All spa servicing has been through them as well. Thus, it's not like we're unknown to them. Those are both big ticket items. And yet, we're treated as if they're intentionally blowing us off. Michelle, when she responds at all to repeated inquiries regarding a faulty installation (18 months ago!) , she does so in monosyllables. As if she simply can't be bothered. Her colleague Jeri, who ostensibly schedules the service visits is scarcely better. We have been summarily back-burnered. Thus, the reviews you read here are very telling. Very telling indeed. I don't generally write bad reviews, but feel compelled to do so here in order that: A) By the grace of God, Scott takes some ownership of a situation that has involved the SmartTop manufacturer (who has sent parts repeatedly to Spa & Sauna), the manufacturer of the *struts* that the manufacturer sources, and Spa & Sauna themselves, and B) that you, dear reader, don't become the next poor schlub that has to deal with this retailer. They are quite simply the least caring outfit I've EVER dealt with, and they ought to be ashamed.

In February of this year, a year and half later, Zack thought it was the main panel and said he would coordinate with my local spa service to get the panel replaced. Despite walking into the store when I'm in town and numerous emails, I'm now getting radio silence, not even an declination to repair. Gave a great veteran's deal and recommended a guy to build us a custom gazebo around the spa so we can use it year round. Totally recommend the enclosed gazebo, especially up in our area- we're using ours year around even if its pouring rain, windy as hell or even snowing. And they did a beautiful job. Did a great job of the delivery and set up. 100% happy with them. UPDATE: A year+ after installation, we got a "flow error" message on the screen over the weekend. Had a text conversation over the weekend and tried the suggested trouble shooting but unfortunately didn't fix the problem. BUT- they had a service technician out to the house by Monday afternoon who fixed the problem and got it fixed for us. Again- another stellar service. So rare to get such phenomenal service from a company these days, but they've knocked it out of the park every time we've dealt with them.

The service tech had to come out twice, but I'm not taking a star away for it bc he was honest and made it right without excuses or charging us extra. Only star i took away is over communication. Well, we knew nothing about that until right now so thanks for the head's up! And no, we are definitely not dirty people!) and then said our neighbors were probably using the tub when we were gone (umm, definitely not in this gated community and with our cameras). Anyways, we looked back at our cameras after his outrageous text messages to see what they did in the last two services and never once was our water checked. We set up an appointment and he was extremely prompt - and texted to let me know he was on his way. I wish everyone was as excellent and quick at communicating as Mike is! Second, and mainly...I bought this house from a DIY guy who did everything, including installing the hot tub, incorrectly. Mike pointed out alllllll the safety issues with the electrical, of which there were many, and told me he couldn't clean the spa, it was too risky. He offered great advice and didn't charge me even though he took the time to come out and look - which I SO appreciated! I mean he probably saved my life and for free. I would not hesitate to call/text/yelp dm Spa King for any and all hot tub related needs and I am so happy I know who to call now!
