I assume they use a frozen pie crust because it didn't taste buttery at all. It had a weird chemically taste. I missed having that rich buttery crust a pot pie should have. The filling didn't taste great either. Also, had a weird chemically taste to it. I almost think they use canned chicken based on the flavor and texture it had. I was so looking forward to a homey comforting pot pie. It's not often I get to eat one of these, but this one fell way short of my expectations. The Lamb Burger - My husband loves lamb and it's not often you see a lamb burger anywhere. He was so excited to have this, but was so disappointed after taking his first bite. He said it was so bland. I took a bite. And while it did taste of lamb, I agreed it lacked seasoning. Now, THIS needed some of the salt that were in those pickles. Lol! Foxy Fried Chicken - A panko fried chicken breast. It was good. Mashed potatoes were good and the veggies. I didn't expect this dish to be spicy though. I don't know if the cook went heavy handed on the pepper, but the veggies and mashed potatoes it was served with had a kick to them. Meh. All in all, we wouldn't return.
