The new equipment is colorful, modern, and engaging, giving kids plenty of options to climb, swing, and play safely. One of the best improvements is how safe and accessible the park now feels. The surfaces are well-padded, the equipment is sturdy, and there's plenty of open space for kids to run around without feeling crowded. Parents can relax knowing the park is well-maintained, and the shaded areas make it comfortable to stay for a while. Overall, the renovation has completely transformed the park into a fun, welcoming space for children of all ages. It encourages outdoor play, creativity, and community time, and it's clear how much joy it brings to families. This park is a fantastic upgrade and a great addition to the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We did not venture further in, so I cannot comment on the facilities there. The shoreline trail runs back between the subdivisions and the lake, away from the park. I think you could just walk across the road and access a connecting trail that leads into the park; however, you might have to pay an admission fee even a a pedestrian. I do not know. We just followed the shoreline for a mile or so. The scenery is sometimes pretty along the lake and some of the homes / back yards can be interesting as well. We passed several individuals and groups during our walk. The trail is not secluded (often passing groups of homes) and seemed quite safe. If you are in the area and want to take a walk away from the traffic, this is a good budget choice.

I've contacted the management and said why don't you put some trees in there if you're not going to allow the large dogs in the big lot? And they have all kinds of strange governmental excuses. Last year they said they were going to build some type of a cover inside the lot but never did.

This park has a lot of potential and is conveniently located, but right now it feels tired and neglected. For the price of admission, I expected a cleaner and better-maintained experience. I hope management invests in refreshing the park because it could be a great family destination again.
