Aaron was a wonderful technetium that working for Lee Joseph, he had to leave after he suffered a bran aneurism. Just before this happened he was scheduled to replace the circuit board on my Jacuzzi. I have the circuit board and have called Lee Joseph over the last 6 years for instillation. They have been around for a very long time so I thought that meant something. I was their client from 2001 to 2021, when I guess I became insignificant with only a spa shower and outdoor spa.

We have both a swim spa and a swimming pool. If I were considering installing a swimming pool, I would look hard at a swim spa. They are easier to enclose, they are so much cheaper and if you move, you can just take it with you! For the difference in price between a swim spa and an in ground pool, you can build one fantastic enclosure and landscaping. She proceeds to insult me, claimed I was playing games with her and then hangups on me. I am baffled!!!! I called my mother in law to see what they charge her monthly......about 2-4times more then every other company I received quotes from. Now I know why the lady refused to give me a quote and hung up when I didn't tell her my families last name. It would blow their cover of over charging their clients! When I set out in this backyard adventure, I had 12 different bids. We live in Spanish Springs…read more(Sparks). We narrowed the 12 to a final few. One of those was Creative Gardens. Creative Gardens has an actual retail store in Sparks so you can always find them. We dealt with the owner, CJ, who was very knowledgeable on designing a backyard. He listened to what we wanted and then produced a virtual reality model of it on a large screen right there in the office. He had the ability to make real time changes as we requested them. This is a family operated business with CJ being the 3rd generation owner. His mom is the office manager and his sister runs the retail operations of the store. From the minute we walked in the door, they put us at ease and made us feel very welcome. The fact that they could make real world changes on the computer sold us on going with them. It was that and how well they treated us from the moment we walked into the business. During the build we had multiple changes and additions. The field supervisor, Jeff, is awesome to work with and doesn't know the word "no". He always says "we can do that". Their work crews were also great. Their crew leader, Cruz, can build just about anything and runs a tight ship. We really couldn't be happier with our backyard and the relationships we built with the Creative Garden staff. They have our full support and recommendation for their work. Oh and they are priced very reasonably.
