I dropped it off and received a phone call within the hour saying they had damaged the screen trying to take it off and it was completely inoperable. When I explained that the phone had not been backed up recently and asked if there was any way to transfer information off it, the employee told me the only way was to pay $100 for a "temporary screen" so that I could back it up before getting a replacement phone. I understand that the phone should've been backed up in the first place, but I wasn't aware of the possibility of the phone being completely inoperable once they started working on it. Unfortunately I lost some pictures of a recent vacation and the employees assured me the only way to retrieve them was to pay the $100. I ended up turning down the option and losing the pictures but the whole process was very frustrating overall.

Next door neighbors told me about a hot spot they use, from AT&T. She told me to go talk to Freddy. I took her advise went in to talk to Freddy. Long story short we ended up getting a hot spot with them at AT&T store in locust grove: 36109 Goodwin Dr Locust Grove, VA 22508 thanks to her advise with going to speak to him there. Freddy had another worker there with him named: Jonathan. Both gentlemen were awesome and professional. They took great care of my wife and I. I also called the other AT&T store: 5635 Plank Rd Unit 105 Fredericksburg, VA 22412 and spoke to Freddy son: MATT. He was very knowledgeable very professional and did a awesome job answering my questions. Freddy, Jonathan right across from lake of the woods store and Matt on Harrison Rd store. You 3 are amazing.
