Long time members, we absolutely love lifetime, there truly is no other gym like it. If you want access to top notch equipment, trainers, and classes look no further. I've been training with Rochelle in Pilaties for a little over a year now, and not only has she improved my physical physique but also my knowledge about physical health! I learn something new every class. I can't imagine not having her in my weekly routine, her care for each of her students and her want for improving their daily lives is extremely evident. She's the best! read more

I know 2025 is almost ending, and a lot of us have goals/gains to set for 2026. This club is quite the investment in helping me get back into shape as soon as I was cleared to workout postpartum. Let's just say going here on a weekly basis has maintained my physical and mental health! Here are my favorite parts: 1. Signature Group Training Classes: Many members don't know that our membership includes these awesome classes. If you've been to Orange Theory Fitness, the GTX classes are a very similar concept minus the rower. I love the combination of cardio and strength training, making you that strong hybrid athlete! Big shoutout to my favorite coaches - Christa on the weekdays; and Aaron on the weekends. 2. Dynamic Personal Training: Well, I thought I didn't need this since I've been exercising for years, but after taking a complimentary session, I decided to commit. I have to brag about coach Victoria. She has taught me so much! My form for upper body training was off all this time - apparently, I don't keep those shoulders down to avoid injury/strain. I'm now lifting heavier: weight down, more skeletal muscle mass, and less percent body fat. I could go on, but it's worth the extra money and time. 3. Lifetime app: If you can't make it to the gym, they have on demand classes to take your workout with you. I actually use this quite often when I can't make it there physically, and simply look at the training plan to help guide my workouts. 4. Kids Academy: You can drop off your kiddos before your workout to keep them entertained. This is a huge plus for busy parents, and the kids can sign up for classes. 5. Other cool amenities: There's a sauna, cafe, swimming pool, and spa. You literally can do your nails, but I haven't used their services yet. Oh, they even have pickle ball classes and obviously a pickle ball court for free play. 6. Equipment: I'm used to having only 2-3 squat racks and fighting/waiting on those. There's plenty to go around here! I also love to use those bumper plates; they keep them in good condition. 7. Treadmills: The treadmills are so nice to run on. They even have a sled pushing mode. I typically run on Bootcamp training mode to easily adjust the incline and speed. The only downside is they don't have a built-in fan. The entire place is kept pretty clean with a water filling station, fresh towels, mats, etc. I almost forgot to mention they have a recovery/stretch area. I can go on all day, but long story short, you should do a free tour to see what you're missing out on. read more

When I see pronouns on name tags I don't see employees giving customer service, I see political posturing. The employees are hired for nose rings and wild colored hair and not for doing their job or experience. You pay 220 a month and all they do is hijack you for more money all the time. They double dip once they sell you a membership with lots of features and then they rent out those features and amenities to people that pay more, so you can't use what they sold the membership as, a classic bait and switch. The pool is great but you can only use when they are not reserving it for private use and lessons. The pickleball courts are great but you can only use them when they are renting them out for lessons, leagues and other money making events. I always feel like a sheep waiting to get fleeced by the employees trying to make quota on revenues. Buy this supplement, take this class, buy this lesson, try then drink, smh. They create an adversarial relationship with their so called "guest" by using them and not appreciating them. You are not a valued customer, you are "Mark" that has been lured in with fast talk so they can get access to your wallet. Once they get your membership, they could care less about your experience and use of facilities, now they want money to buy the use. read more

Great gym. My kids and I love it. The only reason for the missing star are due to the fact they allow people to video on the workout floor.

My husband and I love our "country club" gym as we call it. You pay premium but get a premium membership. The quality of instructors is high and I'm a personal fan of the Alpha strength classes. The gym is always clean and the locker rooms as well. I love the amenities of having a sauna and showers. I also like having a protein shake at the cafe if I'm running somewhere else other than home after the gym. We joined a year ago and are looking forward to taking advantage of their outdoor pool this summer. If you have little kids, I hear the kids facilities are amazing too. read more

Nice facility lots of amenities. Staff is great trainers are great No Tennis. Just wiffle Tennis (Pickleball).

The employees at the front desk lack proper and professional training. The person at the front desk, Calvin, showed terrible costumer service and only focused on his friend instead of other members at the establishment. read more

Just joined and it's worth every penny. So far, I've taken cycling classes and yoga. I'm really enjoying this experience read more

Not at the cleanliness level I would expect for what they charge and they don't enforce no cameras in the locker room so I have to change in the bathroom stall since everyone is taking mirror selfies in the open. read more

I'm obsessed with Lifetime! This is the nicest gym membership I've ever had and it is so much more than a gym. The best part to me are the classes. I love the yoga classes and the Zumba class. The childcare is also amazing. The fact that I can drop my baby off and not worry while I work out is a game changer read more

Love this gym! It has everything and the staff is top notch. They also offer array of services for families and free passes for guests.

Does anyone else have to explain the scratches on their back to their girlfriends because of the towels or is it just me? Really the only reason I gave it four stars but other than that, everything's great. read more

This gym is my happy place! I can come here to focus on me and my health and fitness. The instructors for group fitness are of a higher caliber than other gyms. The energy they bring takes your fitness to a higher level. The facility is so nice and clean. There is a good variety of equipment for all levels of experience. There is a sauna and hot tub in each locker room and two pools (indoor/outdoor). I'll never leave my gym! read more

4.5 stars really. This is truly the nicest gym in North FW. Plenty of classes to chose from. Not overly crowded. Yoga classes are my favorite. Anyone wants a day pass to try it out just let me know. And feel free to use my name/email as a referral. I would appreciate it. Cafe- I liked the cafe food choices prior to CoVid. The kids menu has nothing healthy on it now. I don't have any pics to add but will get some soon. read more

Entrance/ Parking: very spacious with lots of spots Pool/ Spa/ Sauna: Always clean and very relaxing Lifeguards: Friendly if needed Weight room: Things are a little tight together so would suggest coming if possible at other times than 4-6:30ish. Typical hot times. Cardio: Lots to chose from, always one available Staff: Majority are friendly and welcoming. I've had some off and rude experiences with a front desk associate and trainer. Overall cleanliness: Machines, pool, facility and equipment is always clean. Trainers: Those that teach the classes are always encouraging and fun Overall, great gym. Some interactions do put me off but there's more positive to negative. Worth checking out and experiencing yourself. Enjoy! read more

I've Been coming here for a while, never had issues until last night. My girls and I wanted to take a photo upstairs together (no one else was around) until "Monica" interrupted shouting feet away I couldn't take photos. Then continued to FOLLOW us to the locker room repeatedly saying the same thing. Shouting if she could hear me. One of my girls is deaf. I explained she couldn't hear and still continued to say we weren't allowed to take pictures together, we left. Never in my life have I been shouted at and followed. She was very rude and too close to us. Do better with employment. read more

+ location + classes - quality really depends on quality of instructor ex: EDG Cycle + everything can be done via mobile phone + equipment is first-class + good energy in - food at life cafe is OK. Not great. Not bad. Cost of smoothies seem high. Make your own at home. - be careful from up sell from trainers - only two guests passes allowed per month read more

Great facility. Just got some upgrades to the lifting platforms and space. My only complaint would be, I wish they had concept2 rowers and bike erg. The rowers are technogym and they are just weird. read more

I will start by sharing that Lifetime has fantastic facilities that remain clean, and the machines are operable 99% of the time. I've been delighted with those aspects. However, when we entered the trailers that LT set up to sign on members while the facility was being built, sales told us that one of the membership perks was the ability to bring additional guests. During that visit, he explained that each month we'd be allotted two guest passes and that if under special circumstances, i.e., a friend visits from out of town, we would be given more if needed. The most frustrating part is that has not been the case. I recently had friends visiting from another state, and they were shut off at a total of four passes. The front desk manager had a no-tolerance policy despite my efforts. From the perspective of a member that has been there from the club's inception, paying for two memberships, purchasing a shake every day from the cafe, and paying for a personal trainer, I don't feel like it's in the club's best interest or mine not to exercise discretion. If you were to look at my history of guest passes since joining, it would average to less than one per month. I pay for an additional membership, and that membership is very rarely used. To charge a member the standard guest pass price of $30 is ridiculous. I could see working with members and setting something reasonable like $10. For $30 a day, I can go five minutes down the street to an all-new club with new equipment and the same amenities, and that $30 will pay for the month. To top it off, three weeks ago, I was told a general manager would contact me to follow up on the issue. That never happened. I canceled my membership and will take that business elsewhere. What more could you ask for in a gym. It's a little pricey but you can pay for your health now, or you can pay for it later in life (that's how I try and look at it) it's worth the money. They have classes, basketball courts, pickle ball, swimming. It's a club more than a gym. It keeps my kids active also, they have tons of kids classes and open swim. read more

Amazing staff, Always helpful and Zach is always super sweet ;) Love how clean this place is!! read more

The cleanest gym I've ever been in with an incredible variety of equipment and amenities. They provide fresh towels for everyone (big plus!), and lots of stations to wipe down the equipment. It's the reason I don't mind paying the extra money (instead of a $10. per month club) is because I cannot stand sweat dripped on a machine, it's disgusting, esp. in this Covid error. But I have to say the cleanest gym I've ever belonged to. read more

I love it here . The pools are amazing ! They have separate jacuzzi and steam and sauna for woman which I love ! I hate being in there with men, sorry , I just do. I like that it is personalized like that and private. I also like the spa where you can get hair and nails done because nowadays time is money and that saves time to do it all in one place read more

Great fitness and wellness facility equip with top of the line amenities and excellent customer service. In addition to being meticulously clean, the attention to detail put in making this gym is second to none. I was really impressed with the service I received from Brian who gave me a thoughtfully curated tour of the facility. He focused and listened to my interests and made sure he touched upon them during my first visit. He even followed up with a phone call after my visit to make sure all my questions were answered and addressed. As an added bonus, on my way out, I stopped by their wonderful cafe and was surprised by a free smoothie as a new member. I've been to other Life Time gyms and been a member of other high-end gyms like Equinox or Bay Club, and Life Time certainly holds its own. Highly recommend this gym. It's worth every penny. read more

Love Lifetime fitness. I have never met an employee who wasn't willing to help or didn't mind going out of their way. The center is meticulously clean. A whole floor id dedicated to any type of weights, machines and cardio. I take 3 classes a week and each instructor is well educated and motivating. They have an indoor and outdoor lap pool and play pool with a slide. Also, there is an outside cafe as well as an indoor. They also offer hair, skin and massage services. I look forward to going! read more

The best! We have been to LA and 24 Hr. LTA is far superior on customer service, range of equipment, staff and locker rooms. The service staff for the locker rooms are outstanding! You can't say enough about their customer service, considering their job is not thrilling but does speak volumes of the quality of staff at LTA. They set the standard for the rest of the staff to strive towards. One issue to work, keeping the cleaning wipe containers full. Have noticed lately a laps of focus on keeping them full, thus we cannot help keep the equipment clean. Will note fast repairs on equipment. Noted wear and tear on knee pad for side twist machine and in less than two days, the pad was repaired. An example of their swift repair service. read more

One stop gym and spa! Place - it's easy to find. Inside and outside is very clean. They have someone who cleans every room throughout the day. Amenities - they provide you with a locker with no padlock needed, just your membership card. They have sauna and steam room, jacuzzi, shower, changing rooms. They provide pretty much everything (shampoo, toiletries, feminine products and even hair dryer). They have a pool, tennis court in addition to the class studios. They have a cafe where they serve healthy food. They also have a spa inside if you want your nails, hair done or even facials. Classes - they have an awesome line up of classes. Variety of classes to choose from, depending on your goal. Staff - staff are all very friendly and attentive to your needs. Some coach are a little pushy when I first joined but it calmed down. Price - $100+ a month is decent for everything that comes with it. I recommend it! read more

I love this "luxury gym" so far. The pools are great! My daughter loves the lap pools. The showers are great too! They have everything you might need, from mouthwash to deodorant. I also like the saunas and hot tubs. The kids zone have a lot of activities for them to do, more so than your local rec center. There's also plenty of free towels to use. Take a tour to see why it's worth every penny. read more

Joined this after being at 24 hr and LA for years. Is it more expensive? Yes but you get what you pay for and you are treated right. Gym always clean and locker rooms are kept up. Employees like Willie are seen working hard and always says hello with a smile. That to me is good customer service. The people at the front desk always polite start my workout right. Big ups to the staff at Lifetime, you guys do it the right way! read more

This is my favorite gym. Yes, it's pricey, but well worth the cost. The gym is kept clean, the instructors and trainers are great, and the facility has every amenity you can imagine. There were some minor concerns in the beginning just after grand opening, but a quick conversation with the front desk has quickly resolved any issues. I especially love the large number of squat/deadlift platforms. It's a rare treat in this area. I highly recommend taking the time to do your site orientation as the gym has a ton to offer like the recovery area and the metabolic tests. Even if you don't use it, it's good to know what's there if you change your mind. KC was great in our orientation and helped us to identify what tests would help us reach our goals. The Life cafe is great, but I find the seating in there a bit uncomfortable. The kids area can get a little crowded, but my daughter has loved every visit and doesn't want to leave. The option to extend to a three hour stay is nice to have, but we've never used it. I'm extremely sensitive to noise, so some of the classes are not an option for me, but the main gym is open enough to dissipate the most problematic noise. I've since moved out of the area, but going to this gym when visiting home is a high point of every trip. I use the platinum clubs in my new area, but they just aren't the same. read more

I've been going to LifeTime for a few months now and I absolutely love it. It is a LITTLE pricey, but DEFINITELY WORTH IT for all the amenities they offer with the membership. LifeTime is NOT your average gym. The ONLY thing I wish they would do, is have closer parking for people that utilize the Kid's Academy (they're daycare/learning center for the kids). I come 6 days a week and the thing I dread most is trying to find a parking spot close enough that makes it easier for me to unload my infant, the diaper bag, and my gym bag, and haul all that in. Other than that. 10/10 and I'm excited to enroll my son in their swim lessons soon! read more

Pound for pound this is easily the best gym I've ever been to. They're cleaning all day, the gym floor and locker room, and there's so much equipment it's amazing. I haven't even taken advantage of all they have to offer yet but it's already worth the cost. I'm sold. read more

Went to check this place out the man that met me was very rude I did not see much the way I was treated I did not want to see anything else

Staff is okay (they were very pushy on using the personal trainer when I first signed up, and when I said no, the girl looked me up and down and said are you sure?). Then the cardio equipment is great, very spacious and nice layout. However, the strength training area with machines is WAY too close together! The machines are on top of each other which bothered me pre-covid and is just unacceptable post-covid. I just cancelled both my boyfriend and I's membership as the machines closeness was a deal breaker for both of us. With so much room, please spread out your machines!!! read more

This is a great athletic facility, with plenty of equipment and space. The cleanliness is best I have experienced in a gym. For the money, I was expecting better staffing and personal trainers. I had better experience at 24hr Fitness and private gyms. The apps and websites are slow and poorly coordinated. Usually, showing up in person is the better way to set up time schedules. Again, go for it for cleanliness and space; otherwise, I would join another club. read more

I enjoy this club - lots of great classes and facilities. Unfortunately service is not always great. Over the last month I have had hairs in my smoothies and someone place my account on hold - even though I didn't request my account be placed on hold. They even charged me a hold fee on my credit card. After multiple phone calls being made to felt like this was my fault, they reported it wouldn't happen again. I am not loving the vibe of the place anymore. For the premium fees I pay to LF, I don't expect this level of service. read more
