Ridiculous. I am still sitting in drive through and there were two cars in front when arrived. Not exaggerating. It has been 38 minutes. They haven't even taken my payment yet. Leaving me sitting at window. Zero communication. I am the stupid one for sitting here. But watch led a couple mma fights while in drive thru. Place is a joke. Close shop folks. Staff seems bothered not polite at all. Very rushed with a decent amount of staff which seems pretty sad. I mean it's a sub place but it shows why corporate America is quickly declining and I guess it seems right. Love this location! The drive thru is convenient and the staff if friendly, accurate, and prompt! The layers of flavor are undeniably delicious and very satisfying! It's been so difficult to try another sandwich from here since I'm so infatuated with the taste of the turkey provolone. The size of the cheese and meet literally hang off the edge of the bread. The onions are sliced at the perfect thinness to enhance the sandwich yet not bite into a big thick onion chunk. read more

Drove down from santa fe today to support the fundraiser. ordered through the app, requested extra onions, did not receive. When I asked why no employees were wearing masks, I was told by a manager, "Because we're not technically required to." Having lived in Philadelphia years ago, we like JM's because, at most locations, it scratches the itch for an east coast sub. My sandwich today had extra meat, was Mike's Way, and I didn't even need a napkin to eat it in the car. That's not an east coast sub, I assure you! This store needs to be retrained. read more

I work at Mister car wash. So I go here on my breaks a lot. I'm always treated with absolute respect and kindness. The manager has given me free drinks and free sub cards numerous times. I didn't even complain and she did. They remember what I like now and always are willing to greet me with a smile and talk with me in store during slow business. The subs taste great and I haven't had a problem with them yet and don't think I will. Great restaurant. Keep it up guys! read more

We have visited this location several times recently. Very unprofessional. The music is so loud you can't give your order. You have to yell. One female employee has been there each time recently. She sings to the loud music. Today was dancing when I was paying. We love Jersey Mike. This location is the worst and doesn't represent the Jersey Mike brand well. Don't intend on going back. Sandwiches were the worst Jersey Mike's we have ever had. The service was also the worst experience from a Jersey Mike's ever. Drive thru orders and take out orders are a priority over in restaurant customers. Bread sliced poorly then tops and bottoms were mixed up and even lost. Sandwich board on countertop was absolutely filthy and needed a desperate cleaning. Toppings were contaminated with all of the other toppings and who knows what else fell from the sandwich board. Lettuce was brown and wilted and probably should not be served. A visit from the health department would not result well. Clean it up, not a proper representation of the typical Jersey Mike's brand. read more

Well I am disappointed this evening after being very specific on my order and arriving at home only to find my order was wrong. No screens at drive through. No receipt upon payment or with the sandwich bag. They said # something - I said Italian and they said yes. I am too exhausted to go back and I have no proof other than May credit card charge. Maybe a manager might sympathize, but just not worth it. Lesson learned- Buyer Beware! Verify Verify Verify. Just wonder if this lack of order confirmation is the standard service. And maybe skip the drive through no matter how hot sweaty and tired you are just to make sure they do not mess up the order. Or maybe just make the sandwich at home. If I could give less stars I would. Compared to Dion's subs, Jimmy John's and evening Subway, this is at the bottom of my go to sub place. We spent $40 on three sandwiches, and both me and my daughter had really bad stomach aches after eating the sandwiches that had the Jersey Mike's sauce. We were so excited that it had a drive-thru, but we will not be coming back to this restaurant ever again. My preschooler and I came to this location for an after-school snack and were not disappointed. The kids' meal sandwich is just the right size, and comes with a drink and cookie. Let me start off by saying I LOVE Jersey Mike's subs just NOT the Holly Avenue location. Every time I place an order from this location there always seem to be things wrong with my order!!! Today I placed an order for three subs and all three were on the wrong bread, one sub was supposed to be without jalapeños and was loaded with them! Making it incredibly spicy! What is the point of customizing subs if the people working don't follow instructions. This was major disappointment! Love our local Jersey Mike in Denver but Albuquerque sad. When asked what I wanted kid argues with me that they only have what's on the menu (all I ordered was pepperoni and provolone). So I popped over to JM's for my lunch break from work. I'm here in Abq for a couple of weeks training at a new job and thankfully I'm in a location that has a lot of food options-- this being one of them! I've always liked their subs and I was not disappointed this time around either. The wait was a little long because duh, lunch rush, but it was worth it because my Philly cheesesteak sub was killer! I rushed back to work and low and behold, completely spaced that I didn't get a receipt and I had used a company card.... I REALLY needed that receipt and I knew it was a long shot but I went back to JM's after work and asked if there was any way they might be able to find this receipt since it was really important and the guy said no problem, I'll see what I can do! I pull around and Marshall met me at the window, asked for a few more details on the order and went to work. After a few failed attempts to find it he finally pulled through with the ultimate win and found that dang receipt for me... seriously the nicest and most patient dude ever, and he totally saved my ass with this new company!! All I'm saying is this guy deserves some recognition for his customer service and a raise wouldn't hurt either!! I was really excited that a new location popped up in the NE Heights (off Paseo) but, when my wife and I showed up yesterday, we had an inordinately long wait, despite the drive thru only having one customer. When we finally got to the window, the employee wasn't aware and had no record of my order. Really disappointing first visit and I hope the service and organization improves. I love Jersey Mike's Subs overall, but this specific location continues to disappoint. Sandwiches are not consistent with their normal brand. I travel across the country from the east coast to west coast. Most Jersey Mike's Are top notch, but not this one. The one on Montgomery and Eubank is my favorite in Albuquerque. read more
