The guys bought sandwiches and brought them on our commute to White Sands. At noon, I demolished mine. Was it because I was super hungry? Did it taste better because it was eaten outside? Did the radiation from Ground Zero make it even tastier? We'll just never know, but it was a very good sandwich with all the toppings, Mike's Way. Jersey Mike's Subs - Sub from Jersey Mike's - Sandwiches Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

The lady at the window on San Mateo is rude!!! Horrible service will not return, lost a good customer. San Mateo and Osuna location

The original Mr. Mikes way -Add some peperoncini & you are set!! The best. Super fresh- really good quality ingredients.

Been here several times in the past over the last couple years, was always good. Not anymore. The slices of meat they give you are about half of an actual slice at best. The area where they make your sandwiches was disgusting. The best, though, was the cashier who was extremely nasty. Even one of the signs outside was busted open and missing it's entire front. It's obvious whoever is in charge stopped caring, so I'll stick with other Jersey Mike's locations from now on. When I tried the sub the next day, I tossed it. It was very dry tasted like a ton of ingredients I didn't have on it, because they couldn't clean their stupid counter. If you have food allergies, do NOT come here. read more

This is quite possibly the worst service I've ever had in any fast food joint. All the workers here are some of the most garbage people I've ever seen in my life, they bad mouthed a few customers cause they were simply standing up waiting for their order?? I decided to use a few coupons I received from the manager of another Jersey Mikes Store because they messed up my order last time and also cause I had a good conversation with him. And the cashier at this location was hesitant to accept them because apparently I should have not received those?? Like the other store handed me those coupons for a reason and the ghetto lady at the front simply seemed like she didn't want to serve me. When I ordered my food, it also came out completely wrong, the man made me a sandwich instead of a tub like I asked and somehow made it seem like it was my fault. My main issue was the weird tan lady with a neck tattoo that for whatever reason didn't want to accept my coupons that I had for free sandwiches. She acted as if she's the owner of the entire corporation, however she's making $14 an hour. This lady should be immediately fired and frankly accused me of stealing coupons. Was it because I'm mixed race?? Absolutely disgusting behavior. I will never come back to this location again. read more

I made an online order on January 13th of 2026 and when I went to eat my sandwich I found a long nasty black hair in it. I reached out to customer service twice and have not heard anything back yet. So unfortunate, I liked their sandwiches but that's disgusting and I can't believe they don't care. read more

I've always loved a good sub sandwich. Jersey Mike's, despite the fact that it's a chain, makes sub sandwiches which are pretty dang close to Delicatessen style sandwiches! Tip: I am a stickler for good customer service; every time I go to this location they nail it! The service is fast; they are friendly and really want to make sure you are happy with your sandwich. I'd also like to mention that this place always look clean. While there's often a line, the staff works quickly and gets your sandwich made just the way you asked for it read more

Been to this Jersey Mike's twice and I've never seen such flagrant incompetence at a restaurant before (both times). It took 20 mins for them to make my sandwich despite being fully staffed. Some staff members were just standing around, some confused on what their job was, and some were bickering with one another openly for folks to hear. That part was at least entertaining to listen to. At one point I even had to tell the cashier how to cash me. Go to another location. read more

Fast service and delicious subs. The restaurant is very clean and the food is fresh and perfectly prepared. Everything I have ordered has been superb and if the highest quality. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #2 Sub in a Tub - Sandwiches Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

Bottom Line: Real good subs at decent prices from friendly helpful folks. The wait can be long, but worth it. Top Line: Take-out lunch for a a couple people was two regular size subs (#6 roast beef & provolone and #13 Original Italian) plus 2 chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Grub was high on the flavor scale, big enough to do the job, and mid-field on price. I recall it being a couple bucks north of a $20 for the whole she-bang. So toward the bottom of my $10-$15 per person lunchification price window. High value eatin' in my world. Special mention for their herbed parmesan cheese bread. It added a substantial uptick in the flavor category to the subs. Being a busy joint, the wait for the friendly staff to assemble, wrap, and ring out your order can get long'ish. Be prepared to be patient. read more

I visited Jersys Mikes twice while here in Albuquerque and there hoagies were exceptional. While 1 time I had them not just for lunch but also dinner. The best and the tastiest subs ever. read more

Asked for no mayo and they put more mayo than is imaginable. It was literally dripping out of the sides and all over the place. Packing was also sub par in general. Worst location. read more

Busy location during weekday lunch. I had the GF turkey and provolone. They took great care to ensure it wasn't contaminated with gluten. Food was delish and staff were friendly. They are in the same parking lot as a Burger King so there is a lot of car traffic coming in/out. High chairs available. read more

Speedy while attentive service. Clean premises. Would recommend as well as come back to this business anytime.

5 stars for the employee who was working alone on Saturday afternoon around 5:30 pm on October 30th 2021. I've never seen a harder worker. She was alone running back and forth from the counter, drive-thu window, working the grill and making the sandwiches like a calculated pinball. She finally took off the headset to the drive-thru, (correct choice!) I could hear some jerk screaming at her through the little headset when she took it off. She never lost her cool and completed all the orders from the long line inside. Give her a raise! Zero stars for the owners/managements decision to put a drive through at a sub shop that offers grilled food and leaves one employee to work 4 jobs. The owners/ managers should have shut the place down for the night. read more

Whenever I want something simple, Jersey Mike's is my place to go. I never feel guilty because everything is so light and I can always save the other half for later! My kids also love this place so whenever we come in we share a sandwich and everyone is happy! The staff at this location are super cool too! read more

Oh, Mike, it's been so long! More than a year, in fact! Please, let's not torture ourselves like this again, ok? I understand that the health conscious folk prefer Subway, however, if you've never experienced a #9 "Mike's Way," you just don't know what you're missing. Take it from a fat man, I've yet to find anything better in this genre. read more

Staff seems much better organized and clean since the arrival of an older lady manager in the mornings. Cutting board and sliver are cleaner, service is friendlier and the place seems more organized and ready for customers. Food is solid, good flavor (need a stronger vinegar!) and priced right. Have actually enjoyed my past few visits and will keep going. read more

Clean, quick, tasty, the way fast food should be. Definitely sign up for the Shore Points thing so you get free subs and coupons, otherwise it gets pricey. We only eat in, so can't comment about the drive-thru. Parking lot is partially shared with Burger King. read more

This is about Jersey Mike's in Albuquerque, NM and how they sell their gift cards on kkob 96.3 radio. You get on kkob's website at 9 AM and put a gift card in your cart. It then becomes a race to enter your credit card information as fast as you can. If you're not fast enough someone else can steal your gift card out of your cart and when you click enter you get a message that says "sold out." I have complained to David about this but I guess they think it's CUTE to make people go through their STUPID dog and pony show! I'm not going to play that stupid game to get a discounted card to purchase a mediocre sub! As far as I'm concerned you lost a customer because of this! You guys are flying high now, let's see how you fare in the coming recession! I call your stupid game, BS! Why is this a contest to see who can enter their credit card information the fastest?! PURE BS! read more

Went to this Jersey Mike's location for lunch today. First off, loved they had a drive thru so I didn't have to lug three kids into the restaurant, as they ate lunch somewhere else. I ordered the regular philly cheesesteak and my husband ordered the chipotle one. Turn around time from ordering to leaving was good. It was a decent amount of food for $7.85 each. No complaints today. It was hot and fresh and had good flavor! read more

This is my second visit ever to Jersey Mike's Subs and I am sad to say they were very disappointing compared to my last visit at this location. The drive thru speaker box was out of order and not working. There was no visible sign posted in the drive thru to warn customers about this. I sat at the box for 7 minutes waiting for a response and non came. I ended up pulling up to the window to discover the drive thru box was out of order. So I ended up ordering at the window. The staff member who took my order apologized and I told them it was ok and I then placed my order. He wrote it down and told me it would be out soon. Shortly after another staff member came to the window to take my card and asked me to pull forward. After getting home I discovered they did not place the jalapeños on the side as I asked, and my friends sandwich had tomatoes which I stated clearly I did not want on the sub. Other than those issues the sub I ordered the "Big Kahuna" was pretty good as expected. The meat was cooked perfectly. Not raw and not too well done. The cheese was nice and gooey melted in your mouth. The mushrooms tasted pretty fresh not rubbery. My friends sub was made decently although it was the first time he'd tried it the "Mike's Way" which includes a Onions, Tomato's (which I asked to not have), Lettuce, vinegar, oil, and spices. I tried a small bit of it myself and we both agreed that even though the oil, vinegar, and spices complimented the sandwich we would much rather prefer to have mayo and some mustard instead as it feels with the Mike's Way ingredients alone the sub felt a bit dry. If it wasn't for the drive thru incident and the order not completed as requested I would've given a 4 star instead of 3. read more

Food is great but takes to long when on a lunch hour. Cashier was a little confused. This was on a Sunday.

They get five stars because their food is so good and it reminds me of home back on the coast. Service, hmmm, not great. Not even good. It's the norm for the area though. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Regular Jersey Shore favorite - Sandwiches Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

Me and my boyfriend love to go to Jersey Mike's and they always serve us well with great customer service. At this time I received my same order number eight regular regular with Parmesan bread. We received our sandwiches and drove home that was only about a 3 to 5 minute drive and we sat down and went to go eat right away. The sandwich was so fresh and warm but the bread was super soggy, Tomatoes cut wrong, and the whole sandwich was falling apart in my hands. I had to get my own normal bread and re-build my sandwich to enjoy. Still love the place but it did not meet expectations this time. read more

Jersey Mikes works for me when there is no Cheba hut around I do think it is better then subway by a little bit. I like to preorder take out every once in awhile and they do a good job of having my order ready and they have consistent quality. The subs are pretty good, prices are average for a sub place, this location has a drive-Thur but don't get to excited it's not as speedy as your typical drive Thur. I didn't go inside but going through the drive thur it doesn't feel like you have may options for customizing your subs, but like I said I went through the drive Thur, maybe that's what I get for being lazy ha! Overall this place is not a bad spot for a quick lunch grab! read more

Im not sure whats going on with restaurants in this country, but come on jersey mikes wth. I always get the #17 and it is always good and consistent - that is until I went the other day. All the staff seemed like they were newbies and training. Bread was undercooked, soft, and not as it normally is. Quite a few ingredients were missing from the #17 (sauce, red bell pepper), the meat was overcooked and I was just let down with my experience. Won't be back for awhile until they get their quality back. read more

Always good, always consistent. Everything appears fresh, always. I know they get some of their product from Sysco, but who doesn't? Amirite? Still, I have yet to be let down by them. Prompt greeting upon entering. If they're aren't too busy I'm in and out in about ten minutes or less. Guys and gals are always friendly and glad to chat a bit. Not a fan of Jersey Mikes! I have been to Jersey Mike's in several locations. Each experience has been unique. This one was pretty awkward. Not being familiar with the menu the lady was kind of rude. She didn't explain anything to me, just kept repeating you can't do that. Or we don't have that. When i asked for my sandwich to be wrapped in lettuce she never took the time to say we don't do lettuce wraps, but i can put it in a bowl or a tortilla or whatever. Other than that the experience was Ok. The wrap was ok. Nothing to write home about. If you looking for something quick and fast, and not fast food, perhaps try it. read more

I love Jersy Mike's. However I will never order from this location again. Twice I used the drive-up and had to leave without any food. This last time was the straw that broke the camel's back. There was absolutely no customers in the store or drive-up. I pull-up to the window and waited for 5 minutes before an elderly women asked if I odered a gluten free sandwich. She leaves, comes back and asks if I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. She obviously didn't have my order that I just placed at the window 10 minutes earlier. This is the second time in 6 months I left without any food. My advice to you is eat somewhere else. read more
