Let's start with the positives: the initial process of setting up the opening of the pool was easy and responsive. I work crazy hours in the hospital and they were very accommodating of my work schedule. They have been accommodating to send people/techs there when asked. Thank you for that, it's much appreciated! The items that could be worked on: 1) Follow up communication. It took two to three weeks for them to complete the pool opening, we had many visits with techs where they stayed for 5 minutes and promptly left. We were not given updates or told what happened. When I spoke to the friendly front desk staff person on the phone today I was finally told that what happened was the techs had to leave as they "ran out of time. Which is why there were frequent visits." 2) When I initially signed up for these services, I had asked if I could meet with the techs to learn about the proper ways to manage and care for the pool. I was told this was not a problem and they could set this up. Unfortunately, this never happened. 3) When the pool was finally opened, we still noticed a fair amount of debris and dirt. The clarity of water was also questionable. We called and were told this was the "best they could do and the pool was ready to use." They noted that the equipment sometimes brings debris into the pool. 4) The condition of the pool had since gotten worse and I had to have a family member call while I was at work yesterday to see if we could get an emergent service as the pool was becoming green. A tech was dispatched, when I got home I realized the pump was turned off. We had no idea why it was off or if we could use the pool. No one had called or left a voicemail. It wasn't until I called this morning and asked about what was going on that I was notified that could be an issue with the skimmer, filter, or pump. There were no issues with the skimmer, filter, or pump when the pool was initially open. If there were, no one had told us. 5) Lastly, through all of these services I was never given an itemized bill for services or contract to sign. While not a finalized quote they estimated that opening would be roughly $1800 which is significantly more than what I was quoted. I expect even more cost now for possible diagnostics and repairs. You can look through my previous reviews of all local businesses, I try hard to find the positives. I also gave a lot of trust to this group because of other reviews and relied on their expertise. Unfortunately my interactions after the initial chat has not gone well.

Thank you for teaching me that I can add a bolt in the bottom of my Cue Stick if I need a bit more weight. I felt Joy finding my Cue Stuck & New Bag and I Hope in my future, I will purchase a diamond table for my new home. I am a very serious pool player. They said they had new clients and I would have to look else where. They offered to recommend someone. For complete clarity, I have been waiting as of 2014. Aaron was a wonderful technetium that working for Lee Joseph, he had to leave after he suffered a bran aneurism. Just before this happened he was scheduled to replace the circuit board on my Jacuzzi. I have the circuit board and have called Lee Joseph over the last 6 years for instillation. They have been around for a very long time so I thought that meant something. I was their client from 2001 to 2021, when I guess I became insignificant with only a spa shower and outdoor spa.

I appreciate the quick replies when i reached out, but I would have been more appreciative if they were the ones reaching out to me. Just a little more proactive to keep customers updated. Love our Jacuzzi. Lately though, I reached out for a service and was advised they had made some staffing changes, and the new technician wasn't quite up to speed on a couple things. No worries. I had them drain and waited six months. I have called twice and left three different emails requesting a response...just want some maintenance. I haven't received any type of response either via email or call. That seems unusual for them, and I am concerned. Having said that, will need to call someone else. I hope all is ok.

Even though we have used this swim spa extensively, we haven't gotten the full use of it because we have not been able to figure out the controls and features. I have called with questions, but they do not want to bother with me. I called for a measurement diagram because I was ordering a cover and wanted the exact measurements. I was very rudely told to measure it myself. Besides all of that, I absolutely love our swim spa and would recommend a Catalina for someone interested in a swim spa. We have both a swim spa and a swimming pool. If I were considering installing a swimming pool, I would look hard at a swim spa. They are easier to enclose, they are so much cheaper and if you move, you can just take it with you! For the difference in price between a swim spa and an in ground pool, you can build one fantastic enclosure and landscaping. This was hands down the RUDEST woman I have ever experienced a phone call with before! She was rude, rude, rude! Being that I wanted a honest quote that I could compare, I didn't share my in-laws name or address. This sent her over the edge!!!! She proceeds to insult me, claimed I was playing games with her and then hangups on me. I am baffled!!!! I called my mother in law to see what they charge her monthly......about 2-4times more then every other company I received quotes from. Now I know why the lady refused to give me a quote and hung up when I didn't tell her my families last name. It would blow their cover of over charging their clients! Don't bother with this company!!! I'd rather take care of your pool for you than have you give these people your money!
