Fresh doughnuts each day! We had door dash us a dozen! I would love it if you could choose the 12 doughnuts because I like apple fritters the best and none came in the box !!! Boooo !

The food here is amazing. I would rank this as one of my favorites of all time. The service at these locations is always first class. The ambiance is always delightful when you walk in.

Terrible customer service ! I asked for a vanilla smoothie and the lady handed me a vanilla Frappuccino and I asked if this was caffeinated and she said yes. I told her I wanted a vanilla smoothie and she told me they can't take it and won't exchange it. So now I am stuck with a caffeinated drink and I can't even drink it because I have heart issues ! Terrible service

As always the donuts are great. My favorites are the glaze twists and the bear claws.

There is a reason why Bosa's is so well known throughout The Valley. They consistently make well proofed donuts that are packed with filling. Apple pie filled donuts??? Umm... yes, please. Donut had strong flavors. Apple pie donuts are well filled. Apples are cut into chunks. These eat more like a hand pie than a jelly donut. The big difference is that the filling is encased in a soft donut. Plain glazed are large in size and light and fluffy in texture. Hours may vary. If looking for a sweet treat in the middle/late in the day, you may want to call ahead to make sure they are still open.

Bosa arguably has the best donuts in Arizona. They are also located everywhere in the valley which is convenient. The donuts were extremely tasty and soft. They also lasted a couple of days, since we kept them closed up in kitchenware. The service was nice. I also purchased a smoothie and the girl gave me options on how it should be made. I'm somewhat lactose intolerant and we agreed on non-dairy solutions.

Why is the lobby always closed to eat there? Restrooms always closed. Stop asking for tips if you can't even queen. The restroom open

Bosa has REALLY been dropping the ball lately. Got a raw blueberry donut . This is the second time I was helped by the same employee; who loves making a mediocre smoothie, sadly. The same employee that charged me for a 24oz drink and handed me a 16oz drink.

Old lady mix of donuts for kids?? I'm going to donate that's and go spend another $26 somewhere else. Thanks for nothing Bosa.

Wish I could give a zero. When you go in and ask the lady to make a mix of donuts for your kids and she gives you a mix of some old lady donuts. Wtf is this mix and it cost me $26. This place sucks and I will NEVER come back here again with my sons. Absolutely disappointed!!!! After I went back in to Bosa, gave them all the donuts back and let them know, a different lady said oh there's a sugar and coconut and I said no those are old lady donuts. She didn't even offer to replace them and gave me an attitude. I will be disputing the charge with my Bank tomorrow morning. Went to Sunrise Donuts and they got it right!!!!

They have the best boba drinks in our whole Laveen area, it is definitely worth the price every time! It's just a little pricier but I gladly put myself in debt for their blended large matcha or mocha boba with extra boba and whipped cream. Every time I get a mouthful of boba it is so soft and chewy and sweet like brown sugar or something like that. They cook their boba the best at Bosa. Just wish they had Chai If the Bosa owners can see my review please consider having Chai as a flavor, no other boba place has chai other than in Tempe or Avondale.

I love this small coffee place! The service is always so nice and welcoming. If you need any help…read morewith selections they are willing to help! I also enjoy the atmosphere and they have tarots cards for sell and many more. If you're into sweets there is many good options for drinks as well as just simple coffee that is also again very good. The chocolate crepes are very tasty as well And avocado toast!

But as soon as you enter, you're hit with not one but three different generative AI menus on the side of the bar. I strongly believe that if there is a fake food image representing your real-made food, then it's not genuine because you cannot guarantee I'm getting what I expect from the image (this is also false advertising as a whole). But once you pass that you encounter *another* generated AI image with the Brew-jas name on it across the room, and the same image is duplicated in another frame behind you. There is also one above the fireplace. The service itself was really...slow. There were at least 3 workers that day and the cafe itself wasn't that busy yet it still took maybe 20+ minutes to get our drinks. My friends drink arrived with cold foam on top (not requested because she has a milk allergy). The baristas didn't appear confident when my friend asked if it was a milk-based cold foam, they said "no, it doesn't have milk" but it was really unconvincing especially since consuming any type of milk could take her out for an entire day or two. They also said she had ordered oat milk (she did not, I did) so somehow, during this slow moment of the day, they had they mixed up our orders. Again, this is massively problematic as milk-based products will cause an allergic reaction to my friend. Thankfully, her drink did not have milk in it despite the baristas own confusion about the drink that they had made for her. Which is a problem because again, the baristas should know what is in every syrup, foam, baked good and mixes for anyone with allergies. My own drink had really, really dense syrup (Rose Quartz) that never actually mixed in with the drink, nor was I warned that I should mix if I choose. I don't think I've ever encountered such dense syrup in a coffee before but when it managed to be mixed (after 30 minutes), it made the coffee too sweet (I'm a sweet drink person too but this was too much). It tasted more like a soda rather than a coffee at that point. My drink (Rose Quartz, oatmilk at the smallest size) was $9.26 without tip. I can think of 3 other local businesses in the same area where I can get the same type of drink for $6-$7. I did not purchase any food during this visit so I can't say if they were good or bad but I will add the AI menus from the entry point actually made me not want to buy any food from them because it had looked unappealing. The rest of the decor felt blasé. "Let's raid a Spirit Halloween and make it into a coffee shop." I can think of a handful of different ideas that would have better uplifted the cafe including how to get local artists into the shop rather than have generative AI pictures fill the spaces, welcome you inside and be on the logo. Everything about the cafe really feels like "let's throw something at the wall because it'll stick and people will come no matter what." I don't feel confident that they'll take things in stride to adjust or fix their cafe since it seems the owners are into using LLM AI to write review responses as well. It makes the entire cafe seem disingenuous and in it for profit rather than making a possible community staple where people can feel safe and connect. Using generative AI in art disconnects us from our shared humanity, cuts space for local artists and chooses capitalism over our neighbor. Hire an actual local designer, ask for community feedback on how to better improve the cafe, stop using generative AI for advertisings, menus and social media pushes and stop using LLMs to write responses.
