This is a large financial purchase and I usually do my research before making a purchase like this. On Memorial Day we stopped by to check out the sale and committed to buy that day. When I got home I was worried that I made too quick of a decision and started to research the tub we bought. We ended up buying the exact tub I would have bought anyway after doing a lot of research. Shawn guided us to the right tub for my family right out the gate. When you go to buy your hot tub, don't expect to get it quickly. 6-weeks to get delivered, which is fine if you are prepared for it. I was sad but I got over it. The tub was delivered this past week and the delivery crew Anthony, P.G., and Scott unloaded and placed the tub perfectly, they were very nice and professional. I am very happy with my purchase. I am doing the install and maintenance myself so my review is only related to sales and delivery.

Gave a great veteran's deal and recommended a guy to build us a custom gazebo around the spa so we can use it year round. Totally recommend the enclosed gazebo, especially up in our area- we're using ours year around even if its pouring rain, windy as hell or even snowing. And they did a beautiful job. Did a great job of the delivery and set up. 100% happy with them. UPDATE: A year+ after installation, we got a "flow error" message on the screen over the weekend. Had a text conversation over the weekend and tried the suggested trouble shooting but unfortunately didn't fix the problem. BUT- they had a service technician out to the house by Monday afternoon who fixed the problem and got it fixed for us. Again- another stellar service. So rare to get such phenomenal service from a company these days, but they've knocked it out of the park every time we've dealt with them.

We did have a gal ask us if we had any questions. Now I'm deciding on getting new bathroom counter tops to my kitchen, so more decisions to be made. I've been wanting new countertops for a while, but had to prioritize with the backyard and the interior of the house. Very impressed with the pricing and choices available.. Of course the ones I liked had a sold sign! Now off to find a fabricator.

The installation was first class. Nice guys who cared about our yard. Service after the sale is awesome. My only regret is that I didn't buy my hot tub a few years ago.

After a long a long decision process on whether to buy a sauna online and install myself I decided to look into brick and mortar companies. TSASC Carson City was the 1st. and only company I visited. The Carson City sales team (Bob and Grant) were very helpful in walking me through the numerous options on both and help me select a sauna and a spa that suited my needs. The sauna I purchased was a FiINSAUNA Fiera Infrared IR200. I'm very happy with this purchase. I chose to have to have TSASC to do the sauna install which I'm happy I did (and would recommend if you have the available funds to have them do the install). . The install team was very professional. I was impressed with the care and how they communicated with each other while installing the sauna. I now referred to them as the A-Team.. The spa I ordered is a Caldera Kawaii. I'm still waiting for delivery to-be scheduled but I know I'm good hands with the TSASC and I'll try and update this post once I receive it. The TSASC support team was also awesome with their coordination and follow up calls. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TSASC.

We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Karen. Karen listened to us and helped us pick the products we wanted to work with, according to our needs. Keith and Tim did a fantastic job of removing the cheap laminate flooring from our house this past month. We replaced the flooring in the primary bedroom, living room and the two main hallways with Shaw Pet carpet. Going from the cheap slippery laminate flooring to this cushy padded luxury feeling carpet was such a great decision and I would highly recommend Cambell's Carpet for any of your flooring needs. Absolutely abysmal service after the sale…read more Both the tub (Hot Springs Grandee) & more recently the cover (SmartTop) were purchased through this retailer. All spa servicing has been through them as well. Thus, it's not like we're unknown to them. Those are both big ticket items. And yet, we're treated as if they're intentionally blowing us off. Michelle, when she responds at all to repeated inquiries regarding a faulty installation (18 months ago!) , she does so in monosyllables. As if she simply can't be bothered. Her colleague Jeri, who ostensibly schedules the service visits is scarcely better. We have been summarily back-burnered. Thus, the reviews you read here are very telling. Very telling indeed. I don't generally write bad reviews, but feel compelled to do so here in order that: A) By the grace of God, Scott takes some ownership of a situation that has involved the SmartTop manufacturer (who has sent parts repeatedly to Spa & Sauna), the manufacturer of the *struts* that the manufacturer sources, and Spa & Sauna themselves, and B) that you, dear reader, don't become the next poor schlub that has to deal with this retailer. They are quite simply the least caring outfit I've EVER dealt with, and they ought to be ashamed.
