My sister and I enjoyed a lovely meal at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was chill but super nice and the staff were amazing. The manager Sarenna came to our table to ask how everything was and then we watched her do the rounds. Our server Kathleen was very attentive but not annoying. We will definitely be back for another sister's weekend! read more

Great food every time and always incredible service. They have the best breakfast and view is beautiful.

The food was decent but a bit overpriced for the quality. Our server, Jessica, got our simple order correct but lacked personality. I was hoping for a nice table presentation and/or story about the vineyard to help select a bottle of wine. The server assistant was very friendly and accommodating! The view was spectacular! read more

I 100% recommend this beautiful restaurant to anyone looking for a place with great food, stellar service, and an amazing view. Our waiter, Cesar, went beyond what I ever expected!! I have never had such great service! We LOVED our bottle of Ponte Moscato! We are from out of town and he made us feel so welcome and gave us suggestions for things to do in the area! Really made our mini vacation that much better! read more

Lots of nice extra touches. We celebrated my birthday and it was gorgeous. The food is terrific and the views are spectacular. I had the filet mignon and my girlfriend had the sword fish. Bouquet Restaurant - Beautiful views - New American Near Me - Temecula, California

I visited this restaurant on Oct 9th because we stayed in the hotel. We love the hotel and the outdoor restaurant. However, bouquet was so disappointing!! My husband ordered risotto and it was undercooked. The waiter asked if we wanted something else because all the risottos were coming out like that. For a restaurant that has an executive chef undercooked risotto should be an embarrassment. The food at bouquet lacks imagination. It's very simple and it should be executed well. The food is not worth the price. I will not be returning to bouquet unless some major changes are made. It was the worst part of our romantic getaway at the ponte. read more

My husband and I have been coming to Bouquet for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries for several years. We have eaten inside by the fireplace in cold months and outside on the patio in the summer. The hotel is a beautiful property and the restaurant has great ambience. We have, however, been disappointed in the quality of the food the last two times we've visited. We remember wonderful meals here in years past, but the quality has definitely declined, while the prices have risen dramatically. Tonight my husband ordered the sea bass, and though it was cooked well, the tiny piece of fish was overwhelmed by the heavily salted risotto accompaniment. And it was a $60 dish! My stuffed chicken leg was also too salty, and the tiny plate it was served on was a poor choice. Made it difficult to cut bites without making a mess. The beet salad was delicious, and the wine was good, but the mains were really disappointing. We had no problem with the service; the staff is always good there, though sometimes seem a little inexperienced. We are just disappointed that a restaurant that used to be so good, in such a lovely setting, has really declined. It was also surprising that on a summer Saturday night, the place was less than half full. There is so much potential here, but also a lot of competition in the Temecula restaurant scene. I would hope that they could up their game to return to the wonderful menu they served when we first started coming here. read more

We've eaten at Ponte's Restaurant which we love and the Cellar which we also really enjoy and had high expectations for this restaurant. It was a chilly night but with the heaters it was a nice environment for us although another party was too cold. Our server was very attentive as were those bringing bread, water... we ordered the seafood mushroom appetizer and it was pretty amazing. Would order again. Other than that the meal was mediocre especially for the price. Mushroom soup was good, hearts of romaine was only romaine for $10. Had the lobster ravioli which again was decent and a couple glasses of wine of course. Overall it was a nice night and meal read more

I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience at this little place. The restraunt itself is located in Ponte Inn, off to the left upon entry. At first glance, I had the UH Ohs as it seemed fairly plain but I moved on. The food is OUTSTANDING and comparied to The Vineyard Rose, affordable and more diverse. Finally there is a higher end breakfast place in Temecula. If you want something besides eggs, bacon and pancakes you absolutely MUST check this place out. For my breakfast I had hand pressed, (you read that right) watermelon juice along with some of the best restaurant coffee I have ever had. Additonally they have a BLOODY MARY BAR!!! People, why are you not rushing over here. So, what do I mean by a Bloody Mary bar. The waiter/waitress will bring you your Vokda over ice in a Tom Collins glass. From there you head on to the back where you choose your own type of tomatoe juice along with a very diverse selection of pickeled veggies to add to your concoction. Absolutely wonderful. The presentation of the food is spot on and the service was friendly. I cannot wait to go back and try everything on their menu. I had the pork belly and eggs with house made gnocchi mash...sweet WOW was it good. This will become a regular spot for me. read more

We didn't have a 4 star experience here. The high Yelp ratings lead us here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and we were quickly disappointed. We sat inside since the wait for outdoors would've been too long. We did take a short stroll outside after lunch and their courtyard and vineyard view is pretty nice so I would recommend making a reservation outside if you're going to dine here. Nothing about our lunch stood out. The service was friendly but felt somewhat slow and un-attentive. We had to ask for bread, olive oil and vinegar even though other tables were served immediately and when we asked for more, nobody brought any. We ordered the mussels & clams and chicken piccata which both were just okay, nothing special. For the price of our lunch, we expected a tastier meal and in the end I would've much rather have spent the money somewhere else. Also, looking at their website, it's unfortunate that they don't serve breakfast or brunch on Saturday which is what we were looking for to begin with. read more

Bouquet Restaurant at the Ponte Hotel is a great restaurant. This place is great for persons that want a more quiet and intimate dinner, than can be had at the main "Restaurant' at the Ponte Winery. The Tagliata Steak dinner with shaved parmesean was tender and cooked perfectly. Loved the potatoes and arugula salad with balsalmic vinegar. The Sea Bass Cartoccio was melt in your mouth and flavorful. The appetizers of Ahi Tuna and Mussels stuffed with crab was wonderful. The wine choice 'Angry Wife Red' was a great recommendation. Desserts of spumoni and tiramusi were fabulous also. And the coffee was freshly pressed and decadent. Our server Cristine was pleasant, helpful, and informative throughout our dinner experience. This restaurant is definitely worth the visit. We will certainly be back. The french country decor and the fireplace make the perfect setting. At night, take a walk in the outdoor grounds , and view the stars, lovely landscaping, fountains and the frogs are singing. read more

With all the restaurant in the area closed for Christmas this was one of the few estate restaurant that was open. Though it was good that we were able to find a restaurant with good ambience on a short notice on Christmas night, the food at the Bouquet was bit of let down. The smoked yellowtail w trout roe (holiday appetizer special) looked great but it was too pungent even for me, who grew up eating various smoked and preserved odorous river fish. The batter fried mix seafood was also a disappointment. Bland, luke warm and the chick pea batter made everything hard and flavorless. The black cod was fresh but under seasoned. And the sole special was coated with a extremely salty potato batter similar to hash brown which robbed the fish of its natural flavor. Sevice was descent enough as was the wine but for overall, for a $200 meal, we left underwhelmed. read more

We had breakfast here, outstanding service and food. The host put the heater on for us, the view of the vines was a great way to start your morning. I want to award more stars but... At this particular time, there are swarms of flies everywhere. I'm not just talking about the irritating bug here or there; I mean an absolutely unsanitary horde of insects. The plague has even made its way inside. There is no escape, people! No way can you wander Ponte's grounds or enjoy a meal outside on Bouquet's covered patio. The surrounding wineries have apparently fertilized and because those neighbors spray pesticides and other bug-control, all of the flies find their way to Ponte (which do not spray their vines). This particular weekend, I noticed there had been a wedding. And while the whole wedding party and family seemed to be enjoying themselves, I couldn't help but wonder whether or not the heavy fecal stench and immense pest issue had soured the whole affair. Well now, with that lovely image ingrained, let's talk about food. - The blackberry crepes were okay. The whole wheat made them a bit dry and one of them was burnt along the edges. - The lemon beignets are technically an app. They were a little too dense (more like a donut hole) and no hint of lemon came through. Probably because the vanilla creme and berry sauce were much stronger flavors. Still pretty proud of my pic, haha. - There's no regular breakfast sausage, but their linguica is pretty good, with a youthful kick of spice. - The cheddar biscuits are a bit sandy and definitely in need of more butter. - French press coffee is always a plus in my book. Not to mention the real creme and rock candy sugar sticks. Noms. - You can custom order any juice or smoothie. Like strawberry banana. I got the watermelon juice and it was decent. A bit watery. All these juices are made in a different area of the back and brought out separately, so be sure to check your order. Lastly, I wanna give credit where it's due. Kelly had a fabulous attitude and gave great service. Definitely on top of things. I appreciate Bouquet's attempts at a first class atmosphere, but the encroaching flies at this time of year just ruin any semblance of a high quality experience. I recommend only giving this place a shot once it gets into late summer. Edit: thank you for the reply, Ponte. But given the context of your response, I don't think you read my review entirely... read more

I went wine tasting and wanted to come here for lunch. I called about 2 weeks in advance to book a reservation. The day of my trip, I called to confirm the time and was told my reservation wasn't in their system. The manager was able to get us in, which I was grateful for. But when we got there we were put in the sun. We had my grandma with us and she can't sit in the sun for very long. We told them we would be more than happy to sit separately (2 different tables) but they weren't able to accommodate us. Davy was a great host though, he tried his best to help and keep us happy. We stayed about 30 minutes, ate half our food (which was alright), and left. read more

We went to this restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day Saturday night. When we tried to make reservations, there was a lot of confusion and was transferred to 4 different people because no one could help us. My sister and her husband are Ponte Wine Club members so we wanted to support this new restaurant. We had dinner reservations at 6:00 p.m. and we sat outside which was beautiful. The atmosphere was wonderful and the weather was perfect. The service was horrible. For a place like this we thought we would have good service. Our drink order was not taken until 20 minutes after we arrived and the server did not take our order until about 6:30. We ordered salads to come out before our meals and the salads did not arrive until 7:20. We had to constantly ask our server to refill our drinks and we lost our server and couldn't find her several times. We did not receive our dinner until after 8:00 p.m. which was 2 hours after we sat down! The food was outstanding though! We ordered the chicken, beef tenderloin, quail, shrimp and a special. We also ordered dessert and coffee and although the coffee was a little watered down the desserts were good. Other than the service, I would recommend this place. The restaurant was not busy, there were only 5-6 other tables at that time, so there is no excuse for the bad service. Our entire experience took 3 and a half hours due to the slow service and we still had to drive back home to San Diego which made it a late night. read more

I had the salmon pasta ($17) and it was lackluster. The entire plate lacked seasoning, and I didn't think the plate was worth it. My sister-in-law had the omelette which she liked. I was with a large party, and we were seated outside where the view was beautiful. Despite not liking my food, service was great. read more

We really enjoyed our meal here and our server Abraham was outstanding. He was professional and his knowledge of wine enhanced our dining experience. We had a rack of lamb which was cooked perfectly and a seafood risotto which was a daily special. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because the risotto was slightly undercooked although the flavor was very good. The property is very pretty and it was nice to sit outside and watch the fountains in the lake. I would go back and try it again. read more

Booked a table using OpenTable the morning of, about 90 minutes prior to the reservation time. Arrived for our 10:30 outdoor seating reservation that I had specifically stated would like a shaded table (who wouldn't on a sunny 80 degree spring day?) and after about 10 minutes of awkwardly standing at the host stand while employees strategized over seating arrangements, was led to a two top table in direct sunlight. Requested that we be moved to one of 12-15 open, clean and fully shaded tables surrounding the restaurant, but were told that parties of 2 could not be seating at 4 top tables. Would believe that only if there weren't at least 3 parties of two currently seated at larger shaded tables, dining and enjoying themselves. Was offered a table inside their dingy indoor dining space which really didn't seem appealing at all. Basically wasted an hour of driving back and forth to this restaurant for nothing, as no alternate option was possibly available and we just had to cancel the reservation. You can get an overpriced eggs Benedict pretty much anywhere, if comfort and hospitality is important to you I recommend you skip this establishment. read more

The scenery here is BEAUTIFUL. I will give it a star for the ambience alone. However, the drinks (specifically the margarita flights) were extremely watered down. We had to ask another staff member for shots of tequila to add, as our request to mix a bit more was initially rejected. When we got our bill, we were charged $54 for three shots, in addition to the $25 per watered down flight. The chicken sandwich was also pretty bland for the price tag. Save your money and go to another winery down the block! read more

Went there for dinner with a date and ordered the calamari and minestrone soup. The calamari was okay, a little soft for my liking could have been fried another minute or two. But the soup was a big let down seeing as it's their only soup on a menu of 15 or so items I expected it be at least decent. It was basically boiled vegetables, with angel hair pasta underneath. Probably the most bland soup I've ever gotten. My date got the summer salad which was a giant pile of spinach that was hardly dressed. The service was fine but this review was about the food only. read more

**Edited to add-- the restaurant reached out to me to give them another shot (very nice of them); we will give them another try next time. :) Never got to try this place out; this review is for their front hostess (older lady named Andrea). Disorganized & not friendly, and didn't even acknowledge us waiting for a table right when they opened, or later again when everyone else had been seated & we were just sitting waiting for our table in the front lobby area of the hotel right next to the hostess stand). Told us a longer wait time than the party right ahead of us (the convo of which we happened to overhear), even though there were plenty of tables & waitstaff available & standing around (we were only a party of two). So, we just left; will update this review if we ever go back. Upped to two stars for the nice patio ambiance. read more

Speedy service has never been their strength but typically the food is good. Environment is always nice and they had a live musician yesterday that was great. As usual it took around 15 or minutes before a server acknowledged us. We ordered right away given we had a winery reservation 2 hours later. Unfortunately we didn't realize they didn't ask how we wanted our steak in the steak sandwich so it was really well done, gray inside. Avocado toast was charred under the avocado spread that had started to brown by the time it got to the table. It just tasted burned. Because we had a reservation elsewhere we just ate our food. Server also forgot I told her I was wine club so we didn't get the discount but again we couldn't wait for everything to be recalculated. Restaurant at the winery itself is better. read more

The food and service were great. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were very friendly, yet professional. They offered us blankets and a heater when we got cold. The manager, Sarena, was so friendly and checked-in on us several times. It was great to see a manager interacting so well with the staff. Although they were very busy, the staff smiled and made time to get anything we requested in a timely manner. Our waitress, Kathleen, did a great job and made our experience great. We loved the food and drinks. Will definitely be back! read more

Good food but limited menu unnecessarily, they're busy enough to offer more/better options. Room service is also from this restaurant and doesn't begin until 5pm, and there is no breakfast for room service and the restaurant doesn't allow take out if you want to order and bring it to your room yourself. Very bizarre and not very customer service oriented. Easy alterations could be made for a great improvement. read more

I made reservations at Bouquet Restaurant at Ponte Inn a few weeks back for a Valentine's dinner date with my wife. All good so far. We arrived 20 minutes early and the hostess immediately and somewhat rudely told us we couldn't be seated until our reservation time of 7pm. The restaurant was somewhat empty and didn't quite understand why they couldn't accommodate for an early seating. It gets more interesting though.. they said I reserved patio seating when in reality I never specified inside or outside, they just placed us out there in the cold even though I stressed a couple of times I would have rather be seated inside. Now let's jump to the courses and service straight away. We were approached by a server who offered us some water immediately followed by another server and yet another one, meaning we had three transitions within 15-20 minutes. It took a good 25 minutes before we received some minuscule rolls with some sort of cheese concoction immediately followed by a decanted bottle of wine I ordered a while back. The first course was decent as you can't really ruin ahi grade tuna and a few leaves of salad as pure decoration. The second course was a lobster bisque and although the consistency was reminiscent of baby food the flavor was passable. After that we waited another good 30 minutes before someone showed up with a tiny piece of charred halibut with some tiny accompaniments. The fish was fresh and overall a 6.5 on a scale 1-10, 10 being excellent. Service ceased completely after this last dish, making us wonder if they completely forgot about us. It must have been 45 minutes after the final course arrived, a nearly transparent piece of filet and some random veggies. Right before the waitress disappeared again I asked for another bottle of wine, a bottle of Caymus, 2014 Cab. She came back 15 minutes later with a bottle of Caymus Special Release, costing $300 per bottle vs. the $170 for what I had asked. She had already opened the bottle and decanted it, making it impossible to exchange it for the original bottle I had ordered. All and all I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, the overall venue and would also add they turned my special date into a complete disaster. I would stay away from this place and go back to Leoness any day. read more

Staying next door for just Thursday night. The wife and I had our 1 month old baby with us. No reservations. We walked over and arrived at 6:00pm. Attempted to get a table for dinner. Did not see any private parties or anything crazy. Asked the 2x hostess if they had a table available. First question they replied with was, " do you have a reservation?" We said No. Second question was, " are you staying with us?" We said no. They said, unfortunately we are all booked tonight. Well, I am thick skinned and the dude at the front desk appeared to be too good for us. We are celebrating, and ready to drop $500 on this evening, but they did not want our service. I asked when their first available was and they said not until 8:30pm or later. I understand if you're able to accommodate, but you don't need to sound conceited in the process. read more

Came here for Valentine's Day. With a prefix menu they were still ridiculously slow with the coursing and our waiter was completely inattentive.
