And every time there is always dirt and trash everywhere. The pics I added were just from standing in one spot. It seriously needs daily cleaning and a major upgrade. In addition the weights don't seem to be in the right places either The reason I keep coming here is because it's quiet in the mornings, I can workout without waiting for equipment, price is fair, and it's conveniently located to me.

When I returned, a different employee was working. I explained the situation, but the headphones were nowhere to be found. He took my phone number and said someone would call me back. Nobody did. A few days later, I came back and found the same employee with a coworker, messing around until they noticed me. I explained everything again -- he'd forgotten entirely -- and was asked to write down my number a second time. This time they said they'd check the cameras and figure out what happened. No call. One final visit, a new employee, same result: no headphones, no answers. I canceled my membership. The entire process was unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Someone there took them. Avoid this gym. pls.

We have installed a pool before, so we have a good understanding of what to expect during the…read moreprocess. Initially, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly Emerald Waters Pool completed our pool installation. Unfortunately, we soon realized the speed came at the expense of doing the job correctly. The biggest issue was that the required city inspections were never completed before construction moved forward. Will advanced the project all the way to the final inspection, where the city rejected the entire project. We then spent approximately two and a half months waiting for everything to be corrected and approved before we could finally move forward with the plaster. Even after receiving city approval, the problems continued. The site had not been properly prepared before the plaster was applied, resulting in it having to be installed twice. Then, just three weeks after installation, the color began fading, which was clearly not normal. We contacted Will about the issue but never received a response. We also discovered that the waterfall was installed off-center, another quality control issue that should have been caught during construction. In addition to the pool, we hired Emerald Waters Pool to install a patio and walkway. The workmanship was disappointing. The pavers was neither straight nor level without constant supervision, and we had to insist that sections be redone because they were not installed correctly. To make matters worse, some of the additional work we paid for was never completed. It is also worth noting that the work performed outside of the pool installation was never covered by a written contract, which appeared to avoid documenting that portion of the project. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Emerald. Between the missed inspections, poor workmanship, lack of communication, and incomplete work, the project became far more stressful and time-consuming than it should have been. We strongly encourage anyone considering this company to continue their search for a builder that prioritizes quality, communication, and accountability.

They couldn't get it to work on that either. I then didn't hear back from them for 4 weeks. They were working in conjunction with a company called dusk to dawn solar. They seemed even less reputable (if that is possible)! I was told/showed that these panels would begin producing energy immediately, it took almost 3 months I was told/showed that the app for my phone would show each panel individually to determine if one was faulty and needed replacing-the app shows the entire system (at best) I was told/showed that if the system did not produce as advertised, a stipend would be forthcoming making up the difference until the issue could be resolved. (should have known that was a lie!) I was told/showed that the panel were impact resistant to hail and that they were insured separate from my homeowners insurance in the unlikely event one was broken. Half of them are shattered on my roof now, dealing with homeowners insurance to get monies to replace. All in all, I got taken good.
