. Then, just three weeks after installation, the color began fading, which was clearly not normal. We contacted Will about the issue but never received a response. We also discovered that the waterfall was installed off-center, another quality control issue that should have been caught during construction. In addition to the pool, we hired Emerald Waters Pool to install a patio and walkway. The workmanship was disappointing. The pavers was neither straight nor level without constant supervision, and we had to insist that sections be redone because they were not installed correctly. To make matters worse, some of the additional work we paid for was never completed. It is also worth noting that the work performed outside of the pool installation was never covered by a written contract, which appeared to avoid documenting that portion of the project. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Emerald. Between the missed inspections, poor workmanship, lack of communication, and incomplete work, the project became far more stressful and time-consuming than it should have been. We strongly encourage anyone considering this company to continue their search for a builder that prioritizes quality, communication, and accountability.
