Our hotel front desk called them, so they graciously squeezed me in. I am very picky and particular about how my nails are done, but I didn't have to give much direction. My nails were just done right. The shop is clean, not fancy, and the warmth and professionalism of the technicians gave me the confidence that I had made a sound decision to get my nails done away from home. She then proceeded to slap on the new color and when I asked why it was 'bumpy' - she retorted it was the old polish underneath. I opted for dazzle dry and it has already smudged because the steps were completely incorrectly. A pedicure is a treat and I am currently sitting at Miniluxe to redo her poor service.
