Love our Jacuzzi. Lately though, I reached out for a service and was advised they had made some staffing changes, and the new technician wasn't quite up to speed on a couple things. No worries. I had them drain and waited six months. I have called twice and left three different emails requesting a response...just want some maintenance. I haven't received any type of response either via email or call. That seems unusual for them, and I am concerned. Having said that, will need to call someone else. I hope all is ok.

He didn't respect his client's wishes for him to leave the family alone and was quite literally a hothead. He then continued to disrespect the family when their number was passed onto him and requested a conversation with him. 0/5 stars would be given if possible. The owner is unhinged and clearly has something going on in his personal life he should get professional help for. Would not trust this man around your kids or any neighbors he might think he knows better than.

Brennan initially came out to identify that our spa pump was failing. Ordered the new pump, Sam came out and did an excellent job replacing the old one. Had to make a plumbing modification...went out, got the part and completed the job. Spa is running smoothly and quietly. Now, if only the weather would be so cooperative! I would strongly caution homeowners before doing business with Tahoe Clear Pool and Spa…read more We purchased a hot tub from Kyle, the owner of Tahoe Clear Pool and Spa, and the experience turned into one of the most unprofessional contractor/vendor situations I have dealt with. When the hot tub was delivered, the job was not fully completed. The hot tub was not properly set up, the cover was not installed, parts were still pending, and there was still a leak that needed to be addressed. Because the job was incomplete, I was not comfortable paying the remaining balance at that time. Instead of handling that professionally, Kyle became aggressive in person and pressured me for payment even though the setup was unfinished. The most serious issue happened after he returned on 5/28/26. He placed 3 chlorine tablets in the floater, but my wife and I later found 11 additional chlorine tablets hidden inside the filter compartment. He never disclosed those tablets to us. That means there were 14 total chlorine tablets involved in the setup, with 11 of them concealed in a place we would not reasonably know about unless we opened the filter area ourselves. That is the part homeowners need to understand. This was not just a communication issue. This was an undisclosed chemical condition inside a hot tub my family was expected to use. We have a 2-year-old daughter with eczema, and Kyle knew that. Because the additional tablets were hidden and never disclosed, we considered the water unsafe and drained the hot tub immediately to protect our family from potential chlorine overexposure. When I confronted Kyle about the hidden tablets through text, he did not provide a clear explanation for why 11 additional chlorine tablets were placed inside the filter compartment without telling us. He did not take accountability. He did not explain why that was done. He became defensive instead. I also asked Kyle to check the leak while he was at the property. He acknowledged the request with a thumbs up, but the leak was not resolved. His communication afterward only confirmed the problem. Instead of addressing the hidden chlorine tablets, the unfinished setup, the missing parts, the cover issue, and the unresolved leak, he became hostile through text. He called me a "coward," told me to "pick up the phone," and later told me to "tell it to the judge." In my opinion, this was unsafe, deceptive, hostile, and completely unprofessional. Customers should not have to discover undisclosed chlorine tablets hidden inside their hot tub after setup. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Tahoe Clear Pool and Spa.
