Great instruction and options. They have retractible belays as wells as traditional. Try the bouldering areas and become a member to gain access to the gym area and others. We used a Groupon as first timers and loved it. The only thing that they could improve are marking the routes better asthe tapr was coming off. Definitely a rock climbing gym to try (~17/person or $10 with a Groupon).

I bought a Groupon to try out this place and I'm glad I did. My boyfriend and I went around 7pm on Saturday. It wasn't very busy which made it great for our first time. The staff was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I was nervous and she was very patient in helping. The rock climbing choices are various ones for different levels so there's something for everyone. The only reason I give 4 stars is because there were several self auto belay that were not working.

It wasn't the biggest gym, but it was fun, especially for the price. Fair amount of variety and the workers were good. Id visit again

They don't take cash so plan ahead (they do have e a machine that will convert your cash to a card if you need). We got the basic package (blue) for my ten year old and 13 of his friends for a birthday. We only stayed about 2 hours and for the blue pass that seemed like plenty. The kids got to do bumper cars, the battle area (like laser tag but with foam balls), the slides, the ball pit, the jumping area, and a few others I'm sure I'm forgetting. All in all the spot is clean, staffed well and a fun kids entertainment spot. We didn't do the zip lining or ropes courses but we didn't feel like we missed out on anything either.

They have tubing slides, jump pad, play area for young children, bumper cars, blast arena and arcade. They also have a mining area, archery, rope courses and Zipline. There is an area for birthday parties as well as a cafe with ample seating for families. Check in service was pretty quick when we arrived but we did fill out the waivers online as well as purchase tickets. We will be back.

It got pretty hot in the party rooms and all around the playareas due to so many people. My littles felt really overwhelmed and weren't able to do everything. I do like that they try to keep certain areas to a specific age but nobody working is enforcing the rules. They should look into adding some healthy food options for parents. As a parent who goes out a lot with their kids I'm so tired of pizza and nachos. We ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. It was a good time overall for the kids, will prob come back during a weekday when it isn't as crowded.

I didn't book a party package because the pricing is outrageous--no surprise, since this place seems to nickel-and-dime for everything imaginable. When I arrived, I brought a cake and a Starbucks drink. I noticed the "no outside food or drink" sign and knew it might be an issue. But what stood out is that they couldn't have cared less about the drink and clearly pick and choose which rules they want to enforce on any given day. They don't enforce safety rules, they don't enforce cleanliness standards, and they certainly don't enforce consistent customer service. The staff is extremely lazy, poorly trained, and the entire facility is filthy and disgusting. I also had coupons from a previous terrible birthday party experience where no staff assisted us for over an hour until we tracked down a manager ourselves. The staff ignored us while serving other parties. The coupons were signed by a manager who, I learned this time, hasn't even worked here in over two years. That alone speaks volumes. To make matters worse, when my son attempted to use the coupons, staff actually asked him what happened. Excuse me--that's completely inappropriate. Find the adult who was responsible for the original experience, not the child. He had no idea what those coupons were for and should never have been put on the spot like that. This visit, I was also told I would be charged a "cake fee" for a so-called "walk-in party." I refused and said I would take the cake out. The manager came over and immediately demanded I remove the cake "right now," even while I was sitting at the table waiting for my son to return with my debit card. Instead of showing professionalism, she hovered over me and then dismissed me with, "Sorry you're having a bad day." This was not a teenage staffer--it was a grown adult in her forties speaking condescendingly to a customer. Completely unprofessional. Meanwhile, the play areas were poorly supervised. Parents didn't monitor their kids, and staff didn't intervene. My son and his friends were repeatedly hit in the face on purpose by another child in the dodgeball area. That same child hit multiple kids, including a four-year-old who ended up bleeding and crying. This visit reminded me exactly why we stopped coming here years ago. The prices are far too high for the poor customer service, lack of safety, unprofessional management, and overall filth of the facility. I will not be returning to this location--or any other Urban Air.

Unfortunately, the basketball courts are consistently treated as repurposable "shared space" for camps, birthday parties, and other non-basketball programming, while other dedicated areas like pickleball, yoga, and cycle studios maintain far more protected use. Ruthie Cooper, Lead General Manager, also stated that as of May 22, the courts will be reserved for Summer Camp from 7am to 6pm daily, plus a 15-minute grace period, further limiting member access. The courts themselves are often poorly maintained and not cleaned to the standard expected from a premium club. Many long-time basketball members have voiced concerns, but access continues to shrink despite strong and consistent participation. While local staff have been professional in communication, the overall handling of basketball member needs has been disappointing and does not reflect the experience many of us believed we were paying for.
