We regret purchasing from this company and here's why:…read more 1. While shopping here, we inquired about the tax dedications in relation to chronic back conditions. Charlene asked her manager who came out and told us a blatant "no." (I've since looked into this and it wasn't true.) 2. The financing manager told me that the APR was 8.9% if credit was above 700. When I applied, the APR was 10.99% which scared me thinking I fell to an identity theft situation, as we keep our credit score high. The company sent me a credit report which was above 800, where we expected it. I did NOT appreciate him not knowing the financing company's actual rates. 3. Three months after having the tub, we experienced an overheating issue. Called and spoke with Angie who said she would schedule a visit and reach out. She was very nice and informed me She responded with instructions using terms that I was never explained during installation. This was quite confusing to me and I wrote her back explaining how this was frustrating and how I still wanted a visit. Since then, I explored the issue, got instructions from another source and was able to address the issue. I followed up with an additional email with more questions, but received no follow up call. If I could go back, I would have spent more time shopping and selected from another place, but wanted to give local a chance. This company struck out in my opinion.

Let's start with the positives: the initial process of setting up the opening of the pool was easy and responsive. I work crazy hours in the hospital and they were very accommodating of my work schedule. They have been accommodating to send people/techs there when asked. Thank you for that, it's much appreciated! The items that could be worked on: 1) Follow up communication. It took two to three weeks for them to complete the pool opening, we had many visits with techs where they stayed for 5 minutes and promptly left. We were not given updates or told what happened. When I spoke to the friendly front desk staff person on the phone today I was finally told that what happened was the techs had to leave as they "ran out of time. Which is why there were frequent visits." 2) When I initially signed up for these services, I had asked if I could meet with the techs to learn about the proper ways to manage and care for the pool. I was told this was not a problem and they could set this up. Unfortunately, this never happened. 3) When the pool was finally opened, we still noticed a fair amount of debris and dirt. The clarity of water was also questionable. We called and were told this was the "best they could do and the pool was ready to use." They noted that the equipment sometimes brings debris into the pool. 4) The condition of the pool had since gotten worse and I had to have a family member call while I was at work yesterday to see if we could get an emergent service as the pool was becoming green. A tech was dispatched, when I got home I realized the pump was turned off. We had no idea why it was off or if we could use the pool. No one had called or left a voicemail. It wasn't until I called this morning and asked about what was going on that I was notified that could be an issue with the skimmer, filter, or pump. There were no issues with the skimmer, filter, or pump when the pool was initially open. If there were, no one had told us. 5) Lastly, through all of these services I was never given an itemized bill for services or contract to sign. While not a finalized quote they estimated that opening would be roughly $1800 which is significantly more than what I was quoted. I expect even more cost now for possible diagnostics and repairs. You can look through my previous reviews of all local businesses, I try hard to find the positives. I also gave a lot of trust to this group because of other reviews and relied on their expertise. Unfortunately my interactions after the initial chat has not gone well.

Love our Jacuzzi. Lately though, I reached out for a service and was advised they had made some staffing changes, and the new technician wasn't quite up to speed on a couple things. No worries. I had them drain and waited six months. I have called twice and left three different emails requesting a response...just want some maintenance. I haven't received any type of response either via email or call. That seems unusual for them, and I am concerned. Having said that, will need to call someone else. I hope all is ok.

Then when they open up at 10, they have long course and they're always several people in each lane because there's fewer long course lanes community patrons. So if you get there at 10:10, You're gonna have to wait at least a half an hour . I wish more community members were on the board of this pool helping to make decisions. This is supposed to be a community pool and I don't think it is serving the community well. They're closed Sunday.

The issues, one the shoes were very worn( not to big of a deal) The toilet smelled tremendously bad. The toilet smelled like fresh baby kaka sprinkled with baby powder. Barf. The balls are a mess, they are not organized at all and you can't even see the weight on 80 percent of them. I think cause most people here have their own ball. For novice folks like me it took a really long time to find a ball to use. The lanes were nice however they have a sensor that gives you a foul. There is no way to turn this off and the floors are slippery. It's super annoying. It makes your fun no big deal time into a RULES time. It's not a big deal if you play all the time I suppose but if you're just trying to have a good time it's obnoxious. Why?? Because they take away your points!! Going over the line equals no points.Boo. The bar menu is non existent and we left early. Don't usually rate bowling alleys however I'm used to cool ones or something- this one isn't cool. It's for serious bowlers I think. Oh one more thing the paper towel is set to come out at the least level meaning you get two inches to dry your hands. So basically you need to give the dispenser a hand job to get a decent amount of paper, just sayin.
