Horrible maintenance services please avoid the monthly scam they promote. They do not do anything on a monthly basis but fill water and balance water. If you find anything unusual after their services they automatically become defensive and inform you that you will have to pay an additional fee for them to investigate even if you are on a monthly maintenance program. Worst local customer service experience I have ever been involved in the Reno, NV market. read more

Creative Hot Tub and Designs in Sparks is amazing! Rhett and Steve were and still are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all the questions we had being new to hot tub ownership. I am still able to email or call them with questions and they answer right away. They also offer someone to come out to your house for an orientation on how to use all the chemicals and how to do any maintenance. They were able to give us a great deal on a beautiful Spa. We are loving it so much! A big thank you to them and to Natashia who also has been there to help. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a spa or a Swim Spa! 10 out of 10!! read more

My husband and I have been shopping for a hot tub for over a year now. We have checked out probably every retailer that sells hot tubs in Reno and by far Creative Hot Tub Designs was the most affordable without sacrificing quality, functionality and design. We walked into their store just looking and did not expect to be purchasing that day. The selection and price was to good to pass up. Within 3 weeks our hot tub was being delivered. The owner and their employees were incredibly sweet and very informative. The guys who delivered it were great as well. We have had our tub for about 2 weeks now and have been in it every single night. Temperature holds great too. Last night it was 105 degrees even though the temp set only goes up to 104 and it was 30 degrees outside when we got in. Insulation works amazing. Even after being in the tub 45 min in 30 degree weather the temperature only dropped 2 degrees. We love our new hot tub and are very happy with our decision to buy from Creative Hot Tub Designs. read more

MY journey began about 4 years ago. I went back and forth about wanting a swim spa. Earlier this year I went back in the show room in Sparks. I spoke with Kylie and Christina. So informed, Kylie gave me all the information to show my husband. She is so kind and helpful. Even gave me her cell to contact her with any questions. Long story short, we are now the proud owners of a 14ft Tidalfit swim spa. Jason W. was amazing he even came out on the weekend to answer some more of my husbands questions! The entire staff here is amazing! Not sure why I waited so long to make our dreams come true...I feel like a millionaire staring at the stars at night! We had our swim spa installed in 2021. We absolutely love it! Everyone was so professional from ordering to installing. Natasha and Andy were great! They were there to answer any questions we had about our new spa. We have Creative hot tubs come out to clean and service our spa every other week. They always do such a good job and leave the water sparkling! We are very happy with our new spa! read more

My husband has been wanting a hot tub for a while, so we finally pulled the trigger and went to Creative Hot Tub Designs. They had the perfect, small, 2 seater tub that we were looking for and gave us a really good deal. The best part is it was ready for delivery immediately. Unlike most tubs these days that are sold out and back ordered! Delivery was free and the guys were able to get this tub up a super steep hill into our backyard! We recommend buying from this locally owned business for any of your hot tub needs' read more

Excellent company! I'm buying a hot tub from a friend, so even though I won't be buying a tub from them, they kindly shared their contractor list with me. They're now top of my list for supplies and service. read more

From the day we walked into the show room, we have been blown away by the high quality level of customer service. From the salesman (Steven) to the owner (Ellie), we were always treated as a valuable customer and we knew we were in good hands! They answered every question we had along the way, recognized and acknowledged us by name when we walked into the store to pay our final invoice (second time ever seeing us, so I was shocked), and they set up an amazing delivery company who also provided an amazing level of customer service. There is not one thing I would change about our experience with our hot tub purchase! read more

Creative Hot Tub Designs - Hot Tub & Pool Near Me - Sparks, Nevada

Purchased a hot tub just after the beginning of the year, the sales team was awesome. Answered every question my wife and I had in a fair and honest way. After looking around I feel we got a pretty good deal and a quality hot tub compared to some we saw. We decided on the weekly service since I am not yet in the area full time. Natasha and her team are always will to answer my questions and have taken care of any issue I have had. Weather it was real or what I thought was an issue. David does a great job of servicing the spa, and answering my dumb questions when I am there and see him. I highly recommend you check out Creative Hot Tub Designs! Y'all rock! read more

This is my second review for Creative Hot Tub Design. As you can imagine... service and after purchase care is very important. Natasha and Andy are fantastic! I had something come up last night and Natasha responded back immediately, guided me every step of the way, and ultimately came out quickly to remedy the situation this morning, making me a very happy camper!! Thank you Natasha! Marc read more

Natasha and Ellie were awesome in helping us. We were looking to get our hot tub removed and both Natasha and Ellie were insightful, professional, and responsive. We appreciate their help with everything! read more

At first they were a great company. Then, when you have a warranty issue and your equipment is not working as supposed to, they tell you there is no fix and try to sell you a $300 attachment that won't fix the issue, then they yell at you when you do research and find out there is a fix, then finally get an appointment to get the equipment fixed, they show up and walk in your fenced backyard without telling you they are there. Final straw is when you call the store to speak with the owner, the staff, yet again, are very rude. read more

Great people from sales to service! Couldn't have been happier to go with this store. It is a bit of a learning curve to maintain but Natasha is pretty awesome and on the spot to assist when you need it! read more

Thanks to Steve K. for all his help finding us the perfect hot tub for our first time purchase! The three fellows that delivered it were amazing keeping it as simple as possible. Then Natasha coming out to personally walk us through the controls and chemicals was above and beyond. So knowledgeable!! I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for exceptional customer service and a great tub made in the USA. Great job to all! read more

These guys are so helpful! No pressure sales and excellent after purchase service. We like their affordable quarterly cleaning so our spa is always crystal clear and keeps our purchases for misc chemicals low. They will also come to check our hot tub when we are traveling to make sure it stays clean when we are not able to be there. We are very happy with the Creative Hot Tub Designs team! read more

We love our new hot tub! Being first time owners, we weren't sure what to expect going into it, but the team seriously delivered. Dave was an excellent salesman and helped us navigate finding our tub of choice. He made us feel like we were getting the tub that best suited us rather than trying to get the biggest sale. When we called to check on the status of our order, the owner made sure to personally call us back with all the follow ups needed to answer our questions. Lastly, when the hot tub was delivered, everything went flawlessly. The set up specialist made sure everything was in place and gave us personal tips that we have found to be so useful in our first month using it. Would absolutely recommend them for your hot tub needs! read more

We finally got our Island Santa Cruz, after many delays due to our HOA. Natasha and their team were very easy to work with, and didn't mind the delays due to our HOA. They came to explain everything and fix a few issues which were no big problems, but were very helpful to have handled so quickly and with out any questions. Love the Santa Cruz! Plus the people have made it that much more rewarding. Thanks Natasha and everyone! read more

This review is overdue. The staff, sales and service team at Creative Hot Tubs is the best. If you're considering getting one, look no farther, they have the selection, price and customer service. read more

We recently got our first hot tub. I liked the fact that this is a family owned business. They came out after installing and showed me how to use the frog system. We also like that there isn't the strong chlorine smell associated with other hot tubs. I am also comforted by the fact that if something does go wrong, they will be there for me. read more

We have purchased two hot tubs from Creative. One large Barbados for our main home and one smaller plug in for our place in Tahoe. Both have never disappointed us. Andy and Christina were great with our questions as well as placement and even helped us with an electrician. Natasha is the best service manager that I have ever met. They consistently send you information on your spa while it's being cleaned and even included periodic drain and clean to keep our spas "just right". Although we have purchased from other companies, we will always recommend Creative Hot Tub Designs. read more

I want to share my experience with Creative Hot Tub Designs, specifically Natasha who works there, with everyone interested in buying a hot tub for their home. My husband and I had never had a hot tub before, but had been looking for a long time. We finally pulled the trigger last year, and I am so glad we did. Our hot tub is wonderful, but what I cannot rave enough about is the customer service Natasha has shown us! She's amazing! She's helpful, provides great solutions and education for us when we're just not sure what could be happening (you need this help if you're a first timer!). She's responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with! Everyone, I don't care who you are, will have a moment of head scratching with their first hot tub. Whether it be crazy winds, odd colors, or not getting enough heat. You're going to need help! You want a vendor who is right there for you. Thanks for everything Natasha! read more

When you walk in to this store the first thing you notice is how clean and bright it is. They carry affordable high end hot tubs. I was instantly impressed by Christina's customer service and knowledge. I ended up learning that it's a locally owned and operated family business which is also a huge bonus to me. I didn't feel pressured at all and told her I was on a limited budget and she worked with me to find my ideal hot tub. They also offer financing with low rates which is really helpful. Christina set the entire delivery and installation up, and had recommendations for someone to service the hot top for us. I highly recommend shopping here if you're in the market for a hot tub, this was my 3rd and final stop and it was the clear winner! read more

The team at Creative Hot Tub Designs is THE BEST! We ordered our tub from them late last year and despite some delays on the manufacturing side, they have helped us get out hot tub quickly and efficiently. They are knowledgable about the products and very customer service oriented. I could not recommend a better place to buy a hot tub for the greater Reno/ Tahoe area! read more

Creative Hot Tub Designs goes above and beyond to make customers happy! We contacted Creative Hot Tub Designs recently because the panel on our swim spa was failing (you couldn't see the display) and I wasn't sure if it would be covered under warranty or not. Not long after I made the call, I received a call from Natasha saying the panel would be replaced no charge under warranty. Natasha and Collin came out to my house and replaced the panel and replaced some screws that had fallen out of the side panels. They were quick, knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up without a trace of being there. We had purchased our swim spa from another Reno spa company prior to Creative Hot Tub Designs being open. I can say that the service department with Creative Hot Tub Designs is head and shoulders about the other store we used to deal with. It was always a fight to get something fixed under warranty, and there was a service charge even with warranty work, but not so with CHTD. I definitely recommend CHTD and Natasha and Collin! read more
