They will lie to your face, have you spend money with an assurance, that a new phone will fix problems, or upgrades to your equipment will fix problems. All of which is NOT true. The problem is their tower is not working in Fort Valley. Their latest excuse is they cannot access accounts due to a billing issue. If you were a Sprint customer, they cannot see anything on your account. (But they can still take your money!!!) Fact is, they want your money. And you pay for a service you ARE NOT provided and only get lip service when you call for a resolution.

There were some ridiculous hurdles from our previous cell phone provider and my MIL ended up spending four hours in the store. Jessica stayed with her when she didn't have to, and after enlisting the help of her coworker Leo they managed to get it done and send my MIL out with a working phone. Thank you both, so much. It's extremely stressful to be so far away and unable to help. Excede told me I would have to wait three days for a tech to come out to make the repairs. This is after more than 50 minutes on the phone.
