My mother, father, and I have been going to U.S. Cellular since Straight Talk went out of business. They have very good customer service. All of the employees are very nice, well-mannered, and very good at their jobs. read more

We went in to purchase a new cell phone. When we walked in the guy behind the counter asked what we wanted. We told him we wanted to get a new phone. He asked our phone number and that is the ladt he said to us. We looked at the few phones they had for about 10 minutes. He never pulled his nose away from the computer screen once. What a terrible way to treat customers or do business. They just lost a major sale. read more

Due to the fact that we are across the country we were unable to assist her in setting up her new phone, so she went into the store where Jessica proceeded to go above and beyond. There were some ridiculous hurdles from our previous cell phone provider and my MIL ended up spending four hours in the store. Jessica stayed with her when she didn't have to, and after enlisting the help of her coworker Leo they managed to get it done and send my MIL out with a working phone. Thank you both, so much. It's extremely stressful to be so far away and unable to help. You did something truly kind today; you didn't have to do it, it was out of your job description, but for it we are incredibly grateful.

I still have not received a final bill, but Verizon attempted an automatic withdrawal for monthly payment in February (I disputed it). This morning I woke to $777 being automatically withdrawn. They lied at the store about final bills. Verizon lied. They can't be trusted, no matter how friendly they are as people. Filed a BBB and FCC complaint this morning.

Perpetually understaffed, even now after the worst of COVID. Unreliable texting "service". Example:…read morereceived a text at 10am that my meds were ready. One hour later, at the counter, they were not. When I asked the tech why my text told me they were ready, she said (and I quote) "the text was to tell you they weren't ready yet". I asked her to think carefully about what she said. Her only reply was to mumble that she'd expedite it. They have a uniformly bad reputation amongst physicians in the valley, particularly regarding pain meds. I realize it's a problem topic, but they consistently dragged their feet to fill my mom's opioid Rx that were issued by her hospice doctor/nurse. The delays were massively inconvenient as I needed to ask a neighbor to stay with her while I waited and waited for meds she desperately needed. Walgreens across the street seems to be doing a much better job.

I purchased one from O'Reilly, but when I opened the box, it contained the wrong part -- right box, wrong injector. I returned to the store and explained the issue. The employee pulled up the part on the computer, compared it to what was in the box, and even though it was visibly different, insisted it was correct and would fit my truck. I went home, removed the old injector from my truck, and brought it in to show them. At that point they admitted the parts weren't the same. The same employee then mentioned they had been looking in the back for the correct part before I even returned, which made it seem like they knew it was wrong and were hoping I wouldn't notice. There was no apology, and they seemed irritated that I questioned them. I didn't appreciate being treated like I didn't know what I was talking about when they were the ones who gave me the wrong part.

Nice clean store on Main street in Romney. Friendly attentive staff. Will shop there again.read more
