I kept it simple--no onions, tomatoes, or all the extra stuff. Just eggs wrapped around bacon, sausage, and ham. Man, this thing was GOOD. The meat had a little sweetness to it that worked perfectly with the eggs, and the potatoes were absolutely amazing. Everything just hit the spot. I sat at the bar and had a chance to ask my server a few questions about the place. She was super friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. Definitely glad I found this spot. Great breakfast, great service, and one of those places you're already thinking about coming back to before you even leave. Rating this location one star based on the awful experience I had in the drive-thru this morning. I come here maybe once a month. I only get one drink at Scooter's because I exclusively drink sugar-free beverages. I ordered mine, stating clearly that it was sugar-free, and I ordered a regular full-sugar menu item for my daughter. The barista taking my order did not correctly capture the sizes or temperatures I had stated, and had to clarify them. When I arrived at the window, the employee repeated the order to me. I clarified it was sugar-free. She turned away from me without answering. I assumed she didn't hear me and said again a little louder that I wanted to make sure she captured that it was sugar-free. Again, no response. After handing me my daughter's drink, she said, "I'm having them re-make yours since nobody said anything about sugar-free." I'm not going to wax poetic about why this was unacceptable. Just putting this here in hopes the franchise owners sees it and cleans house. I would return for some mid coffee with a smile, but I won't be back after that rude interaction. Feel free to contact me for date and time.

I have a 3 year old who unfortunately spilled the drink that is in the pictures. I did try to call the business but they don't have phones. The cashier said he would speak to his manager, who was right in front of me. She did not even try to speak to me. She told him that because we didn't have the drinks she could not do anything. It's understandable but I just feel like they could have showed empathy and grace. I do understand I didn't have the drink so I am just sharing my experience. The manager could have addressed me. Anyways, they serve drinks with bugs and do nothing about it if you don't have the drinks. SO CHECK YOUR DRINKS!!!!!!!!!

I was disappointed to notice today that the size of their cake donuts is at least 1/3 smaller than the last time we purchased. Still much better than the chain donut places.
