I used to love synergy but since Danny sold the store and the new owner has taken over everything…read morestill great products availability most of the time is great anyway but this new guy he just gives me an all feeling the first time I dealt with him he claimed that my card was repeatedly declined and I was over the situation so I just left luckily when I got in the car I checked the phone and the balance was absolutely taken out of my bank account so I went back in there and showed him the phone and he goes oh yes sorry I guess it did charge it I didn't know it because I didn't look in the computer and I'm thinking aren't you sitting there staring at it and when I say something that's when he tells me he wasn't surprised because it did that to two more customers before me that day and the place that only been open for like 3 hours and I've talked to two other people so far that said the same thing has happened with them with that same guy so is he trying to scam people so he can keep the money or get free product from the store? Why wouldn't you say anything before I walked out or said hey let me check and make sure it really did get declined otherwise I would have went home and had money stolen from me and the very next time I go in there he charges me a completely different price for the tobacco vape that I got and charge me $10 more than he did last time for the same exact brand and flavor and model of disposable vape something is just off with this new guy and I'm probably not going to bring my business back and I'll come there quite often hell I've even donated $1,000 worth of grow equipment to that store basically. That's two times in a row and it's not like it was small things that's not okay. If I do come back it's only going to be when Lou is there because I can trust him
