Showed up at 850pm 10/23/25 ordered a bowl, staff was cleaning while other staff where serving, but my main issue was the guacamole container was empty, I asked the girl how long will it take to make fresh guac? She said we're out of avocados. I'm like ok you don't close for an hour? And my wife wanted barbacoa but they were out and weren't trying to make any fresh, also the rice didn't have cilantro like it normally does. Very poor service by these young ladies. When attempting to call restaurant to discuss missing item, I get the prompt that after calling 505-898-8988 and pressing the "2" option (speak to a team member about a recent experience) and get this response after about fifteen to twenty seconds of music, "Im sorry we are not able to answer at the moment, please try again later". I have called the last three hours! At this point, it's really not about the missing item. It's the unable to reach "a member of the team to speak about a recent experience." On 4/26 I went through the drive thru and asked for a Mocha Cream Cold Brew but the girl didn't know what I was talking about. She asked me if it would be under their teas section? I don't work there so I wouldn't know where in her iPad the mocha would be and so she proceeded to tell me that they didn't make them anymore I didn't insist and continued my order. 4/27 I go back in the AM and order the drink again, guy over the speaker didn't say anything about not making them anymore but when I got it, I got this. Never has the mocha cream cold brew ever come with whip cream, lol and it wasn't even a mocha cold brew. Did not taste good at all. Very disappointed. I could've overlooked the whip cream if the flavor was there but sadly, it wasn't. Idk what's up with this location but service isn't there anymore. I'm really disappointed, I paid $12.26 for my combo of a chicken sandwich and a cup of soup and lemonade. They did not include the requested Free green chili, and pepper that I asked for the soup and all when I opened my sandwich it was a thin piece of chicken, smaller than the small bun. It was like it was sliced in half and then cut in half again. It was like eating a bun for lunch, that's a high price to pay to still be hungry. Not allowed to come in...through a looking glass, a young chickie took our order...a breakfast English muffin et al for the Lassie and a Spicy Chick sandwich for her mon "Heart Throb" (H.T.). Their patio was roped off....Where could we eat?!!!?? Minus car...Urban Trekking that mornin....we scrambled under the thickness of a Cloud cover, to the nearby Olive Garden...there beneath a shading tree, was a lone bench...we then began to do the Chick-fil-Ay dance, enjoying our delicious fixins. The staff are friendly and helpful. When we're out and about, in need of a quick bite to eat, we'll often stop here. Parking is somewhat tricky. Not once have I ever felt like I was going to get sick after eating a salad. I was almost done eating my salad and noticed that there was something black on one of the strawberries that was at the bottom of the salad. Notice it was a bed fly on it. Never have I every had this happen here but still grossed me out that ate most of the salad before noticing it. Got the salad on 10/20 around 1:50 or 2. Today is my birthday and we are driving across Alburquerque to get all my free food. I went to this drive thru to get my free brownie. Out in my order on the app and ordered extra Mac and cheese with the girl at the drive thru and didn't even have to wait five minutes to get to the drive thru. The girl brought it over to me. Mac and cheese was really good and warm. Even my grandma who isn't a big fan of Mac and cheese was very impressed with the taste. Can't wait to eat my free brownie later. This place is most likely the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Food is never correct, employees are less than friendly, and we are always required to "pull around" and wait 15 more minutes for our food. Photo is their definition of extra pickles I expect this type of service from a McDonald's or Burger King, but never from chick-fil-a. Ugh! Cannot believe what happened today. The single star is for service. As much as I like the food it makes no difference when the service sucks. We put our order in with a nice young lady taking orders from the long drive thru line. She told us to pay at the window. We get up to the window and there is no order for us. The young girl at the window is so confused. She checks again and then goes to a manager. She says we need to reorder, which is fine (but yes we can't believe this is happening). She instructs us to go around and park with our hazard lights on. So we pay and do as instructed. Well guess what? Nothing is brought out to us. We start to pay attention to the cars in line, ordering and getting their food. Omg, I can't believe this is happening!!!! We are at the end of our patience, seeing as the WHOLE REASON we came here was because of the multiple screwups at the Unser location. Yep, I went in and told the manager to cancel our order and credit our card. He was confused so I explained. Went through the whole scenario with him. I told them I know you are busy but to have 2 screwups like this just makes for very unhappy customers. And he needs to find out what happened so it gets resolved. Covid time and all employees are wearing masks and properly. Except for one. I only saw him put on his mask once when he went outside. Also the place had nobody inside eating but their trash was full to point where you couldn't put anything else in there. Employees kept trying to shove trash in the can but couldn't, but no one of them wanted to empty it. I also saw someone pick up a bunch of sauces that were on a table that someone had left prior to eating there, and return them all to the original sauce container, without any sanitization. read more

I am not sure if this CFA is under new management but wow. I normally do not leave reviews unless the place is pretty bad. We came in and there was an altercation happening with a man and the police. We got the food we ordered on time but did not receive our drinks, napkins, condiments, or utensils. As I walked back and forth to gather all the missing items, I nearly fell twice from walking on their dirty sticky floors- that hadn't been mopped in days it seemed. Do not be intimidated by the line! It moves fast BUT curbside pickup is the best way to go! The reason I am posting this is everyone was so nice! I have not done very many curbside pickups and was so pleasantly surprised how awesome this choice was! I also love how they deliver it to your car in a basket and they are wearing gloves! My niece went inside waited in line during lunch rush. She told the counter person our order was incorrect. She responded in a snarky voice if it came with fries it would say so!!! My niece said okay came outside and told us. We got home and did the math and realized we were charged for meals like we had thought. Plus my drink was a regular Coke not diet.
