We went to the store and took the broken part. The sales person accused us of breaking it because we were too rough? How is pulling it down after a use too rough? Then we were the covers were not included in the warranty. Thats not what they shared with us at the time of purchase. Then the sales manager in the store told us the manufacture has a year warranty. It was a difficult installation in 2009 and I was hoping they would give me an estimate on fixing the pool. I had called in and could not get a call back so I went into the office. The office manager informed me that they outsource their tile now, they outsource plaster and referred me to a leak detection company. They sent me an email in follow up after the manager talked to someone. When I wrote back to tell them that the leak detection company can't evaluate for a leak until the pool is filled, cleaned and balanced, they said "Of course, they should be able to help once you open the pool for the session." This was from the office manager. I've not been able to discuss this with anyone who actually does the work on the pools. I'm very disappointed in the follow up service.

We were told that the hot tub comes with stairs, starter chemicals, a lid and lid lifter and delivery in the cost. We decided to build the Garden Spa's 4 person Carmellia which is a plug-n-play. We picked the color or the tub, exterior and cover. When we were ready to pay, we were then told he made an error and that the hot tub cover lid wasn't included in the price and would be another $300.00. We paid cash as there was a promotional discount and also received a Veterans discount too. We received an electronic copy of the manual by email. When the hot tub was ready, we were given a call and set up delivery. The delivery men were polite and even readjusted the hot tub for my husband. He gave them a $100 as a thank you. My husband was able to do the chemicals, but there is also a person on staff that will give you a step by step process for setting up and maintaining the hot tub if needed. A few weeks after our hot tub was delivered we also received a nice handwritten note from Rhett.

When I got home I was worried that I made too quick of a decision​ and started to research​ the tub we bought. We ended up buying the exact tub I would have bought anyway after doing a lot of​ research​. Shawn guided us to the right tub for my family right out the gate. When you go to buy your hot tub, don't expect to get it quickly. 6-weeks to get delivered, which is fine if you are prepared for it. I was sad but I got over it. Well, we knew nothing about that until right now so thanks for the head's up!
