a variety of donuts in a box
    Kristen L.

I like how the donuts are soft on the inside. While they are not as light as a couple of doughnut shops, they are definitely lighter than some of the other ones. Some prefer heavy bread-like doughnuts. I prefer mine to be more like a light cake or fried mochi. These almost fit the bill. The frosting on top of the doughnuts are what you would expect and the flavors are the typical ones. They have lots of different types of doughnuts including the traditional glazed and the sprinkles on top kind. I really liked their ham and cheese croissants. Their ham, cheese, and jalapeño croissants are good too.

Fluffy tasty donuts with a wide array of options even at midnight! Only thing they don't tend to have after hours are doughnut holes- which given the popularity should be accounted for in the supply as I bet it would be a hit, or a hole in one! Get it? Customer service was good and everything was fresh and delicious.

Last day in Arizona and couldn't leave without trying these donuts. Definitely so mouthwatering, ordered the Vanilla Coconut and Crumbs. Very soft and great flavor. Ordered on line for pick up and order was done on a timely manner. Staff at pick up was very welcoming and helpful. Loved everything about the place.

Nice big store in a nice area.

We have some really good donut shops in California but can't seem to find one we love in AZ. We finally tried this chain today. We got 6 to have a good variety to try. They were very average and not worth the calories to have a second bite. The apple fritter was the best of the bunch and the blueberry was our least favorite. The search continues.

    So excited

My son-in-law went and picked up breakfast take out for us today. I'm staying in Arizona helping with my daughter's newborn and two-year-old and having the time of my life. The two-year-old has been craving donuts and I wanted to see if they had donuts as good as we have in Rhode Island. I have to say that Bosa was pretty darn good. Their donuts were light and tasty. The chocolate croissant was amazing. My granddaughter had a doughnut with frosting and sprinkles that was as big as her head and she, of course, loved the frosting in the sprinkles. We also got breakfast sandwiches. They were very unusual to me, not having had them back east. They were made on a very light and flaky croissant and it had what appeared to be a very little bit of filling. It was ham and I think cheese and I ordered mine with a jalapeño. It looks like just a little bit of filling but boy was it full of flavor. The croissant is so light that you definitely get enough filling in each bite to last through the sandwich. The croissant was very tasty and the ham and the jalapeño were terrific. I didn't go to the store itself but I want to do that before I go back east. It's only a few minutes away and they have more than one location here in Tempe. So it was a nice little family breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed it and I am looking forward to going back.

The plastic from the blended coffee.

I love the donuts here and so always stop by but after spending $50 here today and finding plastic in the blended coffee and 2 strawberry smoothies that I found, I'll never spend my money here again. I called to let them know about what happened, thinking it may be in the ice and the man on the other end thought he could fix it by asking if I want another drink. No apology at any point. My chest and throat have been in discomfort since having this drink and he wants to offer another? I think I'll pass. I don't feel valued as a customer. Literally only expected a "we'll check the ice, I'm sorry about your drinks this morning" or something making me actually want to return and not a dry "ok. Ahhhhh. You want free drink?" Disappointing and disgusting.

For it being later in the afternoon, I was actually surprised by how many donut options they still had, pretty much the full lineup! The shop itself looked clean and well-kept, which is always a good start. The employee behind the counter was a bit standoffish, not rude or anything, just not super warm. but hey, maybe it was a long day, so I didn't take it personally. I picked up an assorted half dozen to try a little bit of everything. That's where things got a little mixed. About half the donuts were great, soft, fresh, and hit that perfect sweet spot. The other half? Pretty dry and tasted a bit like leftovers from the day before (or maybe even the day before that). So, I'm on the fence. If I come back, I'll probably stick with the classics instead of the "fun" or seasonal ones, and maybe swing by earlier in the morning when everything's freshly made. I wouldn't cross this place off completely. Just might need to catch them at their best time of day.

Light and airy with the proper creme brûlée crunchy top. The only downside was, the filling was not the right custard. It's vanilla pastry cream, which is different from custard.
