I enjoyed the tacos and the raspberry wheat beer especially overlooking the Pueblo and Rio Grande river from their outdoor seating. Service was OK and the value was about average. Lunch lovers unite! I can't believe the value for the lunch and portions. The service was grand, so friendly and quick. It was one of the best lunch deals I've ever had. I've been eyeing and wanting to go to this brewery every time I came to visit New Mexico. The vibe was chill and we chose to eat outside on the front porch with Mountain View of the Sandia Mountain. I must come back before heading home because it sure was a tough choice to pick a lunch option. My brother and I shared some chicken nachos with fries. These lunch options come with fries and a drink. You just can't beat this awesome deal. We tried a few sample beers. I tried the prickly playmaker and shandy lakes. Stopped after a Jeep run to the top of Sandi's peak. Service was good. Food was fantastic with a blue cheese bacon burger, green chile cheese fries with varroa beef, a pulled pork Sammy and a couple bowls of green chile chicken stew. Had an Up North blonde ale that was a lot more bitter than the advertised 25 IBUs. Also had Jetty Jack which was good and the Gourd Summoner pumpkin diced ale. The blistered shasihito peppers with the 2 dipping sauces were delicious. The kiddos liked the pretzel bites with the beer cheese was so good. I got the beef birra tacos with a variety of dipping sauce and roast Street corn, salsa and blue corn chips. Another got a basic cheeseburger with cheddar and fries. She gobbled it down. One had the cider l, I cannot remember it's fancy name, but she enjoyed it on this hot, yet humid day. We were greeted warmly when we came in and seated quickly. It's an interesting restaurant brewing pub with vibes of a sports bar interesting bar food. There are at least two that I know of. They have a nice patio area and they can accommodate family and other groups outside or inside. Of course they also offer their own beers and have a moderate variety that changes they definitely are proudly New Mexicanin style. It's not about just food and drink It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The staff did a great job. The other thing is it's very loud inside but fairly quiet outside. There were all kinds of appetizers we shared blistered shishito peppers, nachos and chicken wings Everyone enjoyed them all and surprisingly the kids loved the shishido peppers. The food here was amazing. Also, the drinks were very strong. We went because they were having a local vendors market. I'm glad we stayed for food. The cheese curds were amazing they had extra crunch and the dipping sauce had a little kick. My burger was thick, hot and very flavorful. The fries are seasoned and they were fantastic. First time at a Bosque Brew and can only speak to this location. The food was really bland and overall did not taste fresh or good. We could barely eat what we ordered. The service was bad- we were seated right away by the host but after that it was very very slow going. I think it was just our server though, other staff we saw appeared attentive to their tables. we were a party of 6, but two other families were eventually coming to join us, so we asked if it would be possible to sit together. we were told it wouldn't be possible, right around the time the other folks got cell service to let us know they were on their way and would be a good 45 minutes behind us. we were hungry and decided to go ahead and eat without them. we were largely finished with our meal, save an order of nachos ordered towards the end, when the other folks arrived. there happened to be a table open near us, and they were seated there as their own party of 8. my nachos arrived shortly after they did, and they were pretty subpar from what i've come to expect from bosque (queso was bland, chicken was over seasoned but has no salt, etc). all of the food was bad compared to the nob hill location, in fact. the shishitos had no salt, and the crema served with them had no lime as advertised. idk who's idea it was to serve them with teriyaki sauce, but hard pass. burger was bland. chicken cesar salad was overly dry, hard to swallow. at any rate i let the server know the nachos didn't pass muster for me, but i'd send them over to the next table of folks who just arrived, bc they had starving tweens (with less discerning palates), and i didn't want them to be wasted. i did not ask for the item to be removed from my bill, as it was being eaten by the other table's kids. we chitchatted while waiting for our bill, which took forever until we flagged down the server. the to-go box we requested never came at all. all of this was topped off by seeing a lovely "party of 10 or more" gratuity charge added to our 3-person check, at our 6 top table. overall, the food was the middest of mids, and the father's day service was worse. do yourself a favor, and go to the other locations. don't waste your hard earned money here on overpriced hella mid food and lackluster service. read more

Food was decent but service was extremely poor. We order two appetizers, one came out in a timely manner but the other did not. Our waiter did not check on us to see if we received our food or if we needed anything. We had to flag down a waitress and tell her the items we were missing. The waiter came to us about 10 minutes after, and at this point we had been waiting for our wings about 30 minutes. The waiter informed us that he "accidentally forgotten" to input our order in their system and our order should be ready soon. Our order came about 15 minutes later, incorrectly and we had to ask for it to be remade correctly. Once we finally gotten our second appetizer, which we initially ordered over an hour ago, we asked for our check and they tried to charge us for the food remake! We voiced our frustration and they charged us for our original food order but it is very disappointing and unsettling that this company feels comfortable charging their patrons for the mistakes of their staff. It was my first time visiting here. My family and I decided to try this place out since we have never been there. Only thing to make sure when you're driving there, is that if you are going East on the 550 that you have to make a U-turn to get to the brewery. But if you are traveling West on the 550 you will be able to make a right turn into the brewery. Walked into the establishment and was greeted by friendly staff. We were seated quickly. I believe the brewery has two stories. But we did not get to sit upstairs, we sat downstairs by the bar. Our server, Marley, was so helpful in our decisions on what to order. Since like I said before, this was our first time visiting. We started off with drinks all around, since there are no fountain drinks. So we tried the vanilla cream soda and the Ultra Super Special Red. Both libations were satisfying alongside the chips and queso. That was our starter before we ordered the real food. We ordered the Beef Birria Taco plate, Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich and the Fish and Chips. I have to honestly say, the Beef Birria tacos were bomb! Only because I got to dip them in the beef consomme. Definitely enjoyable to the palate. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich was pretty good too. My kid got that fried and devoured it in less than time it took me to eat my tacos. The fries were just right, seasoned well and not too salty. As for the Fish and Chips, I don't know why there aren't just 3 pieces of cod on the plate. Because 2 was not worth the price we paid. My birthday weekend found me in Albuquerque. Not by accident, mind you...but I was there with the wife and our best friends, who we hadn't seen since late '19. Wifey asked where I wanted to go and my answer was Albuquerque. Our friends raved about Bosque North, so we made plans. We also didn't have a car so we were kind of at their mercy, but they ALWAYS make great decisions. Off to Bosque North we go for lunch. (they drove...we had no car). First off, this place is HUGE! Upstairs and patios that, I'm pretty positive, test the limits of interspatial designery. Huge stainless steel brewing equipment are showcased behind a glass wall that's visible as soon as you walk in. It's an impressive display. We were greeted by our server (Liz) in seconds and, Me being Me, ordered a flight. I saw poutine on the menu and I had to look no further. In fact, I didn't. It was the first item on the menu. Liz was an excellent server who, along with taking our orders and making sure things were good, also took the time to talk to us. It made us feel right at home. The poutine was excellent, and by that I mean EXCELLENT. Fries with chicken covered with cheese and green chile gravy. It was so good I think I actually cried. The merchandise was pretty awesome. They didn't have the same kind of stuff that most breweries have (the same kind of shirt with their logo), but, like, flannel logoed shirts and even a henley (which I got). The prices were surprisingly reasonable, and if they didn't have your size they'd direct you to their online store. I had a great time at Bosque North and I plan to visit again the next time we're in town. read more

Great service! Our server, Dougy, was so friendly and funny! We are so grateful for the server's understanding for our big group today. I think we had total of 12 people and the place was pretty packed! The Peel Out (banana cream pie flavored beer) was awesome! I really enjoyed it. It's sweet but not overpowering either. Update from my review on 9/9/21: Went in yesterday, 10/18/21, with my dad. We were seated immediately and got to sit upstairs. I got to admire the beautiful outside view, and my dad observed the inner workings of the brewery. We were able to place our orders quickly. The server was sweet and knowledgeable, and attentive. My dad ordered the Fish and Chips, Bosque IPA-battered cod filets, french fries, and house-made jalapeño tartar sauce, and I got the Jackfruit tacos, Grilled jackfruit, black beans, topped with pico de gallo and vegetarian lime crema. The tacos come with, three white-corn tortilla tacos served with side of corn, and chips with house-made salsa. Since I'm not too fond of corn, I asked for a side salad instead. Our food came after a short wait and was hot a yummy looking. I have two minor complaints, though. First, when the guy brought the food, he asked if we needed anything else. When my dad asked for more water and some malt vinegar, he said, "I'll get your waitress." and then proceeded to run away before my dad could finish his sentence. If it isn't his job or is beyond his ability, then don't offer to get us anything else; why offer and then behave rudely? Second, I got my tacos, side salad, and salsa but no chips. Our waitress appeared to check on us shortly after we received our food. I was able to ask for chips, malt vinegar, and more water. She brought those quickly. We finished our food and then hung out and talked. Our waitress came to get the check, and we paid and left. Overall it was a good meal. read more

We went to Bosque this weekend for dinner during graduation weekend. We got seated on the second floor, outside. The weather was perfect and we liked where we were sitting. We ordered 4 appetizers and all were fantastic. Our main courses ran from ok to great. My sister ordered fish and it came out overcooked. The waitress said it was unacceptable and took it back. She advised the manager, who got with the cook manager and they gave feedback to the cooks (they were using either new equipment or different fish than usual). They brought my sister a different meal (buffalo chicken ranch sandwich) and it was awesome. We tried the dulce de leche cheesecake and it was great too. The portions were big and the prices were reasonable. The star of the show was our waitress, Susan. She was probably the best waitress we've ever had. She said she is a nurse and picks up shifts on her days off. She was a hustler. I would go back just to have her as our waitress again. Probably some of the worst food I've ever tasted in my life. The place is awfully big and fancy for absolutely nothing. The views are pretty but the amount of flies that swarmed my sitting area was quite unpleasant. The falafel appetizer was completely raw no flavor. Also, the nachos had zero flavor and chips were stale. The make your own burger was very bad, bun was ice cold and burger cooked well done when I asked for medium. My mom's salad had flies in it and the chicken was dry. Side Caesar was also very disgusting; the dressing they put over it is like a watered down ranch. Staff clearly did not care about our experience and only took off $1.95 off the Santa Fe Salad when it wasn't even eaten from. We stop frequently for Bosque's pickle beer, my ABSOLUTE favorite! Unfortunately, they are not brewing it currently (our server said it will be back in 2025). So Mr. Watermelon gose to work it was! I really enjoyed it, but after our excellent server brought my husband and I unsolicited samples of "our fav styles"...I sent Mr. Watermelon to work and fell in love with Supreme Tangerine. Lunch began with our "go-to", blistered shishito peppers, so yummy! We shared the Birria beef sandwich with a side salad from the lunch menu. The IPA vinaigrette was very unique! While I am not an IPA fan and it is made with the Riverwalker IPA, I might choose a different dressing in the future. But my IPA loving hubby liked it A LOT! We dined on the patio with our pooch and he was served a large bowl of cold water without us asking. We will definitely return anytime we pass through. Especially when they decide to brew their excellent pickle beer once again (I don't want to beg, but if management sees this...PLEASE, please, please brew pickle beer soon!)! Not only is Bosque one of my very favorite local craft breweries, this venue -- it's something of a modern marvel, two stories of spacious sheet metal overloooking the mighty Rio Grande and framing the Sandia mountains -- is simply a terrific spot to grab a beer with your bros. You're also supporting a company that does great work in the community, so by all means, spend your dollars here. Management, you know you can do better. By the standards of your full service restaurant just south of here, Restoration Pizza, the food coming out of this kitchen just doesn't cut it. And that's a shame, because this place should be a destination, worth driving out of town to experience. That begins at the host desk where, for whatever reason, we were very put off by the unwelcoming attitude of the host. First impressions are enormous in the service industry (I know, it's hard to find good help these days).
