They double dip once they sell you a membership with lots of features and then they rent out those features and amenities to people that pay more, so you can't use what they sold the membership as, a classic bait and switch. The pool is great but you can only use when they are not reserving it for private use and lessons. The pickleball courts are great but you can only use them when they are renting them out for lessons, leagues and other money making events. I always feel like a sheep waiting to get fleeced by the employees trying to make quota on revenues. Buy this supplement, take this class, buy this lesson, try then drink, smh. They create an adversarial relationship with their so called "guest" by using them and not appreciating them. You are not a valued customer, you are "Mark" that has been lured in with fast talk so they can get access to your wallet. Once they get your membership, they could care less about your experience and use of facilities, now they want money to buy the use.

I would call or text and he would either not answer or pretend to be someone else working for him, when you called his cell phone! Please do not use this company! Rob Curren is a scammer!!! Ive had to have the pool drained twice because he did not do the job he said he would..I have an active claim with the Better Business Bureau right now, and he hasn't been responding back to them either! If you remind yourself the pool is mainly for the kids, then it helps the sting of getting to the pool and having no lap lanes available. Having lived in multiple states and having swum at many pools, always having a set number of lanes open to the public is one way to get around that. But they try very hard to be accommodating. To the reviewers of the front desk: Monica and the rest of the staff are actually very nice. My first 1-2 visits were cordial, but after just a few visits you'll realize they are very nice and caring. Plus everyone has a bad day. The pool manager and lifeguards are also very kind. To the mother who's kids were cold: the pool is kept in the low 80's. I used to teach swim lessons and many children shiver. So they just must keep moving. A pool warmer than the low 80's is too hot for competitive swimming, which is what this pool is designed for. You might search out a pool that works with folks with medical problems or a pool designed only for giving lessons. Those pools are kept around 90 degrees. It's also a myth that you can catch a cold from being cold. So most likely your kids were already sick when they got to the pool.

Initially, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly Emerald Waters Pool completed our pool installation. Unfortunately, we soon realized the speed came at the expense of doing the job correctly. The biggest issue was that the required city inspections were never completed before construction moved forward. Will advanced the project all the way to the final inspection, where the city rejected the entire project. We then spent approximately two and a half months waiting for everything to be corrected and approved before we could finally move forward with the plaster. Even after receiving city approval, the problems continued. The site had not been properly prepared before the plaster was applied, resulting in it having to be installed twice. Then, just three weeks after installation, the color began fading, which was clearly not normal. We contacted Will about the issue but never received a response. We also discovered that the waterfall was installed off-center, another quality control issue that should have been caught during construction. In addition to the pool, we hired Emerald Waters Pool to install a patio and walkway. The workmanship was disappointing. The pavers was neither straight nor level without constant supervision, and we had to insist that sections be redone because they were not installed correctly. To make matters worse, some of the additional work we paid for was never completed. It is also worth noting that the work performed outside of the pool installation was never covered by a written contract, which appeared to avoid documenting that portion of the project. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Emerald. Between the missed inspections, poor workmanship, lack of communication, and incomplete work, the project became far more stressful and time-consuming than it should have been. We strongly encourage anyone considering this company to continue their search for a builder that prioritizes quality, communication, and accountability.

The pictures I did see though made this place look bigger than it was. There were also no life jackets, so bring your own if you need them! However, the deepest end was only 4 1/2 feet and because of it being small and not crowded, it was easier to keep track of all the kiddos. Unlike a lot of places that charge to bring in coolers or limit what you can bring, we were able to bring in lunch and snacks and really make it a pool day. With it being $6 per person for non residents I am not sure I would return, but I also wouldn't tell people not to come. It's a nice clean pool, it's affordable, and my kids really enjoyed it.

From the design process with Greg, to the material selection with Fiorella, the actual crazy redo with Anthony and the finish work with AJ, we are extremely pleased and so glad we went with Watercrest! Terrible customer service!!! Our pool was leaking--losing enough water such that we had to add it…read moreevery day. We called to ask for an inspection during the warranty period, but we're told that they were too busy to send anyone out; they instead asked us to perform a "bucket test", which we did. The bucket test confirmed that the pool was losing water. We called them again and reported the results of the test. They dispatched a crew--a subcontractor--who came out and conducted a pressure test. While the pressure test didn't find a structural leak, they did find a significant leak from the backwash jandy, which one of their technicians must have left partially open. They then sent me a $500 invoice for the pressure test saying that because they didn't find a structural leak, I was responsible for the inspections, which is preposterous. As an aside, it took them 8 months to install the pool after quoting a 3 month timeline. They cut all kinds of corners and the City shut them down midstream as a result. Everything about this company is terrible. Of all the things that they do badly, though, their customer service is the worst.
