I know 2025 is almost ending, and a lot of us have goals/gains to set for 2026. This club is quite the investment in helping me get back into shape as soon as I was cleared to workout postpartum. Let's just say going here on a weekly basis has maintained my physical and mental health! Here are my favorite parts: 1. Signature Group Training Classes: Many members don't know that our membership includes these awesome classes. If you've been to Orange Theory Fitness, the GTX classes are a very similar concept minus the rower. I love the combination of cardio and strength training, making you that strong hybrid athlete! Big shoutout to my favorite coaches - Christa on the weekdays; and Aaron on the weekends. 2. Dynamic Personal Training: Well, I thought I didn't need this since I've been exercising for years, but after taking a complimentary session, I decided to commit. I have to brag about coach Victoria. She has taught me so much! My form for upper body training was off all this time - apparently, I don't keep those shoulders down to avoid injury/strain. I'm now lifting heavier: weight down, more skeletal muscle mass, and less percent body fat. I could go on, but it's worth the extra money and time. 3. Lifetime app: If you can't make it to the gym, they have on demand classes to take your workout with you. I actually use this quite often when I can't make it there physically, and simply look at the training plan to help guide my workouts. 4. Kids Academy: You can drop off your kiddos before your workout to keep them entertained. This is a huge plus for busy parents, and the kids can sign up for classes. 5. Other cool amenities: There's a sauna, cafe, swimming pool, and spa. You literally can do your nails, but I haven't used their services yet. Oh, they even have pickle ball classes and obviously a pickle ball court for free play. 6. Equipment: I'm used to having only 2-3 squat racks and fighting/waiting on those. There's plenty to go around here! I also love to use those bumper plates; they keep them in good condition. 7. Treadmills: The treadmills are so nice to run on. They even have a sled pushing mode. I typically run on Bootcamp training mode to easily adjust the incline and speed. The only downside is they don't have a built-in fan. The entire place is kept pretty clean with a water filling station, fresh towels, mats, etc. I almost forgot to mention they have a recovery/stretch area. I can go on all day, but long story short, you should do a free tour to see what you're missing out on. read more

My husband and I love our "country club" gym as we call it. You pay premium but get a premium membership. The quality of instructors is high and I'm a personal fan of the Alpha strength classes. The gym is always clean and the locker rooms as well. I love the amenities of having a sauna and showers. I also like having a protein shake at the cafe if I'm running somewhere else other than home after the gym. We joined a year ago and are looking forward to taking advantage of their outdoor pool this summer. If you have little kids, I hear the kids facilities are amazing too. read more

I'm obsessed with Lifetime! This is the nicest gym membership I've ever had and it is so much more than a gym. The best part to me are the classes. I love the yoga classes and the Zumba class. This gym is my happy place! I can come here to focus on me and my health and fitness. The instructors for group fitness are of a higher caliber than other gyms. The energy they bring takes your fitness to a higher level. The facility is so nice and clean. There is a good variety of equipment for all levels of experience. I've Been coming here for a while, never had issues until last night. My girls and I wanted to take a photo upstairs together (no one else was around) until "Monica" interrupted shouting feet away I couldn't take photos. Then continued to FOLLOW us to the locker room repeatedly saying the same thing. Shouting if she could hear me. One of my girls is deaf. I explained she couldn't hear and still continued to say we weren't allowed to take pictures together, we left. Never in my life have I been shouted at and followed. She was very rude and too close to us. Do better with employment. read more

Typical hot times. Cardio: Lots to chose from, always one available Staff: Majority are friendly and welcoming. I've had some off and rude experiences with a front desk associate and trainer. Overall cleanliness: Machines, pool, facility and equipment is always clean. Trainers: Those that teach the classes are always encouraging and fun Overall, great gym. 4.5 stars really. This is truly the nicest gym in North FW. Plenty of classes to chose from. Not overly crowded. Yoga classes are my favorite. Anyone wants a day pass to try it out just let me know. What more could you ask for in a gym. It's a little pricey but you can pay for your health now, or you can pay for it later in life (that's how I try and look at it) it's worth the money. They have classes, basketball courts, pickle ball, swimming. It's a club more than a gym. It keeps my kids active also, they have tons of kids classes and open swim. read more

I will start by sharing that Lifetime has fantastic facilities that remain clean, and the machines are operable 99% of the time. I've been delighted with those aspects. However, when we entered the trailers that LT set up to sign on members while the facility was being built, sales told us that one of the membership perks was the ability to bring additional guests. During that visit, he explained that each month we'd be allotted two guest passes and that if under special circumstances, i.e., a friend visits from out of town, we would be given more if needed. The most frustrating part is that has not been the case. I recently had friends visiting from another state, and they were shut off at a total of four passes. The front desk manager had a no-tolerance policy despite my efforts. From the perspective of a member that has been there from the club's inception, paying for two memberships, purchasing a shake every day from the cafe, and paying for a personal trainer, I don't feel like it's in the club's best interest or mine not to exercise discretion. If you were to look at my history of guest passes since joining, it would average to less than one per month. I pay for an additional membership, and that membership is very rarely used. To charge a member the standard guest pass price of $30 is ridiculous. I could see working with members and setting something reasonable like $10. For $30 a day, I can go five minutes down the street to an all-new club with new equipment and the same amenities, and that $30 will pay for the month. To top it off, three weeks ago, I was told a general manager would contact me to follow up on the issue. That never happened. I canceled my membership and will take that business elsewhere. The cleanest gym I've ever been in with an incredible variety of equipment and amenities. They provide fresh towels for everyone (big plus!), and lots of stations to wipe down the equipment. It's the reason I don't mind paying the extra money (instead of a $10. per month club) is because I cannot stand sweat dripped on a machine, it's disgusting, esp. in this Covid error. Great fitness and wellness facility equip with top of the line amenities and excellent customer service. In addition to being meticulously clean, the attention to detail put in making this gym is second to none. I was really impressed with the service I received from Brian who gave me a thoughtfully curated tour of the facility. He focused and listened to my interests and made sure he touched upon them during my first visit. He even followed up with a phone call after my visit to make sure all my questions were answered and addressed. As an added bonus, on my way out, I stopped by their wonderful cafe and was surprised by a free smoothie as a new member. I've been to other Life Time gyms and been a member of other high-end gyms like Equinox or Bay Club, and Life Time certainly holds its own. Highly recommend this gym. Love Lifetime fitness. I have never met an employee who wasn't willing to help or didn't mind going out of their way. The center is meticulously clean. A whole floor id dedicated to any type of weights, machines and cardio. I take 3 classes a week and each instructor is well educated and motivating. They have an indoor and outdoor lap pool and play pool with a slide. Also, there is an outside cafe as well as an indoor. They also offer hair, skin and massage services. One stop gym and spa! Place - it's easy to find. Inside and outside is very clean. They have someone who cleans every room throughout the day. Amenities - they provide you with a locker with no padlock needed, just your membership card. They have sauna and steam room, jacuzzi, shower, changing rooms. They provide pretty much everything (shampoo, toiletries, feminine products and even hair dryer). They have a pool, tennis court in addition to the class studios. They have a cafe where they serve healthy food. They also have a spa inside if you want your nails, hair done or even facials. Classes - they have an awesome line up of classes. Variety of classes to choose from, depending on your goal. Staff - staff are all very friendly and attentive to your needs. Some coach are a little pushy when I first joined but it calmed down. The best! We have been to LA and 24 Hr. LTA is far superior on customer service, range of equipment, staff and locker rooms. The service staff for the locker rooms are outstanding! You can't say enough about their customer service, considering their job is not thrilling but does speak volumes of the quality of staff at LTA. They set the standard for the rest of the staff to strive towards. One issue to work, keeping the cleaning wipe containers full. Have noticed lately a laps of focus on keeping them full, thus we cannot help keep the equipment clean. Will note fast repairs on equipment. Noted wear and tear on knee pad for side twist machine and in less than two days, the pad was repaired. An example of their swift repair service. read more

I love this "luxury gym" so far. The pools are great! My daughter loves the lap pools. The showers are great too! They have everything you might need, from mouthwash to deodorant. I also like the saunas and hot tubs. The kids zone have a lot of activities for them to do, more so than your local rec center. There's also plenty of free towels to use. Joined this after being at 24 hr and LA for years. Is it more expensive? Yes but you get what you pay for and you are treated right. Gym always clean and locker rooms are kept up. This is my favorite gym. Yes, it's pricey, but well worth the cost. The gym is kept clean, the instructors and trainers are great, and the facility has every amenity you can imagine. There were some minor concerns in the beginning just after grand opening, but a quick conversation with the front desk has quickly resolved any issues. I especially love the large number of squat/deadlift platforms. It's a rare treat in this area. I highly recommend taking the time to do your site orientation as the gym has a ton to offer like the recovery area and the metabolic tests. Even if you don't use it, it's good to know what's there if you change your mind. KC was great in our orientation and helped us to identify what tests would help us reach our goals. The Life cafe is great, but I find the seating in there a bit uncomfortable. The kids area can get a little crowded, but my daughter has loved every visit and doesn't want to leave. The option to extend to a three hour stay is nice to have, but we've never used it. I'm extremely sensitive to noise, so some of the classes are not an option for me, but the main gym is open enough to dissipate the most problematic noise. I've since moved out of the area, but going to this gym when visiting home is a high point of every trip. I use the platinum clubs in my new area, but they just aren't the same. read more

I've been going to LifeTime for a few months now and I absolutely love it. It is a LITTLE pricey, but DEFINITELY WORTH IT for all the amenities they offer with the membership. LifeTime is NOT your average gym. The ONLY thing I wish they would do, is have closer parking for people that utilize the Kid's Academy (they're daycare/learning center for the kids). I come 6 days a week and the thing I dread most is trying to find a parking spot close enough that makes it easier for me to unload my infant, the diaper bag, and my gym bag, and haul all that in. Staff is okay (they were very pushy on using the personal trainer when I first signed up, and when I said no, the girl looked me up and down and said are you sure?). Then the cardio equipment is great, very spacious and nice layout. However, the strength training area with machines is WAY too close together! The machines are on top of each other which bothered me pre-covid and is just unacceptable post-covid. I just cancelled both my boyfriend and I's membership as the machines closeness was a deal breaker for both of us. With so much room, please spread out your machines!!! read more

This is a great athletic facility, with plenty of equipment and space. The cleanliness is best I have experienced in a gym. For the money, I was expecting better staffing and personal trainers. I had better experience at 24hr Fitness and private gyms. The apps and websites are slow and poorly coordinated. Usually, showing up in person is the better way to set up time schedules. I enjoy this club - lots of great classes and facilities. Unfortunately service is not always great. Over the last month I have had hairs in my smoothies and someone place my account on hold - even though I didn't request my account be placed on hold. They even charged me a hold fee on my credit card. After multiple phone calls being made to felt like this was my fault, they reported it wouldn't happen again. I loved this gym until I found out yesterday we were lied too. We were told that our kids would get a month free of swim lessons and that any "Lt Bucks" could be used to make any purchase. So we paid the higher joining fee to get the $150 Lt Bucks to use poolside cafe. Went there yesterday to purchase lunch and some drinks and was told that you couldn't use Lt Bucks! And then when I asked about the month free of swimming lessons I was told they offer that at that location. Not happy! read more
