The society of senior citizens can be nice sometimes, but there's a small group( especially older ladies) who are rude and unwelcoming, making the gym feel more like a social battlefield than a place to exercise. Overall, the combination of strict rules, cleanliness issues, and unfriendly members makes this gym hard to recommend. There are better options nearby that value both safety and customer experience.

This sprawling park has paved trails with inner and outer loops spanning about three miles, plus loads of other amenities, including tennis courts, volleyball nets, a catch-and-release fishing pond, gazebos, and the well-crafted Eureka playground. There were already dozens of joggers, dog walkers, and parents with toddlers out and about at South Lakes by late Saturday morning in January, when the temperature had just nudged up to 50 degrees. We have loved every teacher he has had and we LOVE Aubrey (Manager). He has grown to feel comfortable with multiple staff members and he truly enjoys class every time we come. I won't say that there are days where he wants more sleep, is having a teething day or regression, but out of the hundreds of classes we have come to, he maybe has had a handful only of "bad days". The teachers always accommodated to his attitude days and we managed each time! It's great to know that you're not alone in having a wild child or rough days. Moms and dads alike always welcome you and just joke about the terrible days. It's just an inviting place as a whole! Autumn, Emmaline, Eliana, and Caitlyn have all been just delightful. We have had Caitlyn through his first year and now we have her for his level 2/ first independent swimming class series and he LOVES her. She is honestly one of my favorite people ever. She makes swimming and learning fun for them, she explains what they need to work on, and allows your child to work for themselves as well so you know the classes are working! Aubrey has always been caring and hands on. She is always watching and is just the sweetest person ever!

I love the waiting area that allows me to keep an eye on my girls during lessons. There's also a safety button to make use kids are on the right side of the door. The instructors work very well with the students. My 3 yo has some anxiety around water. Instructors are able to give her extra attention to help her become more comfortable with the water. You can also tell that everyone has a lot of experience working with very young children. They take pride in what they do.

Over the years I have politely avoided her whenever possible. I even know of 2 different families that quit this place because of her ridiculous behavior. Just as my little one was finishing up the last of her lessons she had to exit the pool due to an accident by another child in the water. Gross but understandable. What is not understandable is what happened after. My daughter was having a private lesson that I had cashed in 4 of her already paid for makeup lessons. She got about 6 mins of the 1/2 hr lesson. I asked that they re-issue these makeups (since this wasn't our fault). I'm told that's not their policy. Then ok but I would then have to pay the new monthly fee for using my makeups since her enrollment was expiring and we were going to be traveling. You closed the pool during her lesson. Im not saying it's your fault, but it certainly isn't mine. I those were 4 paid for lessons. Swim isn't cheap. I have given this company thousandths of dollars over the years. Why would you make such a big deal out of this? The girls at the front desk and the asst manager all understood my point of view and were super nice as always. The manager however calls me and precede to talk down to me like I am an idiot. Please note this isn't the 1st time she's done this to me. I just took it with a grain of salt the first few times because I've heard her do this to multiple people while there. I'm explaining to her what happened because she had her facts all wrong and she begins yelling at me telling me that "I" have an attitude. What?? The audio was coming in through the car and my husband and I just looked at each other like what on earth? I couldn't get a word in edgewise from that point on and actually asked to speak to Pam (since she's sane and calmer) which only irritated her more. The level of unprofessionalism is off the charts with this woman. She needs therapy, not a job in charge of children. I will never come back nor recommend this place. Such a shame.

On my LAST visit, a lifeguard leaned over from his chair and spit into the water. I've been swimming here for years, and this used to be my favorite pool, but it is nasty and poorly managed. What happened? The only positive aspects I can see - lifeguards are very attentive and people at the reception area are friendly.
