The guys bought sandwiches and brought them on our commute to White Sands. At noon, I demolished mine. Was it because I was super hungry? Did it taste better because it was eaten outside? Been here several times in the past over the last couple years, was always good. Not anymore. The slices of meat they give you are about half of an actual slice at best. The area where they make your sandwiches was disgusting. The best, though, was the cashier who was extremely nasty. Even one of the signs outside was busted open and missing it's entire front. It's obvious whoever is in charge stopped caring, so I'll stick with other Jersey Mike's locations from now on. When I tried the sub the next day, I tossed it. It was very dry tasted like a ton of ingredients I didn't have on it, because they couldn't clean their stupid counter. If you have food allergies, do NOT come here. read more

This is quite possibly the worst service I've ever had in any fast food joint. All the workers here are some of the most garbage people I've ever seen in my life, they bad mouthed a few customers cause they were simply standing up waiting for their order?? I decided to use a few coupons I received from the manager of another Jersey Mikes Store because they messed up my order last time and also cause I had a good conversation with him. And the cashier at this location was hesitant to accept them because apparently I should have not received those?? Like the other store handed me those coupons for a reason and the ghetto lady at the front simply seemed like she didn't want to serve me. When I ordered my food, it also came out completely wrong, the man made me a sandwich instead of a tub like I asked and somehow made it seem like it was my fault. My main issue was the weird tan lady with a neck tattoo that for whatever reason didn't want to accept my coupons that I had for free sandwiches. She acted as if she's the owner of the entire corporation, however she's making $14 an hour. This lady should be immediately fired and frankly accused me of stealing coupons. I've always loved a good sub sandwich. Jersey Mike's, despite the fact that it's a chain, makes sub sandwiches which are pretty dang close to Delicatessen style sandwiches! Been to this Jersey Mike's twice and I've never seen such flagrant incompetence at a restaurant before (both times). It took 20 mins for them to make my sandwich despite being fully staffed. Top Line: Take-out lunch for a a couple people was two regular size subs (#6 roast beef & provolone and #13 Original Italian) plus 2 chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Grub was high on the flavor scale, big enough to do the job, and mid-field on price. I recall it being a couple bucks north of a $20 for the whole she-bang. So toward the bottom of my $10-$15 per person lunchification price window. High value eatin' in my world. Special mention for their herbed parmesan cheese bread. It added a substantial uptick in the flavor category to the subs. Being a busy joint, the wait for the friendly staff to assemble, wrap, and ring out your order can get long'ish. Busy location during weekday lunch. I had the GF turkey and provolone. They took great care to ensure it wasn't contaminated with gluten. Food was delish and staff were friendly. 5 stars for the employee who was working alone on Saturday afternoon around 5:30 pm on October 30th 2021. I've never seen a harder worker. She was alone running back and forth from the counter, drive-thu window, working the grill and making the sandwiches like a calculated pinball. She finally took off the headset to the drive-thru, (correct choice!) I could hear some jerk screaming at her through the little headset when she took it off. She never lost her cool and completed all the orders from the long line inside. Give her a raise! This is about Jersey Mike's in Albuquerque, NM and how they sell their gift cards on kkob 96.3 radio. You get on kkob's website at 9 AM and put a gift card in your cart. It then becomes a race to enter your credit card information as fast as you can. If you're not fast enough someone else can steal your gift card out of your cart and when you click enter you get a message that says "sold out." I have complained to David about this but I guess they think it's CUTE to make people go through their STUPID dog and pony show! Went to this Jersey Mike's location for lunch today. First off, loved they had a drive thru so I didn't have to lug three kids into the restaurant, as they ate lunch somewhere else. I ordered the regular philly cheesesteak and my husband ordered the chipotle one. Turn around time from ordering to leaving was good. It was a decent amount of food for $7.85 each. This is my second visit ever to Jersey Mike's Subs and I am sad to say they were very disappointing compared to my last visit at this location. The drive thru speaker box was out of order and not working. There was no visible sign posted in the drive thru to warn customers about this. I sat at the box for 7 minutes waiting for a response and non came. I ended up pulling up to the window to discover the drive thru box was out of order. So I ended up ordering at the window. The staff member who took my order apologized and I told them it was ok and I then placed my order. He wrote it down and told me it would be out soon. Shortly after another staff member came to the window to take my card and asked me to pull forward. After getting home I discovered they did not place the jalapeños on the side as I asked, and my friends sandwich had tomatoes which I stated clearly I did not want on the sub. Other than those issues the sub I ordered the "Big Kahuna" was pretty good as expected. The meat was cooked perfectly. Not raw and not too well done. The cheese was nice and gooey melted in your mouth. The mushrooms tasted pretty fresh not rubbery. My friends sub was made decently although it was the first time he'd tried it the "Mike's Way" which includes a Onions, Tomato's (which I asked to not have), Lettuce, vinegar, oil, and spices. I tried a small bit of it myself and we both agreed that even though the oil, vinegar, and spices complimented the sandwich we would much rather prefer to have mayo and some mustard instead as it feels with the Mike's Way ingredients alone the sub felt a bit dry. If it wasn't for the drive thru incident and the order not completed as requested I would've given a 4 star instead of 3. read more

We received our sandwiches and drove home that was only about a 3 to 5 minute drive and we sat down and went to go eat right away. The sandwich was so fresh and warm but the bread was super soggy, Tomatoes cut wrong, and the whole sandwich was falling apart in my hands. The subs are pretty good, prices are average for a sub place, this location has a drive-Thur but don't get to excited it's not as speedy as your typical drive Thur. She didn't explain anything to me, just kept repeating you can't do that. Or we don't have that. When i asked for my sandwich to be wrapped in lettuce she never took the time to say we don't do lettuce wraps, but i can put it in a bowl or a tortilla or whatever. I love Jersy Mike's. However I will never order from this location again. Twice I used the drive-up and had to leave without any food. This last time was the straw that broke the camel's back. There was absolutely no customers in the store or drive-up. I pull-up to the window and waited for 5 minutes before an elderly women asked if I odered a gluten free sandwich. She leaves, comes back and asks if I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. She obviously didn't have my order that I just placed at the window 10 minutes earlier.
