All spa servicing has been through them as well. Thus, it's not like we're unknown to them. Those are both big ticket items. And yet, we're treated as if they're intentionally blowing us off. Michelle, when she responds at all to repeated inquiries regarding a faulty installation (18 months ago!) , she does so in monosyllables. As if she simply can't be bothered. Her colleague Jeri, who ostensibly schedules the service visits is scarcely better. We have been summarily back-burnered. Thus, the reviews you read here are very telling. Very telling indeed. I don't generally write bad reviews, but feel compelled to do so here in order that: A) By the grace of God, Scott takes some ownership of a situation that has involved the SmartTop manufacturer (who has sent parts repeatedly to Spa & Sauna), the manufacturer of the *struts* that the manufacturer sources, and Spa & Sauna themselves, and B) that you, dear reader, don't become the next poor schlub that has to deal with this retailer. I wish they would just tell me if they can no longer come out this far. Fair enough. I've made a half dozen calls to places between Reno and Chico to find someone...no dice. CPA was my only option. And now they're not calling back! UPDATE******UPDATE***** I got a call from Heather today. As always, she was extremely helpful. Remembered my problem with the hot tub. Totally recommend the enclosed gazebo, especially up in our area- we're using ours year around even if its pouring rain, windy as hell or even snowing. And they did a beautiful job. Did a great job of the delivery and set up. 100% happy with them. UPDATE: A year+ after installation, we got a "flow error" message on the screen over the weekend. Had a text conversation over the weekend and tried the suggested trouble shooting but unfortunately didn't fix the problem. BUT- they had a service technician out to the house by Monday afternoon who fixed the problem and got it fixed for us. Again- another stellar service. So rare to get such phenomenal service from a company these days, but they've knocked it out of the park every time we've dealt with them.

Despite walking into the store when I'm in town and numerous emails, I'm now getting radio silence, not even an declination to repair. We walked into their store just looking and did not expect to be purchasing that day. The selection and price was to good to pass up. Within 3 weeks our hot tub was being delivered. The owner and their employees were incredibly sweet and very informative. The guys who delivered it were great as well. We have had our tub for about 2 weeks now and have been in it every single night. Temperature holds great too. Last night it was 105 degrees even though the temp set only goes up to 104 and it was 30 degrees outside when we got in. Insulation works amazing. Even after being in the tub 45 min in 30 degree weather the temperature only dropped 2 degrees. We love our new hot tub and are very happy with our decision to buy from Creative Hot Tub Designs.
