I love this place and am so happy it finally opened. I'm a fan of Bosque's beer in general, and I've noticed that they are coming out with a lot more special beers, a standout for me has been the hazy IPA. As for atmosphere, you can't get much better than this. There is an upstairs/downstairs patio that you can enjoy the views of the Bosque from on a pretty NM day, and there is expansive seating on the inside with several bars to order from. They have food that you are able to walk up and order from a window. We got a cheeseburger (pretty good, not the best I ever had), and chicken tenders tossed in buffalo sauce (no joke, this was some of the most amazing buffalo sauce I've had, I've been craving it since we ate here) with green chile ranch. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable, I will definetely be back! read more

The first time we went was shortly after they opened, so they had a walk up window to order food and we weren't loving that idea - everything was great though, the food, the beer, the view. Then we heard they were going to be full service, so that was great news. We went back after a few months and the menu was a little different, but everything we had was great. The tacos, the fries, the burger, the beer. No complaints! We like to sit on the top deck for the view. read more

I'm pissed to have to give these guys such a low rate! Traditionally, we love Bosque! Their beer is great! When we found a place to sit, the wait staff was quick to come to us- and told us there are no menus, that we'd have to go to the counter and look at the board. So we ordered 2 pints which were promtly delivered. And then the couple behind us handed us a menu. The same waitress brought a couple next to us their food and saw that we had a menu and rolled her eyes. Moments later she picked up empty glasses right around us and ignored our attempts to get her attention. Finally I yelled out, asking her to cash us out. Which she did, to no tip. Before we left we flagged down another waitress and asked about food. She politely and pleasantly explained their ordering process and handed us a menu. The traffic in this STUPID town of Bernalillo is worst. We fought traffic for an hour to get here. What a let down. Maybe when the construction is done we can give it another try. Hey management! Fire Sierra! read more

They didn't get it. Lights off before they close. Run out of food often. Gave them another chance. They have improved greatly. Something changed. read more

Such a bummer, we we're so excited to hang out here for the first time, but it was a huge disappointment. There was not a hostess when we walked in but we had 3 different servers apologize to us multiple times for the wait and assure us they would seat us "soon". There we're plenty of empty tables inside and out where they could have told us to "pick one", but that never happened and we were never seated. I can't imagine what the service would have been like had we stayed and waited longer for a table. Back to Albuquerque we went... read more

I am happy that restaurants are open to more people again in NM, but the food at this place was not what is was hyped up to be. I think the burger was presented as Kobe beef inspired, but it was definitely average. Mine and my guest's were over cooked, don't offer a choice on cook temp if you can't deliver, that's all I am saying. The fries were good and it was a fair price, but not really worth driving through what might be the worst traffic situation in the Southwest! Awesome beer and view! read more

You might not know this beautiful location hosts private parties. With the views of the Sandia Mountains and the Rio Grande, this is one of the most beautiful venues ABQ has to offer. The staff is incredibly helpful and down to earth. Oh! And the most important part.. the beer. The beer is the best NM has to offer. Thank you Bosque. read more

My server, Doug, was amazing. He recommended food and drinks to his best of ability and when I asked him about addition merchandise he had no problem telling me the truth on which was his favorite. I love how charismatic he was and I would recommend anyone having this amazing guy wait on them in the future. read more

Poor service. We waited over an hour and a half for our food. When it finally came out, it looked thrown together like they were just trying to get plates out. The server started off strong and slowly disappeared. I asked for my check to be split. He brought it back split and had someone else run it. They ran the full amount. Overall not impressed. This was our second time back. We thought it might be better. We were wrong. We will not be returning. read more

First time at this location and we loved the new place. Can't wait to go in summer. I hope they'll have live music. Beer is good and good is pretty good. Friendly staff, clean and modern facility. read more

the food, beer, and service were all great! Our waiter knew everything about the beers, including what kind of hops were included in the brewing process. above all, the atmosphere on the deck was nothing less than celebratory! This was a great Albuquerque experience for these out of town beer lovers. read more

We love BOSQUE beer and couldn't wait for this place to open since it's so close. The problem is the food is hotdogs and burgers unlike the food in San Mateo that seems to be made with a bit of care. We often see a food truck when passing by, no thanks. I think this location is banking on the beer and left out actually serving food and taking care of their customers. Hopefully they will straighten this out. Yesterday we walked in and walked out, not because it was packed...but because we were hungry and the cafeteria style food didn't sound appealing. Bummer. read more

The cheese curds were outstanding...being from WI I don't say that too often. The burger could of used a little more seasoning, but still pretty good. The beer was excellent, even ordered a six-pack to go. The only reason I marked them down is they have a two beer limit...Never seen a beer limit at a brewery or bar before. read more

Bartender was the worst never acknowledged us when we are about to leave he checked on us We put in an order for a couple beers he assess for the money first I've never had that ever happened and I'm 56 years old WOW read more

Average-ish food and pretty spendy for what you get. I sampled the turkey sandwich, green chile cheeseburger, and asian wings. Don't order the wings if you're hungry. However, the fries are very good. The beer was good but expensive. $5.50 for less than a pint. I think it was a 10oz glass. I wasn't asked what size I wanted, but observed later that they have a larger size. Must be pretty expensive. Very impressive building but has almost no character/personality. The outdoor seating is the way to go. Friendly and attentive staff. A pretty flat, if not disappointing, experience overall. Just doesn't cut it with all the great breweries and tap-rooms around. No reason for us to return. read more

Excellent beer and food! Had a wonderful server by the name Jason. Their specialty beers are to die for. Old Jameson beer is the best, to bad it's not available year round, but then a new one comes out and it becomes my favorite! Always a pleasant experience. Highly recommended read more

Great brewery with an excellent variety of beers, simple and delicious menu. Crystal took great care of us without being overbearing. Busy place that makes you feel welcome. read more

So I'm not much for technology, but after our experience at Bosque Brewery today, I had to jump on Yelp for my first review!!! Hannah was our waitress on the patio on the bottom and she was so AWESOME! This was our 1st time here. We were on our way to the casino and decided to try it. She gave us the best service we've had since 2019 in this state, I know it's been a struggle in restaurants. We will be back and will tell our family members and friends!!!! Thanks, Hannah!!!!! read more

My husband and I just visited the Bernalillo location and unfortunately we won't be back. We have been enjoying Bosque beer, food and great service for 7 years but today we were met with terrible food, no service a very well done cheeseburger instead of the medium rare green chile cheeseburger we ordered. I ordered a Turkey sandwich and fries and it was tasteless. The fries were over cooked as well. The server took the burger off when we complained and brought us our charged out ticket........hopefully the view is worth it because the service and food are not. No Bueno Bosque Brewing you lost 2 customers today read more

Burger was amazing. Atmosphere was trendy and open. I only wish I went during the day so that I could check out the scenery. read more

Beautiful space, but left plenty to be desired. I frequent the Bosque Nob Hill location and I appreciate the huge menu. At this location however, the menu is far more limited, and what they do have isn't quite up to the standards of their other locations. Bosque is the perfect Brewery combination, but they're special because their beers and food get equal attention. Here, that isn't the case. I'll keep supporting the Nob Hill location, but I wouldn't recommend trying to eat here. read more

Great fish and chips and tacos. We had the Oktoberfest beer and the year in helles. Service was top notch.

Staff was great! I had a tall blonde female staff member who was so friendly! She made me and my party feel so welcomed and made the experience great. We had technical issues with the keg filling my growler, but she turned that experience into something funny and happy. Not to mention, the pickle down economics was worth the wait and technical difficulties because it is DELICIOUS and I'm glad I got to bring some home at the end of it all. The same staff member suggested I enjoy it with some popcorn and I will DEFINETELY be doing that this weekend for movie night! It's also really cool to see the distillery behind the glass wall and lends into the cool vibe that Bosque has. I'll definitely visit next time I'm in the area read more

Fun building, really good food and great service! Beer was tasty too and it's right near a campground we stayed at, so very convenient. The shishito peppers were so well prepared as well as yummy pork Chile stew. Almost went back a second time during our time there. Definitely the best place in Bernalillo! read more

The Views from this place are A++. The service is C, was alright, lots of employees walking around aimlessly, not too sure who our server actually was since there were so many that didn't seem to ever be around when we needed one. Bosque Beer always an A but the menu is awful. Not really anything for vegans, not even a salad. Nothing for kids. None of the servers could answer questions about the menu. The food is overpriced for what you get and you have to walk down the stairs to order it yourself from the kitchen. Overall, cool place to go have a quick beer but not take the family. I'd give it a few months for growing pains to settle in and then try it again. read more

I like atmosphere and the view from there but when I went there once with my family on Sunday afternoon, a waiter was too "high". He couldn't even take our order. While we were still ordering foods and drinks he walked away with no word and came back just brought 2 glasses of beer. We tried keep ordering but he walked away again and came back with just 1 glass of water. We left there. read more

I was excited to try this place after looking at some information on it, but left slightly disappointed. For it being a restaurant as well as a brewery during regular dinner hours, I found it strange that they were checking ID's at the door for a hand stamp but whatever. It was unclear at first if we were sat ourselves or wait to be seated. The server for our table didn't appear to be in any rush. Since the tap list is displayed on the wall, by the time he appeared at our table with menus, we were ready to place our drink orders. When the drinks slowly made their way to the table we were ready to order, but our server walked away with just setting them down and without us able to say anything to stop him. He then seemed to avoid our table as well as others around us. Eventually he returned to take our order. We shared a delicious order of their special poutine (which was amazing) and for a main meal, I decided on the flight of tacos. My favorite was probably the cauliflower one. Our food was delivered by a different server, and we were handled by a different server for the rest of the night, one who was much better than the gentleman who was originally helping us. If we had not gotten another server, it probably would have taken another hour to get our bill. The food was delicious and the reason I am giving them a 3 instead of a 2, the service left much to be desired. read more

Patio was great. Waiter was great, beer was great, cauliflower street taco was Fantastic! Steak street taco chewy and chicken street taco was mush. Would love to rate higher but can't today. read more

Best Bosque there is! Beer is great. The views are breathtaking and the servers and beertenders are always courteous and helpful. The building is the coolest building. It's their canning factory. You get to look out onto the factory from the second floor. It is a full service restaurant with the freshest food . The beer menu always has the favorites and there's always seasonal or limited release beers available. I go at least twice a week for dinner. read more

Bosque North - Breweries Near Me - Bernalillo, New Mexico

If you like poor service, disrespectful staff and bad management, please come to Bosque North so you can experience all three while enjoying a good beer. Don't take my word for it. Please stop by and try to identify a member of the staff that was working the last time you went there. You won't be able, because employee turnover is ridiculously high. Current waitresses will verbally insult you and physically take your beer away....and management will back their bad behavior. You're better off paying $6 for a whataburger, $14 for a 12 pack of your favorite domestic beer and allowing your significant other to berate you while watching a game on your couch. You'll save about $30. read more

Great burger! I know that they are working out the kinks but super good. Food came promptly and was hot and so good. Loved them fries, and they weren't skimpy with them servers were awesome food was awesome and can't say enough about the location. I was there during a time when a loved one selected to be taken by a motorcycle for their last honor. How beautiful and what an honor to be present. Great views, great service and while new, they have to work out the kinks as to expected. I'll be back again and again and so should you. read more

Went there for the first time tonight. The place was busy. Ordered food got it ok. I ordered a beer & a glass of water but never got either one of them. I was so disappointed with the service, it was terrible. Had to ask twice for our check & when it our server finally brought it to me, it had charges for food items that were not ordered by anyone at my table. I brought that to the attention of our server & he did correct it on the spot. read more

I'm revising my previous 4 Star Rating to 3 Stars based on today's service (Labor Day) at Bosque North and n Bernalillo. Obviously, the ambiance didn't change and the food (Fish & Chips) was quite good which is comparable to my last visit w/ several appetizers & great Margaritas. What changed drastically was the service. Granted, it was pretty busy at noon but my last visit was almost as busy but much faster service. I don't know if it was our server (Emily R) or the kitchen but after starting my third Margarita, I realized that I had been waiting well over an hour and a half for my food. We were told that the kitchen had sent out the order quite a while back so I'm assuming that it was given to the wrong table or at least lost in all the orders and never filled. The apologies we're fine but this visit turned into a regrettable experience. Two & 3/4 hours is entirely too long for lunch... read more

Yes, it's Christmas Eve. Traveling from Colorado to Albuquerque. Of course we hit bad weather. I called ahead and was told that last call for the kitchen would be 6:45. We arrived at 6:23 to be told the kitchen was closed as it had been slow all day. I can understand but was put off by the way I was told with no apology whatsoever. It would have been nice to hear I'm sorry we closed the kitchen early, but the bar is still open. Or let me double check with the kitchen to see if anything's available. Just poor customer service. And yes she asked if we were the ones that called earlier. read more

Lots of space and good atmosphere. Friendly staff. We ordered chicken tacos and I was bland. Very small dry chicken and steak tacos which was more like appetizers with no side dish. The green chili was amazing with seasoned fries, large patty and tasted amazing. They serve lot of beers which I don't drink but my squad does. They tried the flight. They also don't have fountain drinks so have to pay for a glass of bottle soda and extra if you want another soda. Overall food is decent. Drinks are decent. May come back to try different food. read more

This place has a nice outdoor area and pretty good beer. The food is nothing to right home about - the burger could have used more flavorful toppings, the tacos were pretty meh. The staff were nice so I'm coming down on the side of three stars - solidly average, perfectly pleasant. read more

I've liked Bosque beers for a long time now, and have been to a couple of their other locations. Food has been pretty good at all of them, but two things made the Bernalillo location a standout. One, the view is fabulous! There are two outdoor decks, and you can see the view from many inside tables as well. Two, our server/bartender Doug was friendly and fun. He helped make our lunch a special occasion. We'll be back. :) read more

This was our second time here in less than a week because of how much we enjoyed our food and drink on our first visit. However, this time was spoiled by absolutely TERRIBLE service. Both of the waitresses that served us were so rude that it overshadowed the meal and beer and ruined the beautiful views. The servers made us feel like we were inconveniencing them and not once checked on us or even asked if we wanted another round. It stinks because we loved the food and beer but the girls representing the brand make us not want to return with so many other brewery options. So disappointed with this visit! (Side note- the young woman who served us on our first visit was excellent, so I truly hope that this was an isolated incident but have no plans to return if this is how any employees treat customers. read more

This was our first time to Bosque Brewery in Bernalillo, NM. The location is fabulous with a gorgeous view of the flowing Rio Grande and the majestic Sandia Mountains. The buildings' interior has a nicely done contemporary modern styling with gray hues, tall ceilings and large picture windows upstairs where we had lunch. We wanted to sit outside on their balcony but there were only 3 tables out there and they were all occupied. As we settled in, sat down and waited to be greeted we were immediately asked for our credit card by one of the service staff in which they kept for the duration of our visit. That service staffer then disappeared and then another waiter came by and took our drink order and while that one went for the drinks another came by and asked us for our drink order and we let him know that we had already ordered our drinks with someone else and so then he disappeared. The young lady brought us our drinks and disappeared. Alas, then yet another server came to take our order and then never returned to check on us. It really was confusing as to who our waiter really was and who took our credit card anyway? Somewhere at the end someone that we hadn't even seen before came to bring us the check and said he would be our cashier! ...So we began to wonder who in the hell took our credit card and did he even work here! Overall, I would say their famed lager, the Bosque Lager was a pleasant surprise but was sadly served on the warm side. My friend enjoyed his Green Chile Burger. He said it was really good! I ordered a specialty salad and although the presentation was appealing it was mostly arugula greens. I added steak on it but it was as tough as leather! I would rate it a C-. The other significant problem is they have unpadded, no back barstools at their pub tables which were so uncomfortable. Everyone there looked slouched! read more
