The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable.
