Wonderful experience. It had been far too long since my last appointment, so they had their work cut out with the cleaning but were gentle and patient with me. I also appreciated Dr. Nguyen's thorough communication with me on my dental hygiene. My 3 year old also had her first dentist check today, and Dr. Nguyen was so great with her. I have a huge fear of the dentist but lately I've been having some tooth pain. I did a ton of research before choosing to go here and I'm glad I did. The office was welcoming, staff was super polite and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. They walked me through everything they were doing and why, the wait was extremely short, and they really did care about my oral health. I need to have some teeth extracted and they referred me to their partner surgeon and made sure I understood everything before sending me in my way. After my surgery I will be scheduling a follow up appointment and continue coming back. I still have a fear of the dentist but they made it much more tolerable than any other dentist I've been to in the past. read more

The environment is very calming and clean, staff is very fast and polite, Dr. Yoon was very professional, knowledgeable, and he saved a teeth that I thought i was going to have to get root canal for. I saw all the good reviews on here so I decided to try it out. I went in with some gum pain and I was able to set an appointment for the next day. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so patient and kind. Next day I go into the office and waited no more than 15 mins (had to fill out new patient paperwork) and the dental hygienist I saw was great! I can't remember the name of my doctor, but she was an Asian lady. She was so sweet and knew how to make good communication. Most importantly, she was thorough and detailed when it came to explaining my dental problems. She broke it down clearly with terms I could understand and provided solutions for everything. She gave me her professional advice on what steps I should take to fix my dental issues with minimal appointments all while being cost effective. I love her.
