Bowling seems like a no brainer right? This place is for…read moreprofessionals only I think... Or this place is confused and clearly didn't pay attention in 'how to have a fun bowling alley class'. The issues, one the shoes were very worn( not to big of a deal) The toilet smelled tremendously bad. The toilet smelled like fresh baby kaka sprinkled with baby powder. Barf. The balls are a mess, they are not organized at all and you can't even see the weight on 80 percent of them. I think cause most people here have their own ball. For novice folks like me it took a really long time to find a ball to use. The lanes were nice however they have a sensor that gives you a foul. There is no way to turn this off and the floors are slippery. It's super annoying. It makes your fun no big deal time into a RULES time. It's not a big deal if you play all the time I suppose but if you're just trying to have a good time it's obnoxious. Why?? Because they take away your points!! Going over the line equals no points.Boo. The bar menu is non existent and we left early. Don't usually rate bowling alleys however I'm used to cool ones or something- this one isn't cool. It's for serious bowlers I think. Oh one more thing the paper towel is set to come out at the least level meaning you get two inches to dry your hands. So basically you need to give the dispenser a hand job to get a decent amount of paper, just sayin.

A nice crowd enjoying each other's company. Not JUST drinking! A little dancing, some board games and a good time. Clean air and clean fun. We have dubbed the big square table as our own. Donated some board games along with those they have provided. The light over the table is good but we bring a small usb desk lamp to tell colors on game pieces. We have even been able to ask that they reserve the table for us. Jill makes me Fiery Armadillos to my recipe. Probably time to donate another jar of the special cherries!

The service was excellent. Both, our busboy (Jeff) and server (Aisha), were extremely personable and on top of all of our needs. It took me a couple extra minutes to decide due to the super vast men but I eventually decided on the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Shredded Cabbage, and French Fries with a side of Bleu Cheese Dressing. The Chicken's lightly breaded and tossed in a tasty, spicy Buffalo Sauce, topped with crumbled Bleu Cheese on a French Roll. I had them add the shredded Cabbage. The Chicken was very juicy and tender, and full of flavor. It was a bit on the salty side though. The Fries were hot and perfectly crispy, and very nicely seasoned. They went great with the Bleu Cheese Dressing. My Stepmom got a Grilled Cheese with Ham, and American and Cheddar Cheeses. My Dad had 2 Chicken Tacos with Rice and Beans. They were both very happy with their choices. This is a fantastic establishment and I highly recommend it. I'm hoping to hit it on more time before I leave town.

We sat ourselves, received chips and salsa fairly promptly, and then...nothing. No menu, no water, and no waitress. After 20 minutes of absolutely no service, we decided to leave. The place wasn't busy, so I honestly don't understand how we could be completely overlooked for that long. The chips and salsa were the only positive part of the experience. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

Things were starting to go down hill in October of 2013. I moved to Reno in January of 2014, but still made semi-regular trips to Carson and stopped by my then favorite bar. The owner stared at me like I was a stranger. My two favorite bartenders, Nick and C, had been chased away. All the regulars had been run off and are now over at Crossroads. The place is now full of scary, prickly people. I stayed for a little bit because I'd been dropped off to meet a friend, but as soon as my friend got there I was gone. I've been back a few times, but nothing's changed. That friendly, Cheers like feeling is gone and so are all my friends.
