I've been going to this office since I was a young teen. About 12 years or so. Dr. D has seriously been the best dentist I've ever encountered. I just recently had 3 wisdom teeth pulled. The whole before, during, and after the procedure was great. He was very gentle and calm during the procedure. Always explains everything that's going to be done and explains things he's doing during the procedure. His assistant Elizabeth is always so sweet. I was very nervous about the extractions, but Elizabeth and Dr. D both reassured me and made me feel very comfortable. 2 days after the procedure I have been having some dull pain and we live in south texas. After calling his office, he called me back not long after and called in some medication for me down in south texas where I live no problems it all. I'm very grateful to have such a caring dentist and his staff are all so great. Wouldn't go anywhere else for any of my dental needs, that's how much I trust Dr. D abd his staff! read more

I had 2 extractions done today I'm terrified to go to the dentist but this was a great experience. They took great care of me making sure I was comfortable. I barely felt anything at all when the Dr said all done I was shocked only because it was so fast and no pain. I will definitely be coming back. I strayed away for one appointment because I moved, and then swore to myself I would never go anywhere else as long as I could keep seeing Dr. D, Christine, and Beth! Insurance is up to date and so that issues been solved for me! The whole staff is beyond nice and informative. They take their time with your routine cleaning, they tell you areas you can improve on, and importantly, how to improve. They book existing patients in advance so it may be hard as a new patient, but I would suggest to call to see if anyone's canceled for the day and try to squeeze in. Even if it's a drive, it's worth the service you'll be receiving. read more

I was a patient of the dentist office before it became Patriot Dental, but the transition has been fairly smooth and the upgrades done to the office has been nice (flat screen in the waiting area, TV's in the dentist chairs). The dental hygenist that cleans my teeth (forgot her name, but she's pretty much the one that always does it) is great and very personable. At times, I feel like they're trying to upsell a service to me like with the Zoom whitening or Invisalign (front teeth are straight, my molars are crooked not that you could see). But, once I pass and say that I'm not interested, they leave it at that and there's no pressure. read more

Dr. Drew and the office staff treat us like family. Norma greets you coming in the door. Dr. Drew and his assistant Liz go out of their way to ensure any dental work is pain free. Beth cleans our teeth and even did my 85+ year old father and is so warm, friendly and kind. Never scolding about my at-home care, just encouraging in areas needed. Angelic stays on top of insurance requirements and I trust that we receive the most compensation. I compared prices in the past and they have always been the most reasonable. We moved out of the Round Rock area 6 years ago, but still make the drive in to Patriot Dental. We recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dental team who care about the patients. read more

Do not use this dentist! I went to "Dr. D." when I was having tooth pain. He performed a root canal on the tooth (last summer). Then this Winter the tooth broke. I called the office and was told I couldn't be seen for months. So I found a new dentist. The new dentist found that Dr. D drilled through the root of my tooth causing a severe infection. I went to a specialist but it couldn't be saved and had to be cut out. Because it's a molar I had to get a dental implant. Fast forward to now (thousands of dollars later) when they are trying to bill me further for the botched root canal from a year ago because they messed up something with my insurance. I do not recommend this office! read more

I took my son here today, after seeing another dentist two weeks ago that said he needed two fillings and thirteen sealants, to get another opinion and was really pleased with the experience. They were friendly and Dr. Drew said that my son didn't have ANY cavities and wouldn't perform or recommend sealants on adult teeth that have no signs of decay. I appreciated his honesty and even made an appointment for myself. read more

I will say the price for the service for a cleaning are some of the most reasonable around. And for the most part I was pleased, but I stopped going due to the front office staff attitudes and demeanor were unprofessional and condescending at times. Checking out the staff do not make eye contact or even smile. This ruined the experience for me. read more

Big fan of Dr. Ducote and his staff. He's seen myself, my wife, two of our kids and we're about to make an appointment for our third child (and will someday be taking our fourth child, who is 1, to him as well). He and his staff are great with kids, they don't push unnecessary procedures and they do terrific work on both kids and adults. Finding a good dentist can be tough and my family and I are thrilled we found Dr. D's office. We'll be long-time patients. read more

I love this dentist office!!! I was referred to Dr. D from a coworker this office accept our insurance had a broken tooth and was in some serious pain. I went to another dentist and was told I needed a root canal but out of pocket my end would cost $1000! here I was only charged a total of $660.00 for root canal and crown. He even filled in the tooth next to the broken one that was starting to give me problems at no charge. My first visit was just so he could take a look and asses it himself. So no work was done the first visit but he did offer to numb my face with a few shots so i could be pain free for at least a few hours(best i had felt in a long time until it wore off lol) A few visits later and i can eat again!!! thank god. I recommended this office to many of my coworkers ( we all seem to have lots of teeth/mouth issues) They have all loved this place as much as i have. Patriot Dental even sent our company an edible arrangement as a thanks. Couldn't wait to try out my new mouth anyway:) Oh and one more thing. Best magazine selection I've ever seen in any waiting room but I'm never able to look at them because there is virtually no wait! beautiful up to date facility and very friendly personable staff! read more

OK- We have now been going to Dr. D's office for the last oh, 8 years now at least. I think it's safe to say I can give a fair, honest and truly deserving star rating. I mean I honestly love this group. Pricilla at the front is pleasant, funny and always on top of everything. She works with schedules and since there is 6 of us she always does her best to give us a call if there is ever a cancellation on the books and we need to get some work done sooner than later. She also helps me out with my somewhat phobic husband making sure she reminds him of his appointments. She genuinely cares. Angelique is bad to the bone!! She gets the insurance portion done correctly all the time! I've never had billing being wrong and I never have to worry about the insurance portions. SHE IS ALL OVER IT! Dental hygienists are great. My kids love them, and as for Dr. D he has a memory like a steal trap! Always remembers our last conversations about family and life little hobbies. He's amazing and just an all round great guy. Their whole staff is a 10! Makes me wish I worked in the dental field just so I could work for Dr. D. and his awesome staff.
