I've been coming here since they opened. I always thought I f a Blakes wasn't near by Whataburger was easily our now choice. Both places were great and now I don't care for either one. My last time here the meat seemed old or like the whole thing had been sitting all day. Fries went crispy but saturated. Again like they had been sitting around for too long. He was running all over this between the front and the back making sure everything was being done and I really appreciate that. This place is consistently dirty, the tables, the floor, the restrooms. Watched an employee wipe down the trays with the same rag they used to wipe down the seats. If you're in the market for fast food, you can do much worse than Whataburger. We experienced friendly service and a consistent product at this location - 2 bonuses when you're in the mood for a greasy burger and fries at a decent price. We tried their online ordering service tonight and it was (for the most part) a success! Their photo menu was very convenient and featured full customization for just about every item. I was understandably nervous that our customizations would be wrong or disregarded altogether, but everything on our order was correct (except for a missing BBQ sauce packet). The taste was what you expect from a Whataburger - Better than the national mega-chains like McDonald's but not as good as the more expensive fast casual niche burger joints like Five Guys. In order to reflect to Corporate that the wait is not long they take your order and you park your vehicle in the parking lot. And wait and wait average wait total is 25-30 minutes. We used to go to this location frequently for over 30 years, my husband loved it. Food cooked fresh and served hot. We have been twice in the last week and it has been awful. Orders incorrect, rude kid at the order counter, food cook ages ago and served cold...hadn't even been kept worm under a heat lamp. I wouldn't give this rating if it had happened once but seriously it was just bad. How do you mess up fries and burgers? We are so disappointed. The second time we had to call the manager to get our order straightened out. She took care of the incorrect charges so we just didn't want to go to her a second time about the terrible food. Went to order some food after work stayed in the drive-through line for over 40 minutes and when I finally arrived at the window, none of the employees came to the window to greet me. Take my money. Chain restaurants are your safe choice because they'll give you essentially the same taste and experience every time. Normally this is just fine when you don't expect much and just need to stuff your face. But if that experience is a great burger almost every time, well .... that's a winner in my book. Whataburger is a chain and as such, there are times when the order isn't right. But 9 out of 10 times, this is the chain I'll hit. You wait for a fresh burger but it's worthwhile. The fries are awesome and the chicken is excellent. The burgers are a good size and the toppings are always fresh. I can tell you when I was in the Army, I would save all my leave to drive to see my family in Texas. I would wait til I crossed the state line and hit the 1st Whataburger I could find. This is four stars relative to a fast food operation. I didn't give 'em five because they don't do amazing breakfast burritos. I suppose that's too good to be true. They do other things well though. Their honey mustard sauce is excellent. Country gravy is creamy and thick. Just as it should be. Chicken fingers are large and delicious. Never dry. Green chile on the burgers gives you a happy feeling because it's a local New Mexico flavor. Gotta love it A fast foot chain should get 1/2 a star just for adding green chile to their menu. The restaurant is always clean - bathrooms included - well lit , friendly efficient staff. Honestly, I don't think I've ever had bad service here. Plus they get points for fun & style.... From cool decor inside (see the pics), to fun details like "Whatachickn" vs.chicken strips. Take a guess at what's on a Justaburger. I dig the logo, the schwag and the chain. I mentioned three times that I wanted no onions on my burger. When I got it home, it was smothered in onions.

Had an amazing experience at this location! Although you could tell the employees were very short staffed and doing their best, each one came up to us and apologized for the wait and kept us updated on the status of the order. The food came out exactly as ordered and was hot/delicious! After they closed the doors for the night I saw multiple people come up to the door and flip them off through the window, but the staff remained positive and professional and apologized for the inconvenience. Couldn't speak more highly of the staff tonight during this tough situation and inappropriate behavior of customers. read more

Why do I give this location such a high rating? We are in the middle of the Covid-19 Global Pandemic and the employees here are awesome. Obviously the dining area disclosed as it should be, because we are all trying to be safe. This location is offering curbside service for all orders. Follow me with this, it's a great idea. They have the normal drive up window which you pay for your order but you don't sit there waiting for anything, You pay quickly then they point you to a numbered parking space in the parking lot so your contact time at the window is extremely short! That is a great idea! They will bring your order to you and hand it to you quickly, the entire process is very fast. They also have one employee standing to the side of the building (in the parking lot), you can pull up to them and they will take your order and use the radio to place the order for you. Then they give you a parking space number (there are numbered traffic cones in the parking lot now) so you park in the space and very quickly someone runs your order out to you. This is awesome because they essentially now have the equivalent of two drive up windows and you don't have to wait for someone in front of you in line if they have an order that takes a long time, they are in their space and you are in yours so if your order is quick then it gets delivered quickly and you get out of there quickly. Their new system which they call "curbside service" is excellent, its much faster than the normal drive-up window and I hope they keep it this way permanently. Food Review The Spicy Chicken Sandwich, which is a "special" item at this moment is quite good. We all liked it. Its spicy without being too hot, even the more sensitive family members liked it, there is pickles, mayonnaise, lettuce and tomatoes so it has good flavors and textures; the brioche bum is quite nice with a good texture and a nice buttery finish. The fries are regular, nothing special about them but then again french fries need to be eaten instantly to be at their best so there is no fair way to review them under these conditions, we will save the french fry review for another time. The employees here are excellent, they are professional, accurate, friendly and so fast, which is exactly what we need right now. We are definitely making this location our favorite location from now on. read more

Two 100% pure American beef patties, two kinds of cheese - Monterey Jack and American - all topped with roasted, seasoned green chiles. Yeah, I know. Whataburger is a national chain. Nonetheless, this competition-style Green Chile Double sets a very high mark for other chains (national and local) to aim for. Very flavorful and juicy. Properly melted cheeses. And the green is smoky and flavorful and are quite piquant -- about 8 on my 0-10 scale. This GCCB beats Blake's all hollow. This review is about the GCCB at this location. Don't shop this location. I just went through the drive thru and ordered two combos and was charged $24.51. When I got my receipt it was for someone else order. I immediately parked and went inside. When I told the General Manager on duty that I felt I was over charged though the drive thru, he side hold on and went to the back and sent another employee upfront to ask me what was going on. REALLY!!!! Meanwhile he is yelling at the girl taking orders. After making me wait and listen to him yell at the back staff, he walks up and tells me I just got the wrong receipt. So 2 of us sit down at a table and one of us ordered. We got through the line the people in front of us got their order and went to sit down, Then the person at the register informed us that we could not dine in, That the lobby was closed to me. It's not In-n-Out, but still a great burger. The meat is great tasting, and a bit thicker than some of the other chains here in town. And, they don't cremate the patty. Their Green Chili is plenty spicy, and other additions are very good. Their fries are the thinner kind, cooked really well, and not over-salted. And, the prices are reasonable, including a special drink price for seniors. Place is very clean, music doesn't run you out the door, and it's easy to get into the parking. I didn't like their burgers one time. It felt as though they were undercooked. The service was great. I'm just if-y about their food now.

Since they took the survey off of the receipt, their customer service has gone down the toilet. They ignore the customers, orders are always wrong and the quality of the food has gone from great to mediocre at best. I think we may be avoiding this place for awhile until they hire people who take their jobs seriously.
