This park has a lot of potential and is conveniently located, but right now it feels tired and neglected. For the price of admission, I expected a cleaner and better-maintained experience. I hope management invests in refreshing the park because it could be a great family destination again.

Note that time slots are every two hours so check the website before you show up. There will be a staff member (lifeguard) watching over the Aqua Park as long as someone is in the water. My kiddos enjoyed the Aqua Park but it wasn't big. Because there isn't water spraying on the inflatables, the inflatables can get really hot. Luckily, you can just jump into the water and track it back onto the inflatables. They spent 1.5 hours on the inflatables and thought it was enough. There weren't enough variety within the inflatables to entice the kids to stay longer.

Many of the inflatables were very under inflated and boggy. Some inflatables were in need of repair with broken areas, specifically one of the trampoline looking pads had the mesh detached and could've easily caught someone's foot or have someone fall in between. The course was supposed to be attached like an obstacle course but the Velcro was not hooked up in many areas. There were a ton of ropes in the water so if you fell in, you were immediately tangled in ropes. I'm concerned that this is the normal and that children are also using this same course. Also, just know there are no lockers to put any valuables. They do have a changing room and an outdoor shower. Life jackets were provided. I appreciate the experience but probably won't come back.

The grass around the playground was well kept so the kids ran around playing tag and hide-and-seek with no problem. Lots of parking and a community pool is attached to this playground. It does say something about HOA so I'm not sure what they require for you to enjoy this amenity but it looked pretty nice, too.

It's shaded from the sun and set in a nice little green area. There's a scooper excavator where you can dig in the sand. We have a pass and we plan on using it and buying another one next year.
