They were able to get me rescheduled a few days later and I'm so thankful that I got paired with his dental assistant, Melanie. She listened to my concerns, assured me that I was at the right place, eased my anxiety and told me that they'd help me. She made me feel so comfortable which is exactly what I needed in that moment. When I was seen by Dr. Satish he assured me that we'd come up with a plan to get me feeling better. I received a plan of action which I could alter depending on my availability of funds (dental work is not cheap!). I've already been back for step one which were filings and that appointment went well. I already have my second procedure scheduled. When I arrived very early for my Mom's appointment, I was looking for a handicap ramp to wheel my mom in (she's 86), and Michael came out to guide me on where I could do that. I thought that was nice of him to take the time to walk outside and guide us. So after going in and filling out the paperwork, i had the opportunity to meet with the dental assistant. I felt very, very comfortable with her as she was very, very nice, and cordial, and accommodating to my mom which was the most important thing to me. After she managed to capture x-rays with this cool portable x-ray device, I was feeling much more comfortable since I didn't think my mom would let her capture x-rays since she does not enjoy people touching her or putting things in her mouth. But the dental assistant was able to do that with ease! Then the dentist came in to examine her and we discussed what our options were and I was very, very happy with our discussion. He was honest, and candid and very cordial with my mom. I was impressed with my first visit and I'm sure I will continue to be impressed with subsequent visits! I get that things can get busy and am willing to wait a reasonable amount of time as long as I am acknowledged and addressed respectfully. The person at the front desk eventually took my ID but was really brusque and unwelcoming still despite me continuing to be respectful and polite to her. I was asked to take a seat and told I would be called back. 25 minutes past the appointment time I had not been called back and no one had approached to explain the delay, let alone apologize. So I finally asked what was going on. She apologized twice now for the delay but remained unsmiling and distinctly unfriendly. At that point, she basically invited me to leave! I mean really?! What sort of business is this? You treat a new customer as an imposition and tell them to leave? At no point was I rude or pushy so her behavior was completely bizarre to me. She said they'd had a "difficult" patient who had taken longer than expected. I can completely understand that, but in the meanwhile you might want to let your waiting patients know there's a delay. You could reasonably offer to reschedule, but inviting them to just leave? Incredible. The place is in a strip mall next door to a gas station. It's all pretty sketchy. I saw Dr Meenal McNary for a retreat root canal tooth. She is hands down, top notch the best Endo…read morespecialist I've ever seen. She is so comforting, brilliant and a master of her profession. She took the time to explain what was going on with my tooth and why it was necessary to retreat my root canal. Immediately upon reviewing my CBCT image she saw that the original dentist missed a canal. (Original one was done 20+ years ago, when the technology was not near advanced as it is today.) She explained this is more common than you would think because these canals are so tiny and can branch off. Root canals are often why people dread the dentist. I can honestly say that this was done with zero discomfort. She was able to remove the old material, locate and clean the extra canal and complete the procedure within an hour. So methodical, precise and efficient. I honestly wish there were more practitioners like her out there! Fabulous work. Thank YOU!

I went in on a Friday and was seen for my root canal on a wendseday the next week. I was seen by Dr. Meenal McNary D.D.S. she was great... very informative and walk you through everything that she will be doing for your teeth. I felt like I was in good hands. Being that this was first root canal ever. I had a Crack in my tooth and she was still able to safe the tooth instead of pulling it. Would highly recommend this Dr. The main reason I did not give all stars is. Be prepared for a sticker shock on what needs to get done. As this place is completely out of network with insurances. They do there best to work with insurance but more than 70% comes out of pocket. My tooth was in bad shape and seeing how I was reffered there. I felt like I could not go anywhere else. I no we have choice but with life happening and time which who has that now days. I choose to go here.
