I'm disappointed by my experience at the Euless Aquatic Center on August 16…read more I witnessed an incident involving several lifeguards during their break that raised serious concerns for me about professionalism and safety. The lifeguards had flotation devices in their hands while on break, and one lifeguard in particular was splashing around and playing with the flotation device. Given the setting and the responsibilities of lifeguards, I found this behavior concerning. What was even more disappointing was the response when I reported my concerns. I expected the situation to be taken seriously and reviewed from a safety perspective. Instead, the response I received left me feeling that my concerns were being minimized rather than addressed. I understand that lifeguards are young people and deserve a break, but when you are responsible for the safety of patrons at an aquatic facility, professionalism and situational awareness should remain a priority--even during breaks. I am not writing this review to attack individual employees. My concern is about safety, accountability, and how customer concerns are handled. I hope the Euless Aquatic Center and the City of Euless will take concerns like this seriously and ensure that lifeguards are held to appropriate safety standards at all times. Overall: Disappointing experience. I expected better attention to safety and a more serious response to a legitimate concern.

They are power tripping teenagers that will blow their whistle on any little thing once they find someone they don't like. Yet they will let their friends rough house and run and be in the kid area inappropriately. Specifically the female lifeguards that were on duty in the children's area or a big problem with big attitudes, the one sitting in the kids area by the lazy river with the longer hair picked on every single thing, including me trying to get my son who was nervous and scared in the lazy river out of the lazy river. She tried to tell me we had to go all the way around while he was freaking out, and I had another child in the play area. It's unfortunate these power tripping teenagers can ruin such a nice time. Otherwise, the facilities are perfect. I included a picture of us at the park. She kept looking at me even though we've done nothing wrong and it's honestly really bothersome. She literally let two kids run by real fast and jump when they weren't supposed to and she looked right at me and smirked. She left her post at 1:18. Again this facility is wonderful. Initially, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly Emerald Waters Pool completed our pool installation. Unfortunately, we soon realized the speed came at the expense of doing the job correctly. The biggest issue was that the required city inspections were never completed before construction moved forward. Will advanced the project all the way to the final inspection, where the city rejected the entire project. We then spent approximately two and a half months waiting for everything to be corrected and approved before we could finally move forward with the plaster. Even after receiving city approval, the problems continued. The site had not been properly prepared before the plaster was applied, resulting in it having to be installed twice. Then, just three weeks after installation, the color began fading, which was clearly not normal. We contacted Will about the issue but never received a response. We also discovered that the waterfall was installed off-center, another quality control issue that should have been caught during construction. In addition to the pool, we hired Emerald Waters Pool to install a patio and walkway. The workmanship was disappointing. The pavers was neither straight nor level without constant supervision, and we had to insist that sections be redone because they were not installed correctly. To make matters worse, some of the additional work we paid for was never completed. It is also worth noting that the work performed outside of the pool installation was never covered by a written contract, which appeared to avoid documenting that portion of the project. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Emerald. Between the missed inspections, poor workmanship, lack of communication, and incomplete work, the project became far more stressful and time-consuming than it should have been. We strongly encourage anyone considering this company to continue their search for a builder that prioritizes quality, communication, and accountability.

Started with parent and tot and now they're on their own in a group setting. They've been advancing appropriately and it's been a great experience. Prices are sign up are easy to find on the website. The facility, locker rooms, restrooms, showers all top notch. Lifeguards are always on top of things. Swimming trainers are great, give updates at the end of every class of how our children are doing. I don't remember all their names but Alyx has been amazing every time she has been a teacher for our child. They're patient and kind and make our kids as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended.

Or they could've put a sign to not use machine, like all other gyms in the world do. I have been a personal trainer all my life and never have I witnessed anything like what happened to me here today. If you're serious about your workouts and your time in the gym, don't bother with this incompetent staff that doesn't know how to put paying members first. What I experienced today is like eating at a restaurant and while you're in the middle of taking a bite of your half eaten burger, the waiter comes to your table and grabs your plate with your fries from underneath you.
