The food was good, as far as service goes, the one girl that was working there did a great job. She was the bartender, she took all the orders in the place, she cleaned all the tables and wiped them down, and she seated everyone, she busted her ass all by herself. The management needs to pull her head out of their ass and give her some help. That was Friday at noon. There were about 12 tables with people at them and she did it all. We have tried this place three times and they have yet to get our orders correct. First time we ordered oriental grilled chicken salads. They came with crispy (fried) chicken and the wrong dressing. Second time the hamburger was raw; it was ordered medium. By the time this one order was brought back cooked right, the rest of the party had finished their meals. Today I took a friend for their birthday. Both meals were brought out cold, I suspect the meals had been sitting for a while because the waitress smelled of cigarette smoke. Also, our drink orders came late, and both were not what we ordered so we refused them. The drinks were included on the check, I had to have the check corrected. All three times we tried this Applebee's we went in the middle of the day when it was not busy. I am uncomfortable and do not want to try again. read more

After another 5 minutes I left. I have eaten at this establishment a handful of times and only once did I have what I consider to be Applebees quality service and food. At first glance, place was clean and not too busy. Most of the tables seated were in and around the bar area. Our server was the only person seen working the floor. Our group had 4 persons and fairly simple. Two in the group ordered drinks, with olives. After about 10 minutes the server returns with the drinks sans olives. The server advised they had been out of olives apparently, unknown to him. We ordered our food and appetizers. After about 20 minutes the appetizers arrived and were good. We ordered the sampler and two Caesar salads. The food was placed on the table. I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. To my wonder there was no sauce. I thought okay maybe it is in the seasoning. Sadly there was no seasoning, at all. It was just grilled chicken and grilled shrimp on a bed of onion and mushrooms. I asked if they had anything to jazz up the flavor as there was not much Bourbon Street flavor to the requested meal. The server said, "Sure I will bring that right out." After 10 minutes he came back and said sorry I forgot. Another in our group ordered the steak and also had issue of nonexistent flavor to their food. We waited 30 minutes to be seated and after an additional 20 minutes of no one greeting us or even taking our drink order we decided to order online and got up and left our table. We waited until our quoted pickup time and it took nearly 20 minutes past the pickup time for the hostess to package up our order. We arrived and Patrick sat us in a booth and was very friendly and attentive to what we were wanting and made a couple of suggestions for lunch. We went with the 2 for $24 and I had the ribs and my son ordered the lime chicken with broccoli instead of rice. We are Keto so the meals were good. Patrick came by several times to see if everything was good and if we needed anything and we were very appreciative of that even with only 2 servers working during lunch rush. Kuddos to both Patrick and Dominique. I used the bathroom during my visit and the facilities were very clean and could tell they upkeep them daily. Save your time. The hosts have bad attitudes. Went in on a Saturday at 1 pm with my 4 kids and got turned away because "they didn't have staff to help us" after we got many dirty looks from the host, bartender and other 2 employees standing around doing nothing. There was MAYBE 6 tables in there? Are y'all turning everyone away? It's ok, I wouldn't spend my money on these rude people anyways. I've been in the industry for 11 years. The service was severely lacking in this location. The food was ok once it finally came but it took nearly 40 minutes to get it and it wasn't even busy. I had the brisket tacos. They tasted good but also looked and tasted like they had under a heat lamp for at least 25 minutes. My father in law had the ribs, which if we were all waiting for that, wasn't worth it. He said they're usually great, but these didn't taste fresh at all. My wife got the chicken fingers which were good but c'mon...hard to screw that up. After watching commercials of Applebees on TV I get a craving to go there!! Then no matter what I choice, I am disappointed! Last week I ordered the chicken nachos. They were cold I had to take off sour cream to add what needed to be reheated then add sour cream back in. The order was curbside and I live 10min away, so they should have been at least warm. The only positive note was the car side to go waitress was awesome and upbeat. This Applebees is right off the road on HW 25 N and S.It is a great spot to stop when traveling! My wife and I have never ordered takeout foods from Applebees and decided to give it a try. We order from the one in the Town of Bernalillo, North of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. I ordered the Double Crunch Bone-In Wings and my wife ordered the Neighborhood Nachos Beef without jalapenos or pico de gallo, along with dinnerware for curbside pickup. The nachos had jalapenos and pico de gallo all over and the beef was dried, the wings were OK, though nothing special, and the dinnerware was missing. Have been to this location a few times for lunch in the last few months. Always very good.... Went for dinner this week and was expecting a good meal. Saw the ads for the "neighborhood " pasta. So we went on my recommendation.. lack luster service , I didn't like the pasta choices so I ordered the Asian chicken wings and a Caesar side salad.. my wife order the stuffed pasta dish.. the salads were Meh but tasted ok.. took longer than it should to serve the main course. The wings were horrible.. seemed left over.. swimming in a very sugary glaze.. I felt like Gordon Ramsey in a restaurant from hell episode. My wife's stuffed pasta seemed left over ..pasta very gluey . Over cooked and very bland. Had to ask for the bread sticks that supposed to come with it. 5 min later they came to the table .... left feeling like Wow what happened.
