58 yrs old and this is my 10th dentist ever. By far and away the best I've ever had, and I'm fairly particular about people who put sharp tools in my mouth. Their operations are excellent. Well organized, very skilled, and extremely kind. Their dental hygenists who do the cleaning are just excellent. Respectful, gentle, and yet thorough. And very kind. Dr. Bowcutt is just great, in skill and personally. He never wastes time or money on excess procedures, and yet knows how to prioritize most important treatments. He's kind, but candid about what is needed, and how the teeth are doing, ie, how my hygiene is working. Their scheduling is a breeze, and they get you in quickly if anything urgent comes up. They handle insurance flawlessly, and I found out they have a heart to help people in financial stress as well. These are the kind of dentists, the kind of people, our community can only hope to have. read more

My visits to Bowcutt Dental are always pleasant and a breeze to get on the books when I need a schedule! Which is insane to me when I am talking about a dentist! All the hygienists that I have been met with upon each teeth cleaning appointment have been so pleasant, professional and friendly to work with as I have sometimes struggled with my mouth care, but they have always had kind words and patience and the fact that my neighbor referred me to them, and has been going to them for decades now is amazing and a testament to the loyalty and service that is impeccable when speaking on a local dentist that is less than a 5 min drive from our house! Dr. Bowcutt is also extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and when receiving any information from him, I always feel like he is extra helpful and valuable in giving me practical guidance and not upselling me on things. Which is amazing! I also recently referred my husband to pop over here after he had such severe mouth/jaw pain after Thanksgiving and had to go to urgent care and turns out he had a tooth abscess. He was able to get seen immediately and they were able to accommodate him as a new patient! That's unheard of! My husband's previous dentist he chose, Buttercup Dental, down the street (which we both got confused with for half the last year thinking we had been going to the same dental office ha!) didn't seem to care/ wasn't able to make the scheduling happen until later in the week. I also was able to get my fixed retainer rebonded, in and out, and at a practical price instead of having to go to an orthodontist who would've charged ridiculous prices. I'm honestly sold, and don't think I'll find any place better!! Ps. Sometimes you'll stumble upon Dr. Bowcutt's adorable dog! I can't even with the sweetest floof at the front desk! :) read more

The staff at Bowcutt Dental is awesome, professional, and caring! I do not like going to the dentist or doctor, but this place is the exception! They are caring, even though I have white coat syndrome and a high gag reflex! They really go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, while helping me have clean healthy teeth and gums! I recommend you try them if you want a caring professional experience! read more

Best experience--truly an experience! While one might typically talk about "customer service," what Dr. Bowcutt and the team provide goes beyond that--it's an experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time, and I was feeling quite anxious. However, the moment I walked in, my fears quickly faded. The entire team created a safe, welcoming environment, free of judgment. Jen the dental hygienist made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit, and Dr. Bowcutt walked me through my treatment plan with incredible compassion and understanding. I'm so glad I took the time to do my research, read the reviews, and ultimately chose Dr. Bowcutt as my dentist. If you're looking for a practice that prioritizes both skill and patient comfort, this is the place to go! read more

Can't tell y'all how much I have always hated going to the dentist. As in HATED. Always had bad experiences and it just gives me anxiety. Today was my new patient appointment at Bowcutt and they are THE BEST. Everyone. So caring, gentle, honest and kind. read more

I'm a retired hygienist. I've been looking for a dental office near my neighborhood and hadn't found one yet...until now. From the moment I called to make the initial appointment with Cori, until the last tooth was polished, it was a great experience. Cori explained how my insurance would work and made sure I didn't have any questions about it. When an earlier appointment became available, Cori sent me a text and I was able to be seen a few weeks earlier than expected! Darlene was the assistant who started my appointment off by getting all the x-rays, intra-oral pictures with a digital camera, and vital signs done. I appreciated her efficiency with the x-rays because the sensors are uncomfortable for me sometimes. Emily was my hygienist. It had been awhile since my last cleaning so I knew there was an area behind my lower front teeth (I have a retainer) that was going to be a challenge. Tartar is like a hard cement and when embedded around a metal retainer, can be difficult to remove. Emily had all the tools and tricks to get the job done without overexerting pressure on my jaw or teeth. I didn't leave the office with a headache or jaws hurting (I've had jaw surgery in the past so it's difficult to keep my mouth open for long periods of time). Emily let me take breaks when I needed and the cleaning went well! She was thorough yet light-handed when she was measuring the gum pockets. Dr. Bowcutt finished the appointment by doing his exam and going over the x-rays and pictures with me. Even though I didn't need any dental work done, I wasn't pressured to buy fancy toothbrushes, a night guard, or teeth whitening system either. I did ask if he offered in office teeth whitening vs. take home trays. He said he did and most of his patients do the take home trays...so again, no high pressure sales of the more expensive in office option. I like that! The overall feeling I got from interacting with the various staff members was this is a well put together team of professionals who love helping patients take care of their health. As far as the atmosphere of the clinic, it was relaxed, cozy, and clean. It had a good vibe. read more

Very thorough cleaning and clear explanation of my care. My teeth have never been better.

Emily, Dr. Bowcutt, and Debbie actually make me excited to go to the dentist! Emily is like having butterflies clean my teeth and I have very sensitive gums! I will never go anywhere else! read more

Heaven forbid you have a sore on your lip or in your mouth, cause they will act like you have the plague, reject service and push out your appointment for weeks after taking time off work. Super disappointing service. read more

I have serious dental phobia and everyone at Bowcutt Dental goes above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. I mean everyone: Cori at the reception desk, Darlene who took my X-rays, Jen my hygienist, Debbie the goddess who fights with the insurance companies, and Dr. Bowcutt himself. Every one of them is kind, attentive, and friendly. The day I visited, Dr. Bowcutt's little Maltese, Pearl, was visiting and she very kindly gave me kisses. I would recommend this practice to anyone. read more

Small dental practices are hard to find these days. I trust Dr Bowcutt to recommend what is best for me and not for the corporate bottom line. We've been going here and to the predecessor Jordan for 30 years and always found the staff helpful, friendly, and reliable. read more

Dr. Bowcutt and staff provide professional, thorough dental care. Emily is great! My teeth are always sparkling after cleanings.

Love Dr. Bowcutt and his team - they keep me healthy and they are so kind!! I'm always in good hands and would not even consider going anywhere else! read more

Scammers of the worst kind. The dental staff that actually works on your teeth are great, it's the front desk staff that are ruining this practice for the dentist. They scam you into coming in saying they take your insurance when in reality they charge more than necessary for preventative services so they can get a payment both out of you and the insurance. Don't waste your time with these people who will absolutely charge you for things that are covered by insurance with any other dental office. read more

Too notch practice with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always current with the latest technology and equipment. Reception staff always friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable regarding insurance matters. Getting in and out is a breeze. I love that they strive to keep me informed and educated on status of my dental health. Highly recommend! read more

I highly recommend Dr Bowcutt and his staff. They are always prompt, kind, efficient, and pleasant.

I walked in the door at 2:59, signed my myself in. At 3:00 Jasmine came and got me right on time. We went to the back and she explained everything we were doing, why we were doing it, with x-rays for me to review. After I was prepped, Dr. Kevin Bowcutt performed the necessary crown quickly and without pain. This isn't my first so comparing him to others makes it easy to give a 5 star review. The front desk checked me out and scheduled a follow up. I also appreciate the several text reminders about my appointment. Seems like a well running office with great staff. read more

Dr. Bowcutt and Team are like family. Friendly people with a passion for what they do. Dedicated to highest quality of patient care.

Always a wonderful experience! Four family members receive treatment here and we're all satisfied. No pain, great advice, thorough care!

I could not say enough good things about this dental office. I have been apart of this dental office since I was 3 it was owned by a different dentist but he retired and Dr. Bowcutt took over. Emily is the best hygienist I could ask for! I'm very sensitive and she always takes care of me! You will feel like family. Dr Bowcutt is very sweet and I'm glad he could take care of us as much as Dr. Jordan did! read more

This place is the only dentist I have ever felt comfortable going, coming back to! I have been a patient of this practice for over ten years. I started with Dr. Jordan and when he retired and Dr Bowcutt took over I stayed with he group. The staff are amazing from the folks at the front desk to the dental hygienist. All awesome people, super friendly and most importantly your appointment starts on time, if not early. Fair pricing for high quality work. Dr Bowcutt is an awesome dentist, very gentle and does a fantastic job of doing his job while keeping the mood light. I've had cleanings, fillings, x-rays, and even a bridge, all done perfectly and with a smile. If you are tired of going to the competition and having a bad time, come see Dr Bowcutt and his staff. They will take great care of you. read more

Beware bait and switch! I called the office ahead of time to make sure both my boyfriend and my routine cleanings were covered giving them my insurance information (good insurance mind you) in which I was told by the front desk preventive is covered at 100%. We are quite hygentic and it was simple routine cleaning with xrays. A couple weeks later we recieved a bill for almost $200! We thought the bill had been a mistake and miscalculated so we called front desk to find out why we recieved a bill if it was to be covered at 100% by the insurance. This is when their true colors shined. I was truly stunned how rude and and cold the billing lady was. (I wish I could remember her name off the top of my head). She wouldn't even listen to what I had to say nor did she give me a good explanation as to why we received a bill. Don't tell your patients what they want to hear just to get them in your office! I would've most definitely made an appointment another office had I known my insurance didn't actually cover 100% of your fees! read more
