It was extremely difficult for everyone to enjoy themselves that was in our party because this is a City Of Grapevine issue (there needs to be someone if not spraying for the bees) then have a bees nest to capture them if killing them isn't an option. We'll definitely return hopefully the bees will be hibernating lol.

I only had two sets left, mind you, and my sweater was on machine, I was getting ready to sit in it and use it, and the employee starts unracking my weights. I said "excuse me, I am using this and he said well we are moving it"! Never ever would this happen at 24 hour fitness or any other commercial big or small private gym. They know how to put their patrons first at those other places. IF he actually was taught to put members first, he would've let me finish the extra three minutes it would have taken me to complete my sets... never going back here. Or they could've put a sign to not use machine, like all other gyms in the world do. I have been a personal trainer all my life and never have I witnessed anything like what happened to me here today. If you're serious about your workouts and your time in the gym, don't bother with this incompetent staff that doesn't know how to put paying members first. What I experienced today is like eating at a restaurant and while you're in the middle of taking a bite of your half eaten burger, the waiter comes to your table and grabs your plate with your fries from underneath you. Who does that? LOL. But that is not the worst of it.. after the manager talks to me, the rude employee that kicked me off my machine (older man) comes over to where I am and rolls his eyes and tells me "get over it"!!! I've never been spoken to so poorly by a grown man. Shame on him for speaking to a lady that way. Zero respect, zero common sense, zero gym etiquette or know how. These people are running a joke of an establishment and their employees know nothing about serious training or why people actually go to the gym and yet they work at a gym. There's lounging chairs that go pretty quickly as well as the tubes for the lazy river. The lifeguards are very nice very well trained, constantly looking, constantly watching everyone to make sure no one is in distress. And yes, there are a lot of lifeguards which is really great considering how many people are there. There are rules to to the aquatic center too many for me to mention here, but if you want to check it out, go to their website. (See my review of MARS Swim team) The owner of MARS, Bryan, did not seem the least bit interested in hearing my concerns about coaches not paying attention to swimmers, being on their phones, swimmers not learning technique, high coach turnover (3 coaches in 6 mos) etc. He was only concerned with us paying 30 days additional in fees once we gave notice to leave. So glad to be with our new team and my swimmer is thriving and getting A & BB times now!! At every meet, I see new MARS coaches (with their cell phones in hand). Fortunately, our team has experienced coaches that have remained the same and I've never seen them on their phones when they are on the swim deck, at practice or meets.

I found the reviews of this property did not note any of these issues. I've lived in the back in a studio, upfront on the second flr in a 2b2b and now first floor 1bd. I had the pleasure of starting my Palisades journey with the amazing Amber P (Ivan), the other young lady (Christian #1), Ms. Joni and Ms. Mekeda (Christian #2) who to me have been a breath of fresh air to our community. I've not had one issue come up and was brought to Mekeda's attention that was not resolved in the same day or soon thereafter. Christian is so awesome I've never had anything that he fixed need to be addressed for the same issue again. He's a hard worker and very respectful. They take the cleanliness of the complex, the safety and happiness of the tenants personal. For me the enforcement of the Trash policy is huge as there are those that still break the rules and wind up having their trash spread across the lawn by morning from the critters that otherwise wouldn't have access to it if it were put out at the designated time. We have a lot of dog lovers so I'm sure the dog park is appreciated. (I don't utilize it as I don't have a dog) I don't see me leaving anytime in the near future. I love my community, I have great neighbors and would recommend this community to anyone.
