It is such a delight to visit a wonderful shop filled with quality yarns and amazing service. Laura is incredibly knowledgeable and provides a wealth of information and tricks to help with any project you are working on. Yarns are reasonably priced and of the highest quality. I waited twice for someone to assist with the spray paints twice for 20 minutes each and no one came on one particular visit. This has happened to me on other occasions as well. Haven't had this issue with other Michaels stores but I will never be returning to the Dulles Landing location.
