We regret purchasing from this company and here's why:…read more 1. While shopping here, we inquired about the tax dedications in relation to chronic back conditions. Charlene asked her manager who came out and told us a blatant "no." (I've since looked into this and it wasn't true.) 2. The financing manager told me that the APR was 8.9% if credit was above 700. When I applied, the APR was 10.99% which scared me thinking I fell to an identity theft situation, as we keep our credit score high. The company sent me a credit report which was above 800, where we expected it. I did NOT appreciate him not knowing the financing company's actual rates. 3. Three months after having the tub, we experienced an overheating issue. Called and spoke with Angie who said she would schedule a visit and reach out. She was very nice and informed me She responded with instructions using terms that I was never explained during installation. This was quite confusing to me and I wrote her back explaining how this was frustrating and how I still wanted a visit. Since then, I explored the issue, got instructions from another source and was able to address the issue. I followed up with an additional email with more questions, but received no follow up call. If I could go back, I would have spent more time shopping and selected from another place, but wanted to give local a chance. This company struck out in my opinion.

I'm a bit curious about these things and he showed me a few tricks on hot tub maintenance despite it being freezing outside. He even spent a good amount of time on the phone with the home warranty people, which I know isn't the most fun thing in the world. I was concerned about the other two yelp reviews, but it turns out that Chris is the new management as of 2013 and things seem great to me.

We've figured out how to work together around this expectation and I have no problem calling Jamie any time with questions.

My problem is that I live a good distance from Reno. And CPA has been amazingly responsive about getting the technician to drive the nearly 2 hours to service my spa. I wish they would just tell me if they can no longer come out this far. Fair enough. I've made a half dozen calls to places between Reno and Chico to find someone...no dice. CPA was my only option. And now they're not calling back! UPDATE******UPDATE***** I got a call from Heather today. As always, she was extremely helpful. Remembered my problem with the hot tub. Brennan initially came out to identify that our spa pump was failing. Ordered the new pump, Sam came out and did an excellent job replacing the old one. Had to make a plumbing modification...went out, got the part and completed the job. Spa is running smoothly and quietly. Now, if only the weather would be so cooperative! During most of this time he was waiting for parts, but he never communicated this. After waiting two months, he then demanded that we pay in full before the work was done. I told him that payment would be made when the job was completed to my satisfaction. He said that he would dump off the parts at my house and bill me. I told him that I would not pay under those circumstances. At that time Brennan Miceli became abusive and hateful. He is a real hot head so be very careful around him. So, in the end he refused to make the repair because we would not pay in full before he would begin the repairs.
