After a long a long decision process on whether to buy a sauna online and install myself I decided to look into brick and mortar companies. TSASC Carson City was the 1st. and only company I visited. The Carson City sales team (Bob and Grant) were very helpful in walking me through the numerous options on both and help me select a sauna and a spa that suited my needs. The sauna I purchased was a FiINSAUNA Fiera Infrared IR200. I'm very happy with this purchase. I chose to have to have TSASC to do the sauna install which I'm happy I did (and would recommend if you have the available funds to have them do the install). . The install team was very professional. I was impressed with the care and how they communicated with each other while installing the sauna. I now referred to them as the A-Team.. The spa I ordered is a Caldera Kawaii. I'm still waiting for delivery to-be scheduled but I know I'm good hands with the TSASC and I'll try and update this post once I receive it. The TSASC support team was also awesome with their coordination and follow up calls. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TSASC.

Once we placed our order, we waited close to an hour for our food. We completely understand that restaurants can get busy and staffing can be tight -- we just would have appreciated a quick update along the way. A little communication goes a long way and helps set expectations. When our food arrived, part of the order was incorrect (we had requested a salad and soup substitution but only received fries). The server corrected it, and the food itself was good. It did come out at different times, and we noticed another table seated after us received their food much sooner, which was a bit confusing.
