This place is never crowded and I can manage my 3 small children. Bathrooms need to be cleaned regularly, they are disgusting.

I know 2025 is almost ending, and a lot of us have goals/gains to set for 2026. This club is quite…read morethe investment in helping me get back into shape as soon as I was cleared to workout postpartum. Let's just say going here on a weekly basis has maintained my physical and mental health! Here are my favorite parts: 1. Signature Group Training Classes: Many members don't know that our membership includes these awesome classes. If you've been to Orange Theory Fitness, the GTX classes are a very similar concept minus the rower. I love the combination of cardio and strength training, making you that strong hybrid athlete! Big shoutout to my favorite coaches - Christa on the weekdays; and Aaron on the weekends. 2. Dynamic Personal Training: Well, I thought I didn't need this since I've been exercising for years, but after taking a complimentary session, I decided to commit. I have to brag about coach Victoria. She has taught me so much! My form for upper body training was off all this time - apparently, I don't keep those shoulders down to avoid injury/strain. I'm now lifting heavier: weight down, more skeletal muscle mass, and less percent body fat. I could go on, but it's worth the extra money and time. 3. Lifetime app: If you can't make it to the gym, they have on demand classes to take your workout with you. I actually use this quite often when I can't make it there physically, and simply look at the training plan to help guide my workouts. 4. Kids Academy: You can drop off your kiddos before your workout to keep them entertained. This is a huge plus for busy parents, and the kids can sign up for classes. 5. Other cool amenities: There's a sauna, cafe, swimming pool, and spa. You literally can do your nails, but I haven't used their services yet. Oh, they even have pickle ball classes and obviously a pickle ball court for free play. 6. Equipment: I'm used to having only 2-3 squat racks and fighting/waiting on those. There's plenty to go around here! I also love to use those bumper plates; they keep them in good condition. 7. Treadmills: The treadmills are so nice to run on. They even have a sled pushing mode. I typically run on Bootcamp training mode to easily adjust the incline and speed. The only downside is they don't have a built-in fan. The entire place is kept pretty clean with a water filling station, fresh towels, mats, etc. I almost forgot to mention they have a recovery/stretch area. I can go on all day, but long story short, you should do a free tour to see what you're missing out on.

The quality of instructors is high and I'm a personal fan of the Alpha strength classes. The gym is always clean and the locker rooms as well. I love the amenities of having a sauna and showers. I also like having a protein shake at the cafe if I'm running somewhere else other than home after the gym. We joined a year ago and are looking forward to taking advantage of their outdoor pool this summer. If you have little kids, I hear the kids facilities are amazing too.

All of it turned quickly to be a disappointment. While the Club management sought our membership, they quickly responded with plenty of answers. As soon as we joined, we found there were no open groups that played pickleball. The full-time court people had no recommendations for finding people to play. The menu of the club was pretty limited. We went to a New Year's brunch that was not discounted with food quality similar to Golden Corral, and for members wasn't very good. The gym is small, but the locker room is relatively nice. Unfortunately, I found out I have a serious medical condition that would not allow me to do sports for at least six months. There was no way to pause the membership, so I asked to quit. Two months went by, and I still have no confirmation of termination and still charging me. They did not apply the amount they said I could credit to the account membership, and I was just charged again against my debit card two months after sending them a formal notice of termination. I strongly encourage anyone seeking integrity and good communication to avoid this course. In my opinion, out of the three country clubs I have joined in 35 years, this was the worst.

The pool is mainly for…read moreschool purposes, so it can be a bit frustrating when they say there is lap swim and all lanes are taken. If you remind yourself the pool is mainly for the kids, then it helps the sting of getting to the pool and having no lap lanes available. Having lived in multiple states and having swum at many pools, always having a set number of lanes open to the public is one way to get around that. But they try very hard to be accommodating. To the reviewers of the front desk: Monica and the rest of the staff are actually very nice. My first 1-2 visits were cordial, but after just a few visits you'll realize they are very nice and caring. Plus everyone has a bad day. The pool manager and lifeguards are also very kind. To the mother who's kids were cold: the pool is kept in the low 80's. I used to teach swim lessons and many children shiver. So they just must keep moving. A pool warmer than the low 80's is too hot for competitive swimming, which is what this pool is designed for. You might search out a pool that works with folks with medical problems or a pool designed only for giving lessons. Those pools are kept around 90 degrees. It's also a myth that you can catch a cold from being cold. So most likely your kids were already sick when they got to the pool.

Certainly experienced better. Appreciate 'trying' to offer lap swim. However, don't count on lap…read moreswim on the weekend. An annual subscription seems like a bad idea since no real fulfillment of 'scheduled' hours really exists currently.

Fridays 10-12pm is currently the toddler ( kids under 5) time and it's nice they keep all the waterworks off so kids can play and parents can see/hear easily. Toddler time is best for the littles, 1-3 year range, my near 5 year old has outgrown the small slide and "baby" area. There are two large slides that open during regular hours but the height requirement is 48" which kids tend to hit between 6-8 yrs old. For us, since my kid is about 5 there wasn't much more than swimming here to do but the lazy River and splash pad. We stayed about 2 hours. There is a good amount of shade on site, an aid station and bathrooms. Until my kiddo is tall enough for the slides there isn't a draw to return. The toddler hours are $10 per family, great price especially for large families, for me I'm paying $5 per person where a family of 4 or more is paying half that per person. Would be nice to equalized the payments to (example) $2 per kid rate to make pricing fair. I like the fenced in area with single entry and exit point. Overall nice place to spend a couple hours once in a while, you can bring a cooler and make a day of it, will return after a growth spurt- or two.

We called to ask for an inspection during the warranty period, but we're told that they were too busy to send anyone out; they instead asked us to perform a "bucket test", which we did. The bucket test confirmed that the pool was losing water. We called them again and reported the results of the test. They dispatched a crew--a subcontractor--who came out and conducted a pressure test. While the pressure test didn't find a structural leak, they did find a significant leak from the backwash jandy, which one of their technicians must have left partially open. They then sent me a $500 invoice for the pressure test saying that because they didn't find a structural leak, I was responsible for the inspections, which is preposterous. As an aside, it took them 8 months to install the pool after quoting a 3 month timeline. They cut all kinds of corners and the City shut them down midstream as a result. Everything about this company is terrible. Of all the things that they do badly, though, their customer service is the worst.
