They had a good response time, found the problem, tracked down the parts, and made the necessary repairs to get our tub running as good as before. Ya, a little room for improvement. The service tech had to come out twice, but I'm not taking a star away for it bc he was honest and made it right without excuses or charging us extra. Only star i took away is over communication. I appreciate the quick replies when i reached out, but I would have been more appreciative if they were the ones reaching out to me. Just a little more proactive to keep customers updated. I'd recommend them & would call on them again (I'm hoping not to need their services again though!)

Love our Jacuzzi. Lately though, I reached out for a service and was advised they had made some staffing changes, and the new technician wasn't quite up to speed on a couple things. No worries. I had them drain and waited six months. I have called twice and left three different emails requesting a response...just want some maintenance. I haven't received any type of response either via email or call. That seems unusual for them, and I am concerned. Having said that, will need to call someone else. I hope all is ok.

Brennan initially came out to identify that our spa pump was failing. Ordered the new pump, Sam came out and did an excellent job replacing the old one. Had to make a plumbing modification...went out, got the part and completed the job. Spa is running smoothly and quietly. Now, if only the weather would be so cooperative! During most of this time he was waiting for parts, but he never communicated this. After waiting two months, he then demanded that we pay in full before the work was done. I told him that payment would be made when the job was completed to my satisfaction. He said that he would dump off the parts at my house and bill me. I told him that I would not pay under those circumstances. At that time Brennan Miceli became abusive and hateful. He is a real hot head so be very careful around him. So, in the end he refused to make the repair because we would not pay in full before he would begin the repairs.

They said they had new clients and I would have to look else where. They offered to recommend someone. For complete clarity, I have been waiting as of 2014. Aaron was a wonderful technetium that working for Lee Joseph, he had to leave after he suffered a bran aneurism. Just before this happened he was scheduled to replace the circuit board on my Jacuzzi. I have the circuit board and have called Lee Joseph over the last 6 years for instillation. They have been around for a very long time so I thought that meant something. I was their client from 2001 to 2021, when I guess I became insignificant with only a spa shower and outdoor spa.
